Speaker 1: Elvis Durrand presents the Off Air Show, Scary Jones and Greg forgot to lower your favor in loud coming in loud one ten, Yeah, baby, I'm scary Greg t end the ball freak here and then on the off Fair Show. Yea it is. And uh, if you can gays, get in touch with us at the off Fair Show at gmail dot com. Yes, tweet us, Instagram us, Facebook us at the off Fair Show and you can call us at one one hund I believe some people from our cabinet and our Off Fair Army are in session here. That's because Scary We've got something really big happening today with the off Fair Show. That's right. This is the audience. What's going on. This is the trial and crucifixion of Panasonic Peace. That's pretty religious. This is gonna be a come to Jesus now that it's religious, because you know, something happened yesterday, something started stirring up the pot. You know, Panasonic, explain it, Explain it, Scary Panasonic. Pete probably our oldest sales friend to the Off Air Show. He uh, you know, he came through you know, back in the day when he started in one of these early episodes, I think even before you Bot freak and this guy decided congratulation that he wanted to try and make money for the podcast, try and get prizes for the listeners. This is way back an episode like four, that's right. And ever since then we've had some great sponsors like Mac Weldon and Friendship Dairies. Right, thank you, you're welcome. I'll come through some Fujifilm, Insta, Insta camera, Insta Max. Hold on a second, I got a two year welcomes here. It was kind of like led, almost like throwing at me, like what have I done? Well? All, I see you're not You're not the subject of this. Okay, Okay, you know in Fuji film instas. Okay, you're welcome again. Oh my god. They're taking care of out gift cards for our Super Bowl pool, all right, and you know, quite honestly, things need to be paid for. We still have the big question mark of the T shirts. Who's gonna put the bill for those? Well, we can't really do that because we are in the midst of changing the logo, right, so, yes, so we can't even give you T shirts. So the long story short is Pete had nothing to do with any of it, and we we'd like him to be a part. He's he promises quite big things. I mean one day he even said that we're getting Lebron James on the show. I mean, you thought Greg t was the king of empty promises, kind of sonic pete. I just don't want to talk behind the guy's back. So we're gonna bring him in here in just a couple of minutes, in front of his back. And you know what else, we should also find out what the affair heads you know, think about Panist because they've been following along our army, our cabinet members. Somebody called his ass out on Twitter. That's right, that's right. He got ahold of his his Twitter Twitter account and now all the affair army and cabinet members are blowing him up. A matter of fact, you know who it was. It was Thawkins. Hawkins was the one that said, it's not a pete. You have not delivered for the off air show. It was Haawkins. Hawkins is a young kid. He took it upon himself. He stood up to pattis not a pete? Is it Hawkins? Hawkins? Is he T? Hawkins's T Hawkins I thought it's Haawkins. Don't think is it T Hawkins? That's what it's Thawkins. Yeah, wouldn't it be a lowercase ahe? Oh sorry, I get my motorcycles. Um, come back from the shop. You got Harley. But what you don't know is that Scary is in a mode. I moved today. He's moving, he's moving forward, right. I want to get to the tie already told me no delay today. Here's here's what I want to get to the trial of kind of sonic Pete. And I want I want to hear from some of off air heads who are ready on hold. I don't want to keep them waiting all day. I see him lurking out there in the hallway. If you want to start the trial, you know, let's start our engines first. What's on your mind, Grete? How was your Valentine's Dad? You know, guys are gonna be onest. Valentine's Day was really awesome. So I met up with my my girlfriend. I met up with Trish by the way. Yeah, who by the way, your girlfriend decided? You said the whole time you dragged us through the mud, and you told us that you were going with a gumad yeah, I like to call her my girlfriend and Valentine's Day rather than white. But you wouldn't tell us that you waited for an hour and a half. He never said, yeah, I'm gonna go and meet my wife. He was trying to be clever. To his credit. Yeah, but we asked. He was trying to be clever, but he never answered. He just said every time we asked that mentioned his wife. I listened back, that's right, he said, it's probably better that you don't ask, so okay. So then yeah, So, because I was trying to get into the mind frame of where I was going, you know you, I didn't want you guys to start throwing out like kids and wife and all that. When you're taking out your girlfriend on Valentine's Day, you want to think of her as your girls. You want to spoil the more like yeah, you like the role playing thing, I get it. You dressed. So we had a really nice We had a nice afternoon. Everything worked out the detail. What was your role? Who are you? Do you still Greg T listen? You you know, don't be so horny. I'm not getting listen. It was a good afternoon, certainly not horny thinking about Greg T. Doing his wife. It was a good afternoon. We had a little lunch, We played a couple of games, played some golf. It was good. What do you mean you played a couple of games? Like part cheesy we had? We went we had a good time to golf. Oh no, no. We went to this place called Top Golf in a town called Edison, New Jersey. So there's a lot of these tops around the country. Girlfriend calling my girlfriend right, and then from there then we had a nice afternoon for the for ourselves as well. Did she play along with us? Like? Is she like? Did she refer to herself as your girlfriend? Trish? Is really cool? We play you know, she plays into the whole Thing's it works out well. You know there's times where she absolutely had some of the off their heads believing you guys were cho That's a good thing. That's a good thing that they're part of the they're part of the It was like a Scooby Doo episode and then all of a sudden you take off the mask and it turns out to be Mr Wilkinson. The entire time, you got Scooby Doo, Give me Scooby Doo. You got Scooby You meddling kids. Give me Scooby Doo Ballfred, How was your on Time's Day? Well, he's looking for us. That's great, that is schoo right, here we go. You got it, people, But this is I don't want that Scooby. Come on, Scooby over watching on Saturdays in the week after school? Week was the week before school? Before school? Was it on before schooding? And the one in the morning? Yeah, pixel leven Wow. See I was a Tom and Jerry's guy before school. I didn't watch Schooby duntil I got home. It was an interesting story about Tom and Jerry. My parents wouldn't let me watch it. My mom was very against me watching Tom and Jerry because of the violence. But I felt there was Like even back then, I felt a hypocrisy because I watched Looney Tunes, I watched Bugs Bunny, I watched Elmer Fudd blow like Daffy Duck's beak around his head with the shotgun. So what the hell was the difference? Oh my god, but you knew it was a something against Hannah Barbary. Yeah, I know. I don't want to still at it. How was your Valentine's Day? Bull? Freak? God? Shut up? He's like a kid with a toy. I was like you today, I don't cancer. I had a taco Tuesday yesterday. I don't have a Valentine's Day. Oh scary. Give him the sad music. I don't need the sad scary sound effect like if I was in Give the sound mues. I don't want to keep paying keep playing that. You know I'm not in anything serious. So to me, it's like I don't have a Valentine like I mean, I mean, everybody's my Valentine, and nobody's my Valentine. Valentine I order to talk about. I don't get with my dog. I watched a lot of stuff on my DVR, caught up a lot of stuff, and I had a good night's sleep. It was Tuesday night. The tacos were good. Did you have some Scooby Snicks? What did you watch on TV? It up on SML, Like I just cleaned out the dvr. I made love to my dvr and Valentine's Day it was nice. You know what, you could have done something about it. I know there could have been Valentine's in your life. Could have tried, could have called Lululemon. But I don't want to set that. I don't want to set that president. If nothing serious is going on, you don't want to force it. But because we talked about this off the microphone, yesterday's Scary Jones could have called Caroline Thomps. Now you should be playing party music for me. You guys should be playing the sad music because dedicated day to being Mr Romance. I was Mr Romance last Yeah, how'd that go? Awesome? Awesome? This is how you set the mood. Yeah, you took it a great adventure. Went to Kicky Boots at the playoff Broadway, which is amazing, had a great time. How was that was fantastic? Phenomenal? You really thought it was good? I really like, I know you'd be honest with you because you're not. I mean, say, listen, I'm I'm gonna put my my my my Broadway top five. It's not my top five. It's not my top five. Um yeah, let me top five and no special order listeners. Know what your top five is? Can I guess? Yes? Jersey Boys, that's number one, that's one of them, Yes, number one, that's cats. I've seen cats. Not in my top what else? It's scary Jones like how about the new one, the new one, the Brooklyn Um, what was a new one? Bronx tail, Bronx tail. That's great, that's that's in my top five. So the two obvious ones are out now it's really a mystery. No, it's not at the mystery of Edwin drewd. I saw that. Actually, not in my top five. Lame is I hated Big Rivers wicked off. Okay, that's an honorable mention one Ricked's an honorable mention now, but it's not. It's not, it's not. I don't think that's scary. Jones, Hamilton's Hamilton's forgot about that. Just said Jersey Boys was your number one? No, I said, in no special order. All right, so how is anything you're number one? Hold on? What is it? Then Avenue Queue and the producers. I saw the producer is with Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane. I saw Hamilton's with Lynn wyn Well, Miranda and everything. So so so those six actually because wicked you know, he went to see it with you. Yeah, because he's not doing it anymore. No, he was in it. Okay, anyway, So anyway, went to see Kicky Boots and then went out for a great dinner. All right, don't you go? What did you eat? The Bronzino for two was my first meal containing olive one, So that was really the Valentine. You and the food, Me and the food. Bronzino for two. Let me tell you there's this there's there by yourself. Yeah, there's this restaurant called Esca, and it's in midtown. It's by Mario Batali. You might know him. He's the guy that walks around in shorts and crocs on the chew. So this dude, he's he just had a killer restaurants seventeen years ago. He opened this place. They take a bronzino fish, they slice it, they shove rosemary and and lemon juice and garlic in it, put it back together, then coated in sea salt and egg whites. So they come out with it before it's cooked. And they come out with on a plat and they say you're Bronzino for two. Nice, And all you see is the fish that the tail sticking out of what looks like a snowball. I like that. They bring that back into that they shove it in the oven for forty minutes. It comes out and then they drizzle it with olive oil. It comes out the freshest piece of moist fish you will ever sink your teeth into. I gotta tell you, youngs it is. I'm not a big seafood guy when it comes to like white fish and things like that. This was not only the best piece of bronzino I've eaten, and best piece of seafood, healthy seafood. Mind you you know what we're seeing here. I'm salivating if you're seeing Scary Jones in his natural habitat yes, this is like. Let's take this little cut out. I wish the off air could could see scaries. Mike how he's motioning his hands. He's so enthusiastic right now. You really should do a food show. We got a food show for scary tones going on. I think I should do a food podcast. That should be my spinoff. Let's just change this to a food and you can talk to all your can bring the food in both. I sort of got you guys are talking right now. I'm not even kidding. I'm this is Scary at his natural habitat best. He really is passionate about food. He has been since he's a little kid, and he had the Bronzino for two by himself. No, alright, I don't want you know, I don't want to be presumptuous. Sorry anyway, isn't that the Bronzino talking? So we that's what we've been doing for our Wow, okay, we gotta do that. Yeah, want you want to change your pants? Let's by the way, you've never had Bronzino, go and buy Bronzino cooking at home, try and make it with the egg white, salt rub I guarantee you it'll come out much better. And now look now Greg T's trying to move away from Scary Jones talking about the food. Understand, He's trying to drop back. He's like, come on, I do want to stand. I'm going to get to the name Captain Jack me off. We all went around the room. I got you. Now it's time for us to move on on. Oh my god. When we come back, we have Panasonic. Pete just walk in the studio. Hey, what's up? How you doing? I am here with counsel. Yes, we cannot wait. I am taking this very serious. You should you should. We've got people on hold that are gonna be talking about you. Speaking of which, off air, heads. Are you all there right now at the same time. Here we go, we go, that's right there on the phone. We've got some fair heads ready to talk to you. Pete. I'm ready. That's a huge crowd. I've been cyber bullied for two days last night and we're going to address this. Hey, do you large and yugs here? This? He says he's been cyber bullied by you guys. Whatever, whatever, how about that or whatever. We'll see if my legal counsel there's there's Felzie. Felzi's on their sergeant at arms gonna be escorting you out of the courtroom. That's right, all right, But first I want to we got Lindy. Lind Y is on the phone. Do you there? Yeah, there we go. What's up, Jack Globe? Good things are great? Well, that's well, we're great. We're about to play go back to the Grammys from the other night. A band that one Best Rock album, Cage the Elephant. They wanted they wanted for the Best Rock Album. Um, we're gonna play a song from them, but not from that album from because that's the one great Tea likes best. Yeah, okay, alright, so okay, hang with us. We'll be right back with you. This is ain't no rest for the wicked show. I was walking down the streat out the thing approaching me, she said, I've never seen a man who looks so well alone to cut you use a little company. If you pay the right price, you eatning will be nice and you can go and send me Oh my well, I said, you set to sweet your thing away. You do this to yourself. She looked at me, and this is what she said. All there ain't no rest for the wicked. Money don't grow. I'm chained. I got bills to pay, I got mouth to begin. It ain't nothing there this well for I know I can't some down. I can't hold back down. You know I wish I could another. Ain't no rest for the win it and tell we close our eyes for good. Not even fifteen minutes later, after walking down the street, when I saw the shout over men be by the side, and then he swept up ruby and he put a gun up to my head. He made it ka. He wasn't looking for a fight. He said, here you got I want your money, not your life. But to try to make a move up. I told him you have my cas but but you know, I gotta acclimate. You want to live this kind of lie? He said, that's the Wicked, don't I got I like that. That's can't be elephant. Thank you? Now I could say thank you, no rest for the Wicked. That's the album that didn't win the Grammy. Stock album. It's better than the New Stock. Okay, it's fine. Listen. Sometimes it's all about vintage, right, So it's like a fine wine on the off Air Show. And uh, I'm Panasonic Pete. Okay, now you get to sit and you get to breathe easy. Oh no, actually no, Now this is the part where you start clenching. Yeah, you'll breathe easier later when this is over. After my counsel speaks, I will I will do whatever you want me exactly. So what's what do we have? What do we have happening here? Ladies and gentlemen of the off Air Council, We welcome you to the show, Sierra Gore, We have lind Lindy and our sergeant at arms. Yes, Pawkins is when it started the whole thing. Hawkins. He was very vocalized. He was the first one that attacked Panasonic Pete. But those who have not listened to the other one hundred nine episodes. First of all, you're missing something. I don't know what, maybe go about five minutes of laughter total. But I will tell you one thing. Um, We've had a guy that started with us here, Panasonic Pete, who's here from the beginning, a friend of our friend who we brought into the podcast. Door was always open to him. He sells commercials. He's the guy who, in case you don't even know how a radio station works, he goes to the clients and he pretty much says, stick him up, giving your money, that's right, and then they give over the money, they fork over the dough, and then we play their commercials on the radio. A seat at the table was always available. And then Pisani said, I got a way to monetize your podcast, right, so I'm gonna I got stuff, I got prizes, I got things, I got ways, I got ways to integrate my clients into your podcast. Correct, And then we said, great, be alone for the right b our official salesperson. An episode after episode they went by and we got a mac Weldon client, and Patista Pete did not help battened that part of that. Then we had a friendship, Cottage Cheese. No help from Patisona signed on for a few weeks, no exactly. Then we had to give away gift cards for our Super Bowl pool and Fujifilm instacts came to the rescue to pay for those. No help from Paisana Pi. We also had Stasi in here twice and who made himself very comfortable at the table when she was here? Balfrey? Who was that person? Paisana Pete? Argument is his favorite celebrity. That's question has to be as kind of what have you done for us? Well, the song is what have you done for us lately? But I'm just gonna have to say what have you done for us? Period? Question mark. Let's start out with Sierra Gore. Sierra Gore, can you step up to the phone, Sierra Gore? Now, what is your exact title of the offair show? That's correct? Now, Sierra duchess, she's the duchess, Sierra. I ask you the question, what has Panasonic Pete done for the affair show? Counsel? What has he done for the show in general? That's right? Unfulfilled promises, unfulfilled stave. That's right. Guests come, he said that we were gonna get what's his name on the show Lebron Javeen on the podcast Stop he said you said he was gonna be in these halls is a missigation. Let's go right now. We specified whether it was gonna be on the on the podcast, he's not Lyndy, lynd d are you there on the phone, Lindy, Yes, that Lyndy. I ask you as well as part of the Affair Show, Army, Lindy, you've been along for the ride for a hundred and nine episodes? What has PANISONA Pete done for the Affair Show in a hundred and nine episodes? With an incredible disappointment that I would have to say, I recall absolutely nothing that Panasonic Pete has done. I have for him not even being Panasonic anymore. I think we gave him. We gave him that name, gave him a name because to help his client out. Right now, what has panisona Pete asked of us? Well, we did a couple of free heater commercials for the longest object object I recall us a script of walking its way in here, wait until the cross examination comes, and last, but not least, we bring in the big guns. Our Sergeant of Arms, Felsi Felzi, what has Panisonic Pete done for the Aufair show out? You know, guys, I have to tell you he has brought some last to the show. Thank you, Felsi sustained. But the empty promises the fact that your counsel has been coming up with money to buy the T shirts because he can't get a sponsor forgot. That's right, ridiculous, that's right. Seriously, that's right. The counselor that I'm sorry I cut you off. Go ahead, go ahead. We were actually coming up with the money to pay you off the football pool also, so you guys didn't have to come out with it out of pocket. Oh, that was going on behind the scenes. It was going on behind the sustained. When you use that money for something else, send it to us. Well, Pison you have more influence over so what going on here? You know what, I'm embarrassed that one of our very own Pete has been very silenced thus far. I'm waiting for my turn, one of our very own Felts. He had to say that they have been talking about raising money themselves to help out this show. Can you imagine people going into their own pockets our listeners. I would never have had that in two years in my broadcast career, greg T. That's right. Not one other sales associate has been welcome to the offair show as much as Panastanic Pete. Not one. We have closed that door. You don't even know the names of some of these silent salespeople we've been contributing to the offair show, right, and they are silent. That's right, That's right. Okay, So wait, Felci is there anything more? Falci here, Sierra Gore, is there anything more? And Lindy, Lindy, do you have anything more to add? Lindy not yet? Okay, alright, perfect? Should we bringing this court to order somehow? Both freak? Yeah, yeah yeah. Let it by now, and it on this date, fift of February in the year of Our Lord two thousand seventeen, begins to trial of the defendant, one Panasonic Peat for lack of delivery of promises otherwise known as empty promises. The plaintiffs want Gregory T and one Scary Jones otherwise known as Captain wax Barrow otherwise known as the Maestro has hair too far bagone Now it is an order Okay, what say you, paston, Let's hear your side of the story first. Well, isn't that not how court works? Okay, great, let's do this. Let's in lieu of an opening argument. Yes, I am going to get directly to the fact. That's fancy. Okay. Fact number one Ballford listening closely because you're good at this stuff. Thank you. Fact number one. I was never charged, despite what your people may say, right, I was never charged with getting T shirts for the affair show. But you did Pennasonic Pete. If I may be buttled a second, I said I would try to attach it to a sponsor. We have not had that level of sponsorship to this show as of yet. But now now you're interrupting, you should be overruled immediately exactly. Let the witness speak. Thank you. Now to that point, we have also hit some milestones for this podcast, meaning the hundred episode, some massive guests like Stasie see Sammy Sweetheart, Marissa Tomay, how about that. I i'van on and on and on and so now we are to the point where I feel that you are a truly sellable podcast. So you're saying, up until this point we were not exactly sellable. It was a work in progress, and I think you have crossed that hurdle. Now I can go try to add someone in so now. Point number two. Point number two is I have had a sponsor in the podcast one Delongy. No, you're overalled. You gotta wait your turn. Delongy sponsored a podcast during a very cold period of time with their heater product. You know what product blows hot air better than the heaters? I am giving you fact. I am giving you fact. I have Instagram post to back this up. Okay, which maybe which maybe you haven't shared with your off air heads who does not have a de long eh. That is true, but we can we can, we can address that. And then the last piece of the puzzle is I demand in this court we're listening a name change because this has become confusing and it has become irreparable damage to my reputation. And and one last point, I got your writing them all down. In terms of the Super Bowl, I was never formally asked to produce gift cards. Oha, you better give the crowd that scary wolf. And without throwing people under the bus, I will say this very simply, Yes, my new moniker, Yes would be once we get to that point, will be more than happy to provide product as prizes. Okay to this podcast. I hope of you off air heads of listening to this podcast, mark this. Let's strike this and mark this podcast down and put book market. And we're gonna reference to this point in this podcast because we are starting to make some promises going forward. I already feel headway being made. Well, let's find out now. Okay, let's go around the room here. Okay, well, that was one hell of a non opening argument. I was gonna say. I agree, it was not an opening artument. Ladies and gentleman of the court. You've heard the facts. You've heard it all. Now we will go back to cross examine. We can go scary. You're allowed to address any of these five issues. Your witness charge number one. He said that he was never charged on getting t shirts charged on stop. You're gonna time at a time out a very short term out of alright, one at a time. I'm trying to be brevity here, and that's what is brevity. He's trying to be. This is mass your judicial misconduct. Go ahead, he explained. Okay, now I want you to chime into bald Freak and grat Tea on the topic of T shirts as to charge number one, has Penrislana Pete not been a part of this podcast like like like almost day one. Has he not know? No, we've been belly aching and trying in general for T shirts. Does he not want to read or you know? So? Then my question then becomes, Penrislana Pete, why would you not taking it upon yourself to go in and find a way to get the T shirts paid for? I believe we have asked him on several podcasts to pay for the Whereas on My Courtroom Effects, some other podcast is deleting everything I'm putting in right now, so I have to go search for everything again. Some other podcast that's another trial, that's tomorrow. That's something else. Another podcast is using the same electronic equipment. I am anyway, but anyway, bald freak, do you want to add to that? Well? I mean, am I lawyer or judge? I think you should be a Let me put my lawyer had on, let me take my powdered with. What are your questions, ladies and gentlemen of the jury. What is a salesperson? What does a salesperson do? Yes? They take nothing and they turn it into something and then they sell it. Yes, and we're what are we talking about here, ladies and gentlemen of the jury. We're talking about show box of T shirts for the off air show for a for a guy like Pantasonic Pete, that's peanuts, some mayre bag of shells home. It must say, I'd like to wake ball Freak. You know, he's a very good attorney. Bull is very good at this. Bull Freak. What say you on charge number two? That we were not sellable and that now people believes we may be sellable. I think that's I think that's a pretty good argument. But ladies and gentlemen of the jury, Yes, I am a lawyer. Yes, And all I had to do was hang out with a guy and play some softball and the next thing, you know, we're all wearing mac Weldon underwear. Correct. So how difficult was it back then? At around episode forty something? That's right for a guy who's not a salesperson, I am an attorney at law, could get a sponsorship, even if it was just a pittance of a sponsorship. Correct, Still a sponsorship, Still a sponsorship. Heads. He's referring to the time that bald Freak was on the softball field, made a deal, a gentleman's deal on the softball field, and got the Mack Weldon to come in spend money on the podcast and pay for it. And you know, so there, that's how deals are made. You're not a salesperson. That's what he's trying to say. Was my rebuttal? My rebuttal is simple. Yes, I was probably off those two days that said sponsor was a sponsor, and I may have missed that. My apologies. He says he was never asked to be a part of the supplier of those gift cards for the Super Bowl box. Okay, now this is Ary Jones. I went crying and screaming on the sales floor. Hold up, I will not have this in my courtroom, kicking and screaming to everyone. He was never asked. He said, meh, and and and bald freak. You know, Scary says what that he? Where did he goes, bald Free Tell him what did Scary say? He did? He went down to the sales floor and he spoke to who I spoke to, people like Nicole Wendell. You're out of ball freak. What did he say? Duck. He said he saw, he spoke to a duck, spoke to duck, and duck him and who else didn't he mention parisonic by name, Yes, I did. I'll tell you I did. He did. Okay, now let me let me rebut chicken butt. The Elvis de Rancho come and it's kind of sticky salesperson formerly known as yes Panasonic Pete was alerted in the car by the senior executive producer of the Elvis Durrand Morning Show that my name came up in an actual Elvis Durand Morning Show broadcast live broadcast nationally. This is indicated in eight markets where straight Nate said to Elvis, yes, Hannasonic Pete can settle this with some gift cards. That was on the day after the Super Bowl. And at no point did Scary Jones come to me and say I'm not a gift cards. Somehow it got back to you. You're admitting that you heard about this. I have to be engaged and asked and then I can. Now he wants us to rule out the red carpet. I thought we were boys. Give me my client, gave my client, gave it today. Give it to me quickly. Scary. No, hold on a little great t give is it time for him to go to jail? Time on lawn play? The drop should go right, that's right, that's right. I think the bigger problem is this court can't handle the truth. Oh, you can't handle the truth. Can't handle truth? You can't handle the truth? No, I can handle the truth. Bull freak? Can you handle the truth? I don't know. I was waiting for the drop. Come on, give it to me, Come on quickly. I would like to make handle the truth. Closing argument over the drop. You can't handle the truth, that's right, you cannot. I'd like to make a closing statement short and sweet. Okay, do we have some music for that? I'll allow it. So we had some music. I'm trying to keep up with you. Come on, give me some music. What is that? This is an innocent man, that's right. I am innocent the current. Give me some music for him? But his lasting he's trying to tell you that he's an innocent man. That's right. I've never said, man, I've never heard someone play a Billy Joel song underneath their closing statement before. But hey, can you please give them some real news to talk this is a kangaroo court. Yeah, I see that. It's so unprofessional. God le please, yeah, some damn music. The head's gonna explode. Oh my god, I need to go do the sound effects myself. We're gonna start running this sound effect boards in my scene. You can't handle the sound effect. You can't handle the sound effact. You can't. Come on, you want me at that sound board? That sound says what am I getting? Inaugurated or trial? You just say thank you? You be on your way. What does great do you want to hear? What do you want to hear from? If you gotta pay the picture, pay to picture? What are your painting? What is the fourth of July? Firewere do you? What do you? What is appropriate clothing stake? Come on, Leonardo, this scary damn it. Give me some ship like that. You won't get ready for this. What do you want? What do you want to sound like? Give me some light? Said he bible. He wants some he wants, he wants that's not that. We're coming out to a basketball basketball Now give it up. You give me impossible, scary, You roaded everything that means, that means scary. Give me some give me off to give me a mission impossible. I can't get all this joke quick because you don't know how to work the sound effect more that I need to work to sound effect more immediately. Is this what you're looking for? Less? Now, go ahead, pete your closing state. I'm sorry, this is not this is not this is actually good. Give us a closing statement. The closing statement, I have come here to make peace with the off air show. As part of making peace, yes, I am more than happy to offer up. I don't want to say our new client. I want to say a relationship that I have that will tie to my new moniker that would be more than happy to provide prizing to the off air show. Come on, you're gonna make my own sound effectives give us a goat and heat, and that is the famous electronics company of l G. I would say, my own sound effect scary. I can't get it quick enough. Everything I had here with Jones unbelievable. You have to understand something. We share this computer with other mornings. In addition to legal counsel, I would have brought somebody who could have worked the sound board, and he came here with no representation. Witness overruled. Thank you. Yeah, we don't have any of this stuff because it's all been rased. It was another podcast Who Shall Remain Nameless took the stuff that I had in here and deleted everything, so now I had to start over. That's that's fine. But what does this mean? That hung jury? I don't know. You tell me what it means, Panasonic Pete, you tell me. That's it. We got his closing statement. Tell you, because he's already delivered all of his side of the story right now on trial. I'm waiting for a kind of ruling. Yeah, let's put somebody in a trial and then ask them if they see themselves as guilty or innocate. Well, I we need for the judge to rule on this. Well, we need to rule. We need to think about this, We need to think about what he said, bather the information and throw it to the jury. So we have no jury. So we have you, me and ball Freak. So ball Freak, what say you on these matters? Well? Do we have a closing statement for the for the plaintiffsters? That's it. He's I think made speech and and he's done and just decree. I think the Panasonic peak came to us and he stood here before the court of the Affair Show Army, and he pleaded his case, and he gave us five different charges. He stood up and he answered all of them. And I gotta be honest, Ah, I like that. I'm thinking about my ruling right now. Okay, I have to be fair. He did give me the Delongie grill for for trade. For trade. He did a man at Scary now that Scary claims he talks to Bath. He talked to panels on a pete about Super Bowl boxes and the gift cards, and it never happened. Hold on a second, Pete and I have a longstanding, understanding agreement that we would actually talk about a lot of things. I listen, I may have missed that, but I do not remember being until Nate called I do not remember being Even after Nate called you, you he did not react to it. And I have to admit, I have to admit we really did not ask him about getting us T shirts. I think we kind of like, you know, Peter on the Bush, but the thing off airhead himself. He should know that that is like one of the most the burning issues of the show. But I don't get them. And as the top one of the top selling salespeople on the second floor. Is he paying you off by being honest? He talks about a good point that we were not really sellable in the beginning. Both probably on the take, but we're not really sellable at this point. So in other words, I made a great case for myself. So you're ruling favor of Panasonic people. Here's what I would do. I would I'm looking at all the charges and i would say I'm ruling in favor of Panisana Pete and I'm gonna go step further because of the ruling for Paisana Pe. Like my ninetivities Smith Corona typewriter, I'm kind of what are up? I'm kind of feeling, uh that I have to I have to allow him to have a name change on this. On this, I think that he wins. I think that he wins the court case. You know, there are no typewriters in the courtroom, right they usual, so on behalf of the I'm behalf of myself, one of the founding fathers of the Aufair Show. My ruling is in favor of Panistana Pete, and to furthermore, grant him a name change. That's how I see you want to do a name change now? Scary? How do you see it? Um? Well, I gotta tell you something, Greg t Um, I do see the same thing that you're seeing right now. I am willing to give whoever this guy is, who we're gonna change his name to, Pete. I'm willing to give Pete the benefit of the doubt. We forgive and forget. We make empty promises for episode after episode after episode around this place. So I gotta tell you the way I see it right now, you we're going to give you a fresh start. I'm willing to give you because he's now making some real concrete promises. Yeah, let's forget about everything that happened in the past. They listen, it's never too late to start assisting to the off air show. And that goes for your people downstairs on that second floor. Late. Very good points. So so I I too, like great Tea, I'm gonna be interested in what you want to do with his name change thing and these people you might know. But I'm going to be holding you accountable. As I said earlier in this podcast, we must have this podcast scrubbed to this point. Let's put a bookmark here because on this day forward. We're gonna reference this moment in this podcast all future things that were promised here ball freak. What say you on these matters, Ladies and gentlemen of the courtroom. There's one thing that we need to remember here is about to come down. We've heard all the testimony, we've seen all the files have we have some hearsay on both sides. But one thing remains that it is unrefutable. It is undeterminable. Panasonic Pete is a salesperson and the DNA evidence proves it. He has no alibi to the opposite. You'd ask his wife, she said, yeah, he's a salesperson. You'd ask his friends, Yeah, he sells. And we all know, ladies and gentlemen of the court, a salesperson cannot be trusted, cannot be trusted. However strong words. However, however, Patasonic Pete has made some good points. He stated his case, Well, so I here for it, declare my verdict. One month probe Oh, let this supposed L. G. Pete, as he may call himself L is that where we're going. That's give him find the defendant saith with me. Give him one month to prove that all this is in the past, and where's my de long? So he's so he's showing you that he does find you guilty. But again, you're gonna sever a little probation a one month so that we will meet again March the fifteenth of two thousand seventeen to find out exactly how he has fulfilled his probationary period. And and just to add a little bit more drama to this, you know what March fifteen is, Isn't that's today? No, that that's actually March fourteen. Sorry, the eyes of March, the eyes of yes, it is that, but more importantly, two days before, more important than that, your anniversary altar. It's your birthday, isn't it? That is correct? What a way to celebrate? Oh? A birthday celebration could be in order for Panasonic people or the opposite, that's right right, I could it could be full banishment, could burn him at the stake, or it could be a coronation. I'm writing down right now, March fifteenth, a birthday celebration is possible, full banishment or we're gonna, We're gonna kake you. I will step aside, I will I will flip over to the I got uncommon whatever that if if some of this stuff is unfulfilled, we should take him right in the face with his birthday cake. I got Steve Ioki. That's fair enough, he's scary. Give me Steve Ioki. Seriously do something with the sound effect up. I want the sound effect board right here, right front of Spain exactly, change exactly. Let's change his all right? So therefore, do we want to change his name now or do we want await and give it to us a birthday gift? No, no, let's change now. But he'll put his money where now for Panasonic Pete? Then how all right? Then we have to get the good to gather and see if he fulfills his his probation. What would be a great gift for Paisana Pete on March the fifteenth, we be a Panasonic product ably any off fairhead that has good ideas for Panasonic Pete's birthday celebration with the Affair Show. Please drop us an email at the Affair Show at gmail dot com or tweet us your ideas and we will try to fulfill those ideas for Panasonic Pete's birthday. Okay, sounds good, So we're ready for the decree alright, balt freak, I'm ready if you're ready, and now we're about to change Paistanic Pete's name. Have baptismal waters for a baptist I'm throwing I'm dunking right now, I'm throwing baptismal water in the air all over the place. By now that on this date, the fifteenth of February, in the year of Our Lord, two thousand seventeen, this matter came on to be heard on the petition of one Pantasonic peat for the adoption and change of name to be henceforth known as L. G. Pete L. The Court finds that notice has been given to all parties, that all consents have been filed or have been found not required, that the allegations of the petition not true, that the petition has been lawfully placed in the hands of the offair show, that a report of the Assessor has been approved, that this name changes at the best interest of the petitioner and of the off air show. It is therefore ordered that the petition of this name change be granted, and that the name of the petitioner be changed now and forever to L. G. Pete. Can we add in or for short l g P or for short l g P. Thanks Pete will now be known as l G Pete or hashtag l g P. I love that like the l g P. That's crazy. Now you know me, T and I are naked right now. I love roaring water on one of the room. Whole ceremony. Look at that smile. I've never seen those teeth before. He's like y show will officially know him as hashtag at lg g P or l g P l g P. Gotcha, l what is LG sell that you're gonna We're gonna get us to promote anything. Greatest electronics in the world coming fairheads. I think in our entire affair Show cabinet will be getting an LG product eight track players? Am I ahead of myself? Mind empty promises? I didn't say everyone say Jacket's scary Jack. Just watchman now, believe you. Just slatch you now, Just slatch here. I can't send for your for you you won't you? Just watch you now,
Speaker 1: Elvis Durrand presents the Off Air Show, Scary Jones and Greg forgot to lower your favor in loud coming in loud one ten, Yeah, baby, I'm scary Greg t end the ball freak here and then on the off Fair Show.
