Speaker 1: Says Elvis Durrand Presents. The off Air Show is Scary Jones and great one for our team. You know, Paul Freak, I'm gonna take issue with you. That's what I'm doing. How God bless you? Big issue, tissue for your issue. You want something else? Man, Good Good day, Vietnam. It is the Offair Show. You can always get in touch with us at the Offair Show at gmail dot com and reach us on Twitter and Instagram at the off Air Show if you so desire good breath? Did you say good day? I said good day. It's like almost like we're in England or you know. I'm really excited because we've got a few things going on. First of all, I gotta do some oscars talk. Yeah. Yeah, we gotta talk about what happened last night that happened the debacle. Yes. Also, we have to say goodbye to a great actor, one of old freaks favorites, if not his favorite actor of all time. Yeah. Also, and my buddy Dr fat Loss is coming in. He wants to talk about what the deal is with his program. After all, he's your favorite doctor of all time. He really is. No one's done anything better for me and my health than this guy's right. Also, we got some other things to cover. Yeah, that's already way too much talk about the show and what's going on right the rest of the week. Yeah, exactly. The show is traveling. We're traveling. We're going to Los Angeles. Oh we are delis Delise Angels. Every time I think about l A. I always think of Sheryl Crow song. This is not what I think of favorite talking about Crow songs, favorite crows. Not this the one that goes, I'll shut us. She always Startsyl Crow. Yeah, she goes, she goes, this is l A. Oh, I want to dude, and that is that all I want to do. That's I want to do. It starts out, he goes l A. And it's like till the sun comes up, Santa Mon, all the things Los Angeles related. This obscure reference is what you think of, Well, how does she start eat? She starts to call And you were the one who talked over it. Listen here it is just get to the point there it is. I don't know I thought of a discover. I imagine this drive around with a car top down on the turnpike out there in California. Whatever I've never been. Maybe were driving down the one on one one one to the I've been to l a X. I've been to l A X to down the Pacific Coach high Report, I've been to the airport. I have never one stepped foot out on the actual ground of L's never been thought it was a joke. There's so much to see. How now it's really It's a great town, guys, Like I've been there about a dozen times. I love Los Angeles, we love it. Yeah, before I go into that good one ball free good one, can I can I tell you when I think of think Los Angeles? What do you think of? What I think of? Yeah, strippers, drugs, no rock and roll. I think burger eating burgers, getting fat. I want I was talking in the world of music. What don't do? You can't eat burgers? You just your music. Guys, we should talk to Dr Fatlows about that. Let him know what you want to think about eating burgers and you go to l A. This is a song that comes to mind, This song by Tom Petting the Heartbreakers. This song is this call and the teas like what does it do? Listen to the lyrics to do anything. She's living in receipt. She's living in It's right California. Hold on a second, rock freak, Listen, you suck crazy. This song is about living in her seat. I believe is Orange County. I'm not so sure. Anyway, it's a long, lazy day and he's describing as he's describing a scene. Listen, listen to see it's a free way now a bad song. We're gonna listen to the the whole thing. Break I said, come on free, I'm free falling over myself under punch. I'm just free falling a free bar. The fires don't wear underpens, we wear paloons. They also talked about Ventura Boulevard. They talk about that shed down already. But what does this have to do with l A? Nothing free falling this means l A. This is the guy who referenced the Cheryl Crow song where she just uses the word l A in as an ad lib at the beginning in the song. No, at least she actually says, we're Los Angeles by the band X. You know I've got Los Angeles by Frank Black. What give me another l A song? Come with you, Randy Newman. I love l A, Yes, I love l A. Get that one on the score. Love l A this song this, I hate this song New York hate New York City. Cold. That's right, it's cold right now. Yep. Yeah. What about that song from I Got One for You? I Got on you? Guys all forgot an obvious one? What about California? Dreaming? Bro about California girls, California girls, California. I'm playing this awful piece of ship. Who sell California? California? Come on, bro, we should have a whole. I'm sorry, I'm stuck on this song because bald Freak decided to play this one. I just said, this song has so much more to do with Los Angeles than the two picks that you guys just picked out of your ass. Oh know when Crows starts out by falling about the suburbs of Los Angeles, you know, under bigness, I'm not saying this is the better songs. The song refers to Los Angeles in the chorus, and he's colleague celebrities in the video. Guys, you're missing the obvious one. Call that part's about to California, but Danny California by the Red Hot Choler, No, the other red hot guys. The Red Hot Chili Peppers song that No, No, didn't even get to the part yet because I can't wait for it. What, guys, Under the Bridge by the Chili Peppers is about Los Angeles, the city. I love this, the city of Angels. He's talking about living in Los Angeles and doing drugs. No, it's not just about Los Angeles, the city of Angeling drugs in Los Angeles. Yeah, doing drugs a little stages bal freaks. Right, let's and it's got a nine thousand second listen to listen under the Bridge? Come on, guys, every every affair head loves this song. Sometimes, don't God gonna make it better by singing over? He's telling the song should I drown it out? And everybody off? You like I don't know what I'm doing on the Okay, shut off too? Why do you keep shut off the sea? You want to hear Danny California's No, who wants to hear any songs right now? This is about California, This, this one and Californication. Man, they sing a lot about California there, bro What about we does? Santa Monica song Beverly Hill Beverly Hill? Is every clear that this is Danny California. M's just play California songs for three. I kind of like it. I'll run about this podcast, dude. I'm cruising the California radio Dude, I'm taking the ship into the Pacific Ocean. Yeah, we've been drowning in the Pacific today. I don't think you realize there's so many songs about California in the lie. Yeah that wire, I'm okay, Beverly Hill, Beverly Harrod. I'm just so many here. Yeah, this is a great song by a great call. Sometimes I'm standing in the seas of cheese and I put on some wheezer. Yeah, makes me think of my days in Bow really hard. Can we can we sing about this? He's singing crowd us. I hope the music isn't too loud. On playing back every school, there's no challenging for sure. When Captain wax freak, you'll be shot in your own mouth in the pocket saying else, what else did you mention? Santa Monica? Monica ever clear, that's another great one. Watch the guys anytime you guys want to start the podcast. It's not jackling off with the music. Man, I'm burning up. I am still living with your gold watch ESPN. You know what? The off dude, he's put the television on. Listen, you know what? And all these singers they all kind of like the same vibe. They really do. They have the same California sound to them. Hey all, they really do. All fair heads tweet us your favorite song about Los Angeles or California. But we played all of them, so there's none left for them to pick. What else is there? No gentlemen? Start yeah, new start your engines, all right, what's on your mind? Party? People on? Well freak you go first, nice intro, by the way, thank you. I was told to make it. I need say to make this. What the hell is this? No, dude, this is horrible. Well, you know, maybe if he played it in a proper volume, we have more impact. But the way we started trying to put everything by the way, I'm trying to make everything the lower, you know, if everything is love, because I don't want to make people no we had wonder off air. I'm kind of concerned about her. She actually tweeted us that she doesn't listen to the podcast anymore because we were kind of like making her go depth. So I don't I don't want to be responsible for people's hearing goods. Speak out, speak out off their heads. That's the only way it's gonna get fixed because they But on one hand, you make that complaint and now you're bitching at me doing it too low because I gave you a new stagre and you should have previewed at first before you put it on. And that's Radio one on one veteran radio. I want to listen. We have we have Dr Fat Loss in the lobby. Well, I don't want to piss anyone off here. We do have an interview to conduct. What what's going on? What's on your mind? Balt Free, come on, Well, we lost legendary character active Bill Paxton over the weekend and and Greg T was the one to to tell me. Yesterday morning he sent me a text and he texted me, well, he was the first one. He was the one to inform me. And I never really get a phone call from Gregg T. And then he texts, you know, Bill Paxton and all exclamation points, and I'm sorry. My first thought is like, wow, did you meet Bill Paxton? Or or wow, like do we get Bill Paxston for the oh, because he's got that new show on CBS that's terrible. So I called him and I'm like, what's I was kind of excited and I called him and he's like, Bill Paxson's died. He's dead. Yeah, he's dead. Yeah. So I kind of feel like my uncle died, like, you know, seriously knowing, you know, all those days in high school and copy Twister, Apollo thirteen, Titanic, Big Love. Recently on a HBO Aliens bro Aliens Near Dark Predator to what are you doing great? It's still disrespectful, man. That's the most respectful thing there is. Playing a freaking trumpet through your life plane taps is the most respectful thing that you could do. You have a Playing it on your lips is not How else would I possibly do it? It sounds like the rushy trombone taps will say no I had to do. I had no choice with to do taps that way. He left trumpet. What's your favorite movie? By Bill Paxston Aliens Aliens? What about Weird Science? Weird Science is fun and he's great in it because he plays chet the oh nice he's back. Uh yeah, he's got a bunch of iconic roles. He's not he's not like Tom Hanks. Let's let's like to call a spade a spade here, but he on top of being a prolific actor, he's known as one of was known as one of the nicest guys in Hollywood. And there were a lot of tributes to Day on Twitter Guess today, And I spent a large amount of the day kind of reading, reading all that stuff and just try if you drop a tear, I'm not gonna cry, but I'm definitely bummed. Definitely, you cannot drop a definitely bumped because that's that was really loud. That's gonna make me call later. By the way, I did not put that into the system. Somebody else. Somebody's made me step on a landmine. That was sorry about. Yeah. Well yeah, Weird Science is a cult classic apress from the eighties. Yeah, that's it. That's all I gotta say. Okay, let's move on to the next thing. I agree with you, or you're not finished, and maybe you want to chime in yourself, you know. But I don't mean to say about him because at first I thought Bill Pullman died, and I'm like, Pan's dead. It's not the same guy. Because we're gonna still make that joke even after the guy's dad. It's not a joke. A lot do you know what people were tweeting at Bill Pullman R I p over the We don't know. I wasn't paying attention to that. I want the loss of beloved actor Bill Paxton. I actually pay attention to the masses and and a lot of people got that wrong. I felt bad. It was Sunday morning, and uh we and trist for having breakfast, and uh it was. It was right after my l L play soccer on Sunday mornings, so we had an early Sunday morning soccer game at eight for it. In the morning, we stopped to get some bagels on the way home before we had to go back to practice, and we're sitting down the kitchen, we're having breakfast, and all of a sudden, she goes over grabs her phone and she's on Twitter, and she goes, oh my god, she goes, Bill Paxton died, and I'm like what I said? I jumped up. She said, what's a matter, and I said, Balfrey gloves Bill Paxton. I said, so that's when I called you. You of course do not answer your phone. I was about to go out for a run. I didn't see the phone ring was in the other room, but then I saw the text, and then you finally did yeah, and then I could. I I wanted to tell you, but I did feel bad because I know that you even put them up on your Mountain Rushmore. He was one of your faces. Definitely can his Mountain Rushmore. He was definitely a candidate from my Mountain Rushmore. So you know how like certain bands and certain actors or movies like they're just yours, like before other people discovered those things. Like I guess Nirvana was like that for me, Like that's who kind of Bill Paxton was for me. I was a fan of him from his like lunatic goofball days when he was kind of playing these manic character actors in the late eighties, in the yearly nineties, and now now he's gone. You know, you're right, because you know what you're touched on something. You know there are certain people, actors, some certain groups that bring back some memories, and you're right, you know what Nirvana from me, I was going through a really rough time in my life when Nirvana broke ground and and the music that I hear from any any song off that never Mind album. It brings me back exactly to that moment. Traditionally, your high school and your college years are the formative years in your in your life when when it comes to music. So I rememb member most my high school, my college, and just after post college, you know, which for us is late eighties earlier made nineties music. So all those albums are cemented in my head. Yeah, right, it really is. And and that to me, well, and what sucks is a lot of people will just be like, man, it'll make music like that anymore, and it's always speaking to that person's high school in college. Yes, so for us it's gonna be it's gonna never gonna be better than you two. And then because it takes you to that special play pretty hate Machine or you know from nine Inch Nails, right, jam ten, you know Allison changed that one quintessential album Guns and Roses, Appetite for Destruction. You're right correct, all of those exactly, you know. I mean to me, listen, when when I heard that kurk Obaya killed himself, but I know exactly where it was. I can feel that why don't we really I want to reach out to people that listen to music today, people in their twenties. I just want to say this, Yeah, you know what, you're gonna think that the music you're listening to today is the greatest will ever be. But don't dis other people's music. Don't yuck anyone else's yum. Somebody has a music. And I know I say that this is stupid analogy, but the truth that is the truth of the matter. Everyone's always going to say, oh, it's the best. Just be open to the fact that music is great. And I'm gonna be telling you that for whoever loves Ariana Grande, because this is there, he's having a moment. People he's making say that. No people listen to me. There are people are gonna say. There are people are gonna that The Weekend is the greatest music ever written because they're going to their high school in college years right now, and they'll look pick back on this in fifteen years and say, damn man, it'll make music like that. The official you know who is having a moment right now. You what's on your mind right now, and that soapbox dudes having hanging by a moment. I'm sorry about this, Bill Pax. Then I'm sorry. I tried. I tried to give you a decent tribute in the Scary Jones Hijacked. I'm hanging by a moment. What's on you? Have your moment? Have your moment on your moment, All fair heads out there, this is what you're playing for, Bill Packson, Come on, you're killing me. Here's what's on my mind, Your Lord and great team. You know you and I are forever linked now because whenever, whenever I think about when Bill Paxon died, I'm gonna remember that you were the one who told me that's right exactly. No, No, does that make you feel I feel good. We're starting to build a lot of these moments. Me and you ran the marathon together. Now we have Bill Paxson. I think you guys are hanging by a moment, you know what, barely hanging ball freak. I may come over your house and cuss your kidd off that cuss his kid? Stop, stop it go. What's on your mind? Guess what was remember shopping at the box office this week? Cuff all of you that's on my freaking mind. You don't we have can I turn to pizza? Don't we have meetings? I don't have any meetings, No meetings about the meeting I want to talk about. I want to talk about I want to talk about pizza. A right, give me some pizza. I couldn't eat pizza yesterday. If you talk about pizza, I'm gonna want to eat pizza. Bro just just saying the word pizza makes me want to eat pizza. I want to hear my pizza music. All right, I'm talking pizza about pizza music. All right, we get the sound of thing bored. I'm complaining. Oh, he's gotta play something with the words underneath it. All the words come on ball freaking to see the words A slice dying? What did they say? Pizza is alright, so let's play into the song for a minute. What's going on with pizza? I just wanted to explain to forgot Dr Fat Laws is in the building. I know he is, and he'll be proud of me. I'm still on the maintenance part of my my program where I still cannot have any carbs. So the truth is Defari's pizza. We all know from Avenue j In Brooklyn. Now this is probably not only one of New York's best pizzas and Brooklyn's pizzas. This is in the United States of America. It's war. It is totally recognized. People coming to the world to save the in line to see eight year old Dominic DeMarco nake pies the old fashioned way. Yes, he takes the rusty scissors and he'll he will take basil possibly go from the backyard for rusty scissors. Is that that doesn't sound too like I'm painting a picture that it's the bold warnings. I am ashamed to admit that that is the one pizzeri in Brooklyn at is revered that I've never been through and level like people around the country. You know about this. So Dominic DeMarco has the family recipe. The word is even though he has his daughters and sons, that he doesn't share the recipe with everybody. He's good to know, but I know better though. His daughter Maggie is wonderful and I think she will be. She she's carrying on the tradition. She helps him out. He stands there. He's the one who puts the pizza in the oven. He makes nice square pie takes ninety minutes to do a pie. Pizza fresh, the freshly cut basel and the parmesan reggiano, but it might not even be parmesang. Oh no. And then he's blocks of whatsade. So you get blocks, you get blobs of what zadel. Here's the thing about. He removes the pizza from the oven with his bare hands. He doesn't even need one of those long paddles you know got, you know the ones where you join your fraternity. The guy opens the oven, he sticks his hands in a thousand of great page believable. He pulls the pizza with both hands, and he puts his hands gotta be burned off anyway, have no skin in my hands. It was my sister in law's birthday and they rented after Farris for three hours. Really, yes, you can do that. So they locked the freaking doors and shut the music. Apparently, well, I just wanted to make a point. The point is the place is available for parties that play. I felt awful because the doors will lock and people wanted to go in again, and there are people coming in. Of course, he's not right. They was knocking on the door looking the glass because let me ask if you were a tourist or whoever, and you walked in and you would like see people, the lights are on. Dominic de Marco's behind there. You want to get in. You want to get in, absolutely, But it was hours, for three hours. Yeah, you gotta feel bad. I understand what they do is for three hours, all they do. All Dominic does it's go from one pie to the next. And he keeps putting pizza out in the counter. Oh my god. Granted it takes a while for each pie, right, but over the course, that's three hours. You're every stuffed. Next question, do you have leftovers? Yes? Whatever? Are you allowed to take leftover? You are allowed? Where is my pizza Brie? Where's our pizza? I gotta be honest. I didn't take any because I didn't need any. That's take more for us, that's more for us. Then you want to talk about the pizza you're going you're talking about like talking about Porno reggiano, and he's taking the pizza out of the oven without put out of paddles and it just brought us two slices of pizza we're gonna be eating right now. But had side of it doesn't travel well. You think I give a ship, how well it travels. It's like it's not the same. We should do instead of going to Carluccio's, we should the three of us go to see the Farre's Dominant de Marco. That is just gonna be a problem. Oh my god, rent it out first. Let's invite the affair Heads. He's right, yeah, it costs. You can call out. It costs per per person. With think at the Brooklyn can the fair Heads will travel mobil. Mobilis the perfect It's the perfect place. Build a vehicle to have an off fair show party and we will rent it out for the all fair heads. Build a pizza wagon and drive it down to Brooklyn and meet us at the Faris. There's no way the Fairheads are going to Brooklyn. The afair Heads are not going to Brooklyn. You know that. I don't know. They're pretty gung home Broy. They've been talking about having to meet up. They talk about they have private rooms behind that bat make it worth their while? How do we make it worth their while at Carluccio's. Car Lucas is closer to some of these guys that let's do a food tour. Let me I will tell you why it's worth their while. You know why, because yeah, it's free freaking pizza. Denios is gonna be upset. You might will be on Let's do let's go to let's do the fair show pizza tour, bro. We can go to Pats down pread may we go to Patts in Philly and say, now we're going to Philly. Let's take it the road the road show. Let's try to pizza one first and seew that? Can we talking about the Oscar is real quick? Because I know you know this is the big fat elephant in the room. I think it's Yeah, I know you don't want to talk about it, but talk about really that. We need to touch upon the debacle that happened yesterday, and then we got to get into our song of the day, So go quickly because at eighty minute podcast. All right, So, of course Finity, everybody has heard about what happened at the Oscars. Everybody. Did anybody see it live? No? I did not. Did you see a live story? I did not see this happen. I shut it off about half hour before it happened, and I have it on tape. I'm gonna watch it when I get home. I'll tell you. Here's what happened for me. So I got up my prostates having to give me some problems. That extra information. That's great there, Just in case I feel like a commercial Prostates, let me paint you a picture. So there I have sleeping up snort not having animated prostate and prostate music. I'm snoring away. Does your prostate have a face? An way I wake up? Is Chris Parnell the voice of your prostate prostate? I get out of bed and I go to the bathroom. Right. I started walking, I stumbled in the bathroom. Okay, I go into the bathroom. Take out my kid, I whip it out again. I started sipping all over the place, missing my asses on fire by Mr Bungle. I'm sitting there all right, okay, that's all right. Fun, I'm so happy Dr Fatlos the scientist, my black socks on him, my white white underwear with the brown back. And then I go back into the bedroom, right, and I plopped down into the bed and I see Harry at the fun Come on, man, I see on the other side of the bed, Trish's phone is on and I can't really see Trish because the covers, you know, she sleeps the covers over her head. So I look over and she's on her phone. And this is now quarter to one in the morning, and I go, why are you still sleep? Why? Why aren't you sleeping? She turns around, She turns over, and she goes, you missed it. I said, what I missed? She goes, the hall Oscars. You missed it. So then she told him what happened. I couldn't believe it. I quickly went back because I was recording. I went to my DVR, I threw it on and then I saw it at quarter to one. All right, so you watched it last night. Then, So here's what I'm thinking, guys, not only well you know what, here's you know, that can't be the only massive debacle that we have witnessed in history history. Maybe the Oscars, but yugs, think about all the greatest sports defeats that are going on that that it went on, that we have witnessed. Like, for instance, I can recall this past Super Bowl, right, the Patriots down by twenty four points going at the halftime. You thought it was over. Everybody thought the Atlanta Falcons are gonna win this game. Right, all of a sudden, the Patriots come back out into the field, and what happens sports Patriots win the whole thing. Well, for give me one, give me one that you can recall. I don't like I'd have to make a comparison. If you're gonna make a sports comparison to the blunder, that's not a blunder. Like a blunder is like when Bill Buckner the ball went between his legs and the ages. That's right, and that that was an unexpected blunder. It should have just been he caught the ball ran the first night of the game the end instead cat they had on the battle screen, congratulations. Red Sox fans were leasing way right through the wickets of the first basement. Couldn't feel the ball, like, like, you know what, it was a big blunder. I'll tell you went back when Tony Romo from the cow Girls was a holder and they were in that that critical game. Anyone he couldn't freaking grab the ball and like put his point there over it and keep it on the ground for the kicker to kick it through the wickets so they can get three points. Right, So what happened? He was like, whoa, whoa? Did he Bobbles. He was like, whoa like Curly from the Three Students? Right, I'll give you another one. What about ball freak? You might game might not like this one. The Yankees were up three games to nothing is my favorite one. The same thing though. They were going to the World Series of two thousd of four. The Red Sox come back there four games to none. They three games to know. The Red Sox come back and win the next four. It was over. It was not over. That's a collapse. It's not a mistake like like the Oscars, like the oscar reading. Take me another Who Scotland? Who Scotland? How about guy? When Scott Norwood missed the game winning field goal in the Super Bowl against the Giants, every thought it was all with the Giants, We're gonna win the Super Bowl, then lose, and they won. He missed. That's right, Scott Norwoods. Sorry to bring you up, Scott, that's right. You're the Warren Beatty of of football blunders. Got the guy Bartman from from Chicago department when the Chicago Cubs were going to win the World Series that one year and then he pretty much like reached over and grabbed a ball that could have been out and then there was a foul ball. The guys, they ran him out of town. You know what, I don't know if if any Steve Bartman affairheads watched the Game of Thrones at the end of the past season, John Spider every knows Now, I don't watch great Game of Thrones. And you're gonna You're gonnais off somewhere. You're gonna sports this from me. Know what? Cuff you. I'm saying that John Snow was left for dead. He was dead. Scrub past this part. Scrub past this part, the very next, the first no, no, no, no, bring it back to life, broad past. This part of the podcast came back to life that day. We're back. How about the Calves? The Calves were done with three games to one against Golden State, and the Calves came back and wanted do we have a non sports analogy to make with the Oscars? Depaco Bald believe you're not reciting an award show. What about your boy Joe Montana running out to the right side nine two, the four nine to catch bro that but that wasn't exciting. That was an exciting player in a competitive game. Listen, guys, somebody reading the wrong thing. By the way, I want to thank nobody who who want to thank some of some of the affair heads who said, yeah, I love sports, because as a result, all you've gotten from great Tea is sports. Don't we believe her? Yeah, believe her? That's right, believe he believe her. Mistake. Mistake the mistake to believe? Do you do you want to divulte something over the No, No, it's a general statement. Let's move forward. Ron he's not in the in the right mind frame. You know, he lost his his friend Bill Paxton over the weekend. You know he's broken up about it. That was or trying to help him through the tough I've actually known that Ronny has been a huge Bill Paxton fans the nineties. Actually, we Ronn used to talk about him in high school all the time, right, Yeah, he's my friend. Him and Bill Pullman not the same person that well, you know what you know. But do you think Bill Pullman got some tweets over the weekend? Oh my god, r I p Bill Pullman? Of course I think, yeah, because yeah, you know ball freak. Though when I when I chose this song, I had you in mind. I did know for real. I said, how can I get how can I get you out of this funk that you're in? You know, and I figured this song would would pick you up, and it didn't work. It didn't work tomorrow. You know, you might need you might need a cleanse to hit yourself, right. You might need a dtox detox right, or some fat loss. You don't need to lose any weight there. You're a skinny bastard. Me run like a beast? Exactly. What's your I don't have an excuse. I only have solutions, So scared Johns take it away. I mean, if you want me to take it away, I'll just go into your guest here. But he's sitting to the left of me. Maybe you should not. And he's sitting to the right of me right exactly, he's well, I'm sitting in the middle of both the Oh dude, that's great. What's that song right right in the middle? What's that song in the you know with Steve Wheel Yeah, ladies and gentlemen, it's Dr fat Loss. Awesome. Yeah, thank you, show no state you no no music bet for Dr fat loss, Dr fat Loss. I mean, what what would what would a fat lost Albert? Dr fat loss? Yeah, but nobody see any Albert. Yeah, but you can introduce them like you know, Dr f I guess that could be fun. How do you feel about being associated with that theme song? Okay, you know what most people come in there really you know obeest or or or pretty big, they're pretty fat? Is that song play when they walk in the door. Um? No, we have different songs depending on that's what he does talk today. That's a fat Albert too skinny Albert. Okay, well jumping DUCR fat Loss. Well, that's what you did with me the brief part of that. And I can't really talk seriously with this. This is why this is quite a different interview than I'm that I'm used to when we come in and we do like the interviewing radio. I love this. This is great different angle. We're just a bunch of young scariest theme song. He walked into Dr follow us. I was way two D five pounds and that's when I said I had enough. And you know me, I'm not a big fan of exercise and that's debatable about what that does for you. I always said it's seventy percent nutrition percent exercise. But okay, so I said I need a real solution. Dr Fat Loss came to my rescue. He he got me at one of these health expos as I was coming off the stage. As I was waddling off the stage, when he cornered you. Actually, I was like, that guy needs me now. Actually it was it was one of the I heart people. Uh that introduced me said I want you to meet I want you to meet Gary Jones. Uh, I know he'd want to talk to you, and uh, you know he needs your help. And I said him here, I said, when when you're ready, just introduced and we'll get it started. And it took me a few months to be ready. Actually, you're right because when when I first met you, right, this was years ago. When I first met you, you said, uh, you know what I'm gonna call you wanna get this done? And then I didn't hear from yet most most Americans, most humans. And then a couple of months later I saw you and he says, you know what, he goes, I gotta come see I really, really, I know I'm supposed to come see. I gotta come when I'm like, this is not good. This is not good. That they say everybody's got their number, everybody's got their numbers, you know, I gotta tell I think it's two hundred when I see you know, although although you know what, Skary introduced me to Dr Fernico, and um, I got nervous when I got around one five and then I think I actually came to see you. Are you were that heavy? Yeah? Man, I really did four nine. That was like no, for really, you know, we measured him. It was over five feet stopped, but that that's that. That was my number. When I got up there, I got nervous. I was like, wow, I need some help. Should be told. I mean, first of all, you could follow along actually and then hold on, I'm sorry director, but actually then you called me and you're like, all right, I want to come in tomorrow. And I felt horrible, right because we were just triple booked and we got you in. We we met you at on a lunch break, like a couple of days later, and we got you in. And that's when our journey began professionally, which led into you know, our personal journal. Are you guys are together? Now? You know? I got relations on Facebook status? It's complicated, yeah, exactly. So we're in a domestic partnership today. Actually been my wife twenty five years. How did you meet? Yeah? What's the secrets of that one? Love? Unconditionally, come from your heart, go above me on and just can unconditionally just love, love and love the same thing I do in practice. I just love. I take every take care of every patient like my own family. I go above and beyond his personal cell phone number. It's always about you. It's always about you know. It's always about my wife and my three daughters in my family and my extended family. Which of my patients, It's not about me. When I serve unconditionally, the God the universe just just brings it back to me. And that's the secrets. You wouldn't have gotten divorced seven times so far. And you know what, I think that is great. Part of the program is but that really is a secret. He holds your hands the whole way, not physically, but you know what, I'm actually some patients like the kind of Saturday morning. Hey I need some more advice. The skill is not moving. Yeah, I hit you back. Yeah, that's part of the that's part of the program is yes on the phone motivation. Uh, you know what I just I I just served my patients above me. Listen. We have patients all over the country. Uh, there are some patients that I've never met before, um that I've never seen. Maybe we we skype them more. I've spoke to him on the phone. Uh. It's just taking care of people. It's it really is. When you come from your hardwood passion, miracles take place. You really have an impact on change of the same people's lives. I know, we you know, we've been that. That's a serious part of it. Uh. But yeah, the truth that the truth beholds scary. Continue with that. Yeah, I just wanted to just say, in a nutshell, is that first round I lost thirty eight pounds in forty three days? And it is It is a forty three day program's actually forty it's actually forty five. So we did we calculated all your numbers from start to finish, Like from the heaviest that you were, which was about two fifty three, you got down like your what a what? Your what a level went up, So we have a total weight loss from start to beginning, right you go up and down a few pounds, is about seventy five pounds. The interesting thing was your metabolic age when you first came in was eighty six. That means his metabolism was function at the level of an eighty six year old and we got him down to forty two. Um. And the big thing with Scary is I will tell you he is not uh, he's not into working out. Right. People make mistake about that. I never tried. I'll come on, Paufred. He talks about all the time, right, going to the chain, working out. Actually I remember being right now squat thrust seven pies in your face coming from the mouth. But I will tell you we were actually in the back, you know, we were doing some push ups, we were doing some sit ups. I was shown Scary. How you know the program ends all the fat is removed from your body. Yes, there is a way to maintain should you so choose. And he showed me a quick ten minute mark at I don't doubt that Dr fre Dico showed you. Do not doubting, right, I do not doubt that Dr got down and I did it. No, I am not doubted that he didn't show you. What I'm doubting is that you even got down and did one. He did know he did. We didn't have a video exactly one. But I'm going to tell you something. But can even or not truth be told? And I have this, I have this in testing We got him down to sevent body fat. That's not athletic. That's great. You imagine most unheard of, most afftes cano muscle. Yeah. No, Actually his muscle mass went up because what's most made up of water and protein, So obviously we want to bring up the water levels in the cell to be better hydrated. So I actually no, his water went up his body mass and next went down, so he was he was in healthy range. His body percentage, his fat percentage went down to seventeen percent, which is unheard of. Uh most most most people in their athletic field is fifteen to eighteen percent, right, so yeah, in the year in the teens, Dr Fredco, how long have you been at this? How long have you've been doing this and helping people? Doctor Fisco as Dr fat Loss is the same person. His real name is Dr Fridco. But how can a why don't you tell him how people can reach them? Again? By the way, follow along at d R fat loss dot com. You'll see the before and my story and as is the story of several of our colleagues that a lot of people from our affair heads and our affair army that listens, you guys will know some people like maybe Cubby and drop some names. Yeah, I'm not gonna sell, but my dro the names. The names. Yeah, we work with one six seven sister sister station uh Jaggered one or three five Jagger and lost sixty two pounds in like forty five days and a year later he just came in for a checkub was not on the program for a year and was down at eighty pounds. Eighty pounds again. So, so how long have you been at I've been practicing twenty six years. I'm sorry, it's gonna be twenty six years at this April. Not to mention my mom and also out both Freak, our mutual friend Andrew cats dot com. So you know how many businesses can honestly say that they've been in business for twenty six years? And there's really not many. Okay, maybe one think about all the business businesses that have come and gone and for real, you know, you've been in the business for helping people lose weight for twenty six years. That does go to say, you know, show who you are and what you stand for and how well the program does work. That's for sure. You know what when I say we literally have the ability of changing and for some people save those. Listen, I just finished. I just finished. A Spanish fellow thirty night years old, married three kids, lived disease. Uh. They gave him two years to live. Because I mean, this is the stuff that I see. And I had a patient this morning with a specific endition. I actually went in the office, stopped in, uh, spoke to her and meant with her, told my team when needs to be done specifically, and then came here. I literally went there before I came here, because I could just came into the city. But but this guy in four months later, all his lab work but work was back to normal. You know a lot of people having that have that go to other doctors for other things and other medical issues like and they're taking things like libertore and like cholesterol and what is it all the diabetic type two diabetic stuff. When they do a program like the Dr Fat loss. Once that that program is over and a couple of one or two rounds of it, the medical doctors called Dr Fat Laws and said, what did you do to my patient? All his numbers are normal. I'm taking him off of these medications. Yeah, I just I just have a doctor. I have a doctor that. Actually I've known him for about five years. Um. He crazy. He went to see his cardiologists gave him some bad news and he said, listen, I want you to go for surgery right away. We're gonna meet day when you get this done. And he's like, no way, I'm not doing this. He goes, I'm gonna go see this guy, you know, Dr fat Loss. I know if you ever heard of him, because you know, what is that the guy on radio? I did hear of him. I don't know him personally, So whatever he calls me up, does the program. Uh, he's on the program right now. He's down thirty eight pounds in like forty days, I want to say, because he's actually going into reset. Uh, he's down thirty pounds. Went back to the doctor thirty days later. All his blood work was like nearly normal. The doctor actually thought that there was a mistake with the blood results and said, you know, I want to send you out for blood work because maybe there was an error. I'm not really sure. Make a long story short. The doctor he's actually a doctor here in the city. He actually referred his brother his sister, and the cardiologist actually wants to do the program. Actually have his number on my desk. So we treat a lot of doctors. We have a lot of doctors on the program right now. We there's a doctor that's actually the president of a hospital in the city that actually did the program. So we get a lot of referrals from medical doctors, endocrinologist because a lot of people have hormonal issues. And that's the beautiful thing about the program is that we really get the ability to really pull out the fat, pull out the talk since bounce the hormones, get the body into the fat burning zone, and then reset your metabolism. Hormones and metabolism are the two key things that need to be addressed. You don't address those, nothing else changes. Right Where's one of the main ingredients in this in this uh Fat Lost program? I mean, I know, I eat a lot of oranges. There's a lot of broccoli involved. Tell me, by the way, it's all natural. If you're if you're wondering what's going on. There's no package, prepackaged shakes, there's no there there's no drugs on this and they don't give you shots or anything like that. It's your real food from the grocery store. It's protein, vegetables and fruits. It's real food, no no like scary said, no package food, no shakes, no drugs, none of that stuff. And you have to say, I know it sounds like a sales pitch, but quite honestly, you have to say that because most, unfortunately, most of the diets and programs that are out there, they use that stuff. And this is not that. This is the complete opposite to get food delivered that trapped up in a cardboard box deliverty. And if you know the amount of preservatives that are in that stuff, how could it be how could that be healthy for you? When you're right the ballford you you to understand and agreed to this stuff because I see you walking around. You're eating cucumbers and carrots and commands and as I stole eat healthy, you have ammonds today because I'm kind of hungry right now. I'm sorry, I'm all out of I'm you know what when I did about six years ago. Uh, and I gotta tell you listen, I used to be to fifty two sixty years ago, and I wanted to do the program and lost you know, fifty sixty pounds, you know, Uh, life changing for me, Life changing me I walked into my own office one day and I was like, I gotta do something that. Look at that. Uh I, she's gonna do it because you know, especially be living over here in the East Coast. You know summer's coming right around the corner. I'll be here in May. You're gonna want to go swimming, go on after the beach. And so now is that time where you want to focus on trying to lose all that you know that that deadweight I should stay off of your body? Walk through there? What happens in a nutshell? I know there's a lot of information here. And make it really simple. You walk in the office, you step on a scale. No, you walk into the office and you get love blasted the office, right, you got you got love blasts. Well, actually when you got love blasted by you just got baby. You know what? You just love? Take care, just take care of people. But actually, so the unique thing about a program, what why do people come to us from all over the country is really we do five things and know all the program does. We pull out the fat, and we pull out the tox and we bounce the hormones, get the buds fat burning, reset the metabolism, this way, you're healthier, you function you feel better because you're healthy, and you feel better about yourself emotionally, mentally, and physically. And that's why it's a detox because you're right, you're you've got seven different things working at the same time, or like more like seven thousand microscopically on the cellar level. So you become healthy, you function better, you feel better about yourself motion, mental, physically. So it's actually not even a diet like scary like you're saying, it's actually detox program. The red diet is sexy. It's a buzzword. So that's why you know, that's for marketing. Diets don't work. Diets don't work. Let's be clear. Diets don't work. You know if you don't change the physiological lastic to the body. Listen what we see in the outside reflection, what's going inside. We get the body healthy on the inside. Boom, everything in the outside change is done. No, that's it. So that's how we get to They measure other factors too, So come into the office year. This is what you love. My my, my metabolism was functioning like an eighty six year old man when I first started. Then by the time I was doing, you said, I feel like an eighty six year old. Told you he looked like an eighty six year old. Yeah, exactly. And then I finished the program, and then I my metabolism was functioning at a guy younger than myself. It was thirty two. You haven't you said forty two. I have all your recorde right in front of me, or most of them, So I have everything. Doctor, He's got one problem. I'm gonna with Scary. So Scary does does this program and it works, and we we look. It's not even like he's lying. We we see this this go around. Guys, I lost thirty pounds days and we and we're witnessed to it might not right. Come on, this is this must might be seen Scary Jones. Ye would I wouldn't. I would have been three years too many. But here's the thing. I love when he goes away now and takes his shirt off. Well we don't have videos with his clothes, but what I want to say, here's the thing. And I argued with him this past Saturday. You know, I think like he puts himself through this. It's forty three days, like he said, of this detox. He loses all this weight, he feels great about himself. So Saturday afternoon, right, maybe earlier, tell him what you did. I called him up, maybe around on a quarter to eleven. I call him up right. I'm just leaving the gym, and it's a beautiful Saturday, the weather was great. And I call him up, and you know what he's doing. He's laying in bed, he's sleeping. He's not even like up, He's not doing anything, no exercise. Wouldn't you agree that you need to compliment your body after you go through the program. Wouldn't that be a fair statement. That's absolutely a fair statement. And I will tell you, and over my years, I've taken care of of of athletes, a lot of athletes, Body World, Miss World, I've taken care of. I will tell you, Yes, the body does need when we're detoxing and the bodies and fat burn zone, we want to keep it to a minimum. But when you're in reset, anything I have to reset. Listen. It could be a twenty minute fast walk, it could be anything. Could be That's where I go wrong. He doesn't even want but we're getting on, you know what, then we'll we'll make it. I've actually offered. I've actually offered, right because I know you're in Jersey, right, I've actually and there's a gym in the building. I've actually offered to come and work out just for a few first a few first times. You gotta do what you gotta do. You know how much you need but to love. But this could be another another part of your program, Dr Ferdico, is that you know, once you're our program, it's not scary, it's untouchable. But you should say, like, now you're done with the detoxing part. Now what's onto the not physical fitness, but the grooming part of it. You know, conditioning, thexercise, just increasing the argbeach, increasing circulation. But I will tell you they're they're a handful of people that you know. Listen, Fortunately, you know a lot of people don't like to work out. You and I like to work out, but there are people that don't like to work out, don't want to work out. But I tell actually, within our program working out, we start doing the working out after when we get into the reset part of the program. So there is that part we incorporate the working out. But I'm talking about minimum. I'm not talking about going to gym wasting two hours. Right, none of these people have to listen years ago. Agree with you. I've been, I've been. I've been talking about Birst training for twenty something year. Explain to everyone want Birst training. First training is basically so what I'll tell the patient to do when they're on the program. You could walk, walk fast. It was slow, jog or I don't care, give me four to five minutes of fast. You cast this way, you don't this way. You don't sweat because if you sweat, then you lose water weight. Right, you don't want to lose water weight because when right and the body stores more fat. But from he said, say forty five break you. You're right man, you got it. You just can not even just physical, just for the emotional, the mental part of it. It's just so frustrating. So like it's a beautiful day, and I knew exactly where he was. I knew it, I knew what. I knew it. So when I called him up, he hands the fall like this hell out of that, let's go, And I knew it. It's almost sounds nearly eleven o'clock and he goes, leave me alone. I'm gonna go for a walk. He was gonna walk from his apartment the whole bokid so he can lunch. That's pretty funny because when I call him and was like, hey, God, how are you. Hey DoD Hey, I said, what are you doing? And He's like, you know what, I'm walking around, I'm doing something. I'm running around. I feel great. I'm like, I call him and I'm not making fun. I mean, right now we are, yes, but but I'm so glad you're here because I knew when he said, hey, don't forget you know, for Dico's gonna be here with us. I couldn't wait for you to come in because I felt like, if he doesn't listen to me or anybody, maybe he'll listen to you because you actually got him on this weight loss program. So it's not to say, hey man, you're fat, lose more weight. It's for you for me to tell you, to tell him that you know what scary. He's right, you gotta condition yourself, That's right. You know what I get out of this, the unconditional amount of love that he has few. That's what I'm feeling here, and that's what I see. I feel like here. We were in the new York City Marathon. I'm not asking him to run the New York City Marathon. I'm just saying, but the marathon. Right, But Scary, don't I mean Ron, don't you agree that he should do something. I remember the first time Great teen I did a five k together, and that was eons ago, and and Scary hosted the event, right, And then we both cornered him in Hoboken, New Jersey. He said, come on, run around the block. Just run around the block. We wanted to build him up to like running three miles. He stood there with the microphone as he announced everybody else coming across the that was the last we haven't talked about it. I'm all right. So so we'll do is when you come into office next week, we'll just do like we'll do. We'll do we'll we'll we'll create what's called a first No, we'll do like we'll do a ten minute workout. We'll do five birsts, and we'll do five cowstads. I'll tell you what we'll do together in the office. Yes, and you mean to tell me if if the average joke they can maintain their weight, maybe even lose some pounds. That's what he said. Dr said he touched on it. It gets you into the mind frame you don't just like lose that weight and then you're then you go like eating pizza. You start to like condition yourself in your head. I almost wanted that pizza from last night that I was at maybe you can pizza if you know, Hey, you know what, tomorrow morning, I'm gonna go to the gym. I'm gonna work out and do this that. You know what. I don't think Dr Frenico would say don't have that piece. Absolutely, we'll have it together. It's about lifting weights. So the truth of the matter is that, but I mean medically looking at his numbers, I mean his his numbers are phenomenal. But he's so right about what he's saying, because you know what, when you're when you're more health conscious, Listen, I used to crave pasta, breads, sugars. When you become more health conscious, you don't crave that crap anymore. That's the key. So when you become more healthes, you work out, you know, you do all those things. You're like, you know what, I'm not gonna eat that because honestly, I just I just worked out for ten fifteen minutes. I feel great. I don't want to eat that crap. Yeah back, because well, you know, Ron, You're absolutely right. I gotta tell you something that is a problem for many nationalities. We grew up, you know, eating eating, you know, bread's imposta greens. You know why, because it was cheap and you could eat. You could eat. You could feed the whole arm, you could you feed the whole family. That's the truth. But it's also come on, you and your last name ends an a vowl. Good food. Food is something some las scary Jones. Since I know, I'm like, food has been just more than just eating. It's been like an event. Yeah, but that's what it is for most people. Listen, we can on Thursday night, Frida night, Satday Night was out yesterday. But the truth did the matter is is like I'll see it more of as a necessity because I'm more health conscious than as a social thing just to eat it. Because you know, listen, let's be really eat it. You feel full, you blow it, you don't feel good. You know your blood sugar is going up, your blo create your blood pressure, cholesterol. Listen, everybody comes in has the minimum cholesterol, blood pressure and pre diabetes. That's everyone. Listen. We have people that have been diabetic for years. You know, we're talking about a guy with with a machine a hundred say five unit today that we're able to versus diabetes. You know, I mean this is constantly do but that's what this program does. So now they're taking a look at my numbers. Now, my b M I is healthy, right, which is the bloody you're being Yeah, your your b M I is your body mass in next right? And what other things are are the water So it's very high. I gained waterway. You want to gain water way because you're better hydrated. You have better circulation, which means healthier organs. So when you hydrate the cells, you're pushing the fat out exactly and it's hard off for the fat to get back into the cells. Okay, So the body mass indext is the height to weight rate. These are the numbers we physiologically evaluate the height to weight ratio for risk factors, heart attack cards, these hands of diabetes and stroke. Body fat percentage, the mass the fat mass which is the fat on the outside, the founting the inside. The vistual fat which is a big number, which is the fat around the organs because you know that fat around the organs, the fact that gets into the organs special Deliver and rim or Deliver has no protective coding. Water Man is very important. Metabak age very important. And your caloric intake gives me an understanding of basically how much how many calories that you're bringing in that you're storing and your burning. This is the one thing that I wanted to touch on that people don't understand. It is a lower calory. You are reduced calories for the for the first but people like, how can you live on those calories? Well, actually, yeah, explain this one point. I actually have this because board Freak. You know that some of our friends from Brooklyn, they've they've all like rased me. They're like, of cross, you're losing weight. You're not playing to freak? Why this actually what the real? What's going on? Real quickly? All right? So let me let this is an important soharent so um so when you're on the program, what we do is the body goes into a fat burning zone. The bulk of the calories and it could be anywhere from three thousand to six thousand calories a day is coming off the food or the fat of your body, not the food you're eating. So when you're in fat burning zone, for give an example for scary he was he was bringing in about thirty seven hundred calories a day, so he's actually getting more calories than when he was eating. It's just that the bulk of those carries are coming off the fat of the body, not the food he's eating. So if you get you get a few hundred calories through your mouth and then a couple of thousand, that's exactly what's happening. It's your body is eating, you're using the energy, and you're eating the fat off the bike, just like a barrack. And that's why this is burning. And you're never hungry because when your water lever goes up, your buy is losing more fat. And that's why people never hungry. Listen, people can't even eat the calories that we eat. They're just like, Doc, I can't I have the doctor I was talking about before, because I'm be in contact with him. He's like, can I skip there? And I'm like, no, I want you to eat some protein eats, some vegetable because when you're in fat burning zone, a guy, especially a guy could get anywhere between thirty three to six thousand is the average men and woman calories. You're eating three to six thousand calories a day. That's great. That's why. That's why an average person loses about a day. So somebody wants to get involved in this against scary tell him how we get in touch. Go to d r fat loss dot com at the very least. And by the way, even if you're not in you know, you're not in New York City, Like wait a second, these guys in Brooklyn and Long Island and in Manhattan and that's it. No, you can do the program remotely, which is so like said before, like you snipe with people and your face time with damn. I think that's that's great as well. You need is a digital scale at home and actually have some of my heart heart radio people from uh Washington, uh someone in South Carolina that um they probably went to where what's the side again, this dude, R fat lost dot com. Just watch my videos, see the before and after, and then we'll give the office. Oh yeah, you want to see the videos? Dude, Yeah, yeah, there are videos. Do you want to do? We worked, but that's the But that's the beauty of it, because people that are people are mistaken when they when they think that they could just lose weight just by exercising, gonna happen for you. I understand and listen, and I'm proof of the pudding as well. There was a time where I turned myself over to ductor Radco as well, and I walked in. I threw myself on the sword and I said, set me up on on the on on his program work and did great, did great? Did when he loved he loved with his sword. I liked that to one in one eight and I was I was happy at one eight and then you know, it was great, it really was. They hit about twenty pounds and then he was right. You know, like when you do start to go back, you know, to your normal, you gotta explain, explain why it just doesn't work just to exercise and what well, what's well, love, I mean, listen our program. What we do is you lose the weight, you keep the weight off and and listen, there's no program in the world that guarantees weight loss. I actually guarantee weight loss in my program. I stand behind my programs and I will tell you in forty days you will lose at least with female give female the average numbers of twenty five to thirty five pounds of fat female men thirty five forty five pounds of fact at five days, and then and then the three weeks after that, we're actually we're doing what's core reset. We're actually maintaining our weight loss for those three women reset right now, Which is why I didn't touch that. The famous people, I think both Freak and I we've made fun and we've we've denied everything, but in all honestly, Scary, you've been proofs in the pudding we're watching. You have not been supportive. You've made fun too. There's got to be a reason why we There's gotta be a reason why, you know, we treat you know, people come from all over the country. I mean, Scary's been there, met people from out of state, and there's gotta be a reason why we treat you know, a bunch of people from my Heart radio that not even in New York State. Um it listen, it's it's a life changing and for some people life state. It's a program. It's it's not a diet, and because diets don't work, I gotta get you healthy in order to transform the body. And that's the way we do it. This man forty five days of your time. I swear to God, zero willpower. But this guy and his program changed it. But forty four to five days is not a lot of you're trying to save your life, and I agree that you have to come to uh that that point in your life you're like, I want this, I want this, and then you go do it and again it does work. I got to admit I don't like to admit everything all the time. I have to admit this work. It really works. So call him at seven eight three seven seventeen hundred no no seven eight eight three seven eight three seven thirty seven hundred eight three seven three seven zero zero. Or like Scary said, d R fat laws dot com, once you lose your weight that you can go to d also twee tweet actually, Scary, we were in at the same time. You actually next door. I was next door and you were NESI was there, also tweet him at the dr Fat loss. So it's the he's on the Twitter, d h U s real, aren't we like everywhere? Yeah, you're on Instagram, Instagram? What do you what's your Instagram. I'm too busy take care of people. That's right, Dr Fat Loss right. But the truth in the matter is listening. You have the website, you have the phone. If anyone there's is listening and and has some has some health concerns, whatever it may be, and you want to and you want to reach out to me, you call the office, Uh, tell him that you're you're you know, Scary Jones and great tea and personally and and Ron Percy referred you, and uh, you called me, and I will Percy call you back and and and be there for you and answer any of questions you got to mention scaring Craig t Yeah, but I want to know if we had any refrigerator Magna calendars, and I want to know where that action. Where is that accent from guy Boklyn? So we're gonna leave? Why come on, let's you know what scary we also have we have three convenient locations. Right, We're in Brooklyn from in Long Island, and we're on in the Hempsey Building on Park Avenue and forty building. It makes me sound like I'm from the North Dakota with that accent. Come on, let's do it. Come on. As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a gangster. To me, being a gangster was better than being president of the United States. Now you go in, Dr Fidica, So I guess you know, don't worry about the gun and grab the cannolis? Is all right? Saying genre, I'm just doing good Fellows wing to raise here and I were born and raised in the same area. That's right, Brooklyn Boyd, done well done, good, You've done good for your Yes, will be going to celebrates pony. Yeah. I don't know how that fits into the facility plan for five days from that we'll go. We can absolutely all right, Dr Fallas Dr Fellows dot com, thank you for coming out here. Finally, Break comes to the table with something for the off fair heads. Crazy. He usually doesn't want any part of anything that cost anybody. Turn it on, twist twisted if they just if they go to the site, Nate, you're like a hashtag jack lobe. But like that would work and then that would be just mentioned the show. Let fish just working with the underneath you. Everybody say Jack a little JACKO, thank you? Swats mean? Now? I can't sit tire fires just ut now

Four pages of sports. This is four listen count them. He even put it in the news. It was the biggest part of his new sport Sports. It's good sports, spurs shorts. Hi, I'm grant with sports, guys, some sports. Still he wanted to play Ariana Grand Day. You want to go play Ariana grand He's flipping out, he's so angry. But Fred, you want to day the weekend? Why don't give another song by the weekend? And Ariana Grand Day? That's great? Unbelievable. Seriously, this is what happens when you don't have meetings off their heads. Okay, really, what? What? What? Or what? Give me an analogy? Give me one in the sports talk with Sparrow in the ash clown calls right now, Sparrow the ask Clarrow in the ask Clown in the morning. I love it. I don't have another What don't we just talking about what happened? How many day catches report that's right? Who gets fired? You think they're gonna give send to God the ball maybe to bring Harvey breast unproven. That's right. How do the tator cuff surgery a sports station? That's a sound kid, mikey Mike, Mike went, don't what's the deal with the you know, Glen up? He's geting a wool, He's got a wolf about what's going on? In English? It's not Raphael's not a friend. I'll save you guys. You watch up by Dr Show. Is not how Lars come up with any get you know what cup? You guys in Nissan come up with Annalgega again. We'll be back with you by the Athlete bull free cups? Here? Shall we talk about what happened? Talk? Okay, but very interesting? I was about to get to that. I'm like Greg Tea was so excited about sports that he didn't even describe the oscars debacco that he originally wanted to talk about. What else is going on? You gotta be kidding me, you gotta be killing me. I think that's what else is going on is that they screwed up, screwed up, royal screw up. I'm getting fired. That's fired for that. I get by the time people listening to damn podcast, they already know what happened. I'm at least giving them a whole another angle that nobody's even talking. And you're gonna love sport lady, got gay weekend? Get manically, it's not Come on, man, it's bunching by foot. We should read an article about how my boyfriend broke up with me. I'm so upset. I maybe know I what should I do? I cheating? Bye bye bye bye by by. We gonna a song your ductr fat losses in the hallway. Oh my god, it's been crazy on me. You crazy. It's just you content believer, amazing. I'm gonna saying, are the ones inside my head? I'm tired up and tired up the way that things are bad, the head that things are bad. Second thing, second up coming? What did think did I be? I'm the one at the same I'm the master of my cel oh, the mass dude of my CEO. I was broking from a young age, taking my sack into the massages, right of my own whims for the dude they look at, making the mistake me missing him from hearting from the pain, taking my message from the pain, speaking my lesson from the brain seeing the beauty through the that's imagine Dragon is believe her on the off air show. Uh and and schedule a complimentary consultation, right, he said, Yeah, you know what if I'll tell you why, what are you gonna do for them? What are you gonna do for the fair heads? You know what I'm you know what I will? You know what? You always mention off Okay, I meet you an off fair show. Let's see if this works.
