Speaker 1: Scary Jones or David Brody present. You can't introduce my song that I wrote by slipping one name in first Data. They're making noise Data episode number seven, number seven. We're still here, We're still here. I'm I kind of I'm getting used to this and speaking of still here. Bethany Watson, host of the albas Strand Morning Show, which we're a part of. If you don't, by the way, if you listen to the Brooklyn Boys podcast, don't listen to the alps Right Morning Show and you just came across our podcast, definitely, first of all, thank you. Second of all, check out the elves Strand Morning Show. It's quite successful and funny. Who the hell is listening to us but not listening to the Alvis Durrand Morning Show. I mean, there might be people who love the Brooklyn sense of humor and personalities that we bring to the table. You honestly think there are people that found us on our podcast on iTunes, somewhere on iTunes or on iHeart radio. But I don't know anything about this guy. Need this, this little DJ need Delvis demand if you legitimately not as a goof, if you legitimate listen to the Brooklyn Boys podcast, but I've never heard of I don't know it found us, not through all the straight in the Morning show. Okay, tweet us at David Underscore, Brody at Skiery Jones, s k e er Y Jones, and of course Brooklyn Boys. WTF. Yeah, our friend Tony Molay is back from the from his hellish experience in St. Martin, and he was supposed to follow up on getting the Twitter changed at the Brooklyn Boys. He was gonna follow up the people at Twitter. He was in a hurricane, so we give him. We give him a couple of weeks. Okay, my dog ate my homework. Not really. Uh. He went to an island during hurricane season and actually was hit by a hurricane. His cars rental car was destroyed. Look at the lengths. He went to Yea and he brought video and pictures not to do this favorite for us exactly because I just said I can't do it. So so we're gonna give him. We're gonna cut him some slack. I have to say, Brooklyn is WTF is grown on me? No, it has it on me. I'm not feeling that. I'm not feeling it was a great reason to get our mom's and your dad on the phone. It was for that moment, that moment, YEA hold on, I gotta take a sip. What is that? Looks awful? It's um raw generation, it's satisfying, sustain it's pure protein, it's got brodie. This is this is really healthy? You tell me how it's really healthy. It's got cash us, dates, vanilla and cinnamon. And it tastes so good. That's not a drink. That's a salad. What are you talking about. That's not where you don't put you don't blend that and drink it. Well, it tastes so good, it tastes sweet. Last night you were drinking like a lot of alcohol at that business thing we had to go to. We'll talk about that later, that event that meant that we had to attend. But I feel like I'm doing something good for my body by by drinking. Okay, how many pastries did you have this morning? How many sausage patties did you have from that restaurant that came up and brought sausages and eggs and all kinds of breakfast French toast? My share? Just share? Yeah, but so was then so eating poison and it was. It was very good food, but eating stuff that's less than a healthy You can't wash away the badness by drinking some kind of raw cleansass juice thing. But I feel I feel like I'm doing something good for my body that drinking. I could be drinking something really awful for me right now. I could be. You are the trend master. You will eat or drink or ware whatever the people are wearing. Why not? But first of all, it's like you ever liked avocado toast last year? I love avocado. You didn't like avocado toast until it became a thing. No, it was because it was brought to my attention. It was like when Taylor Swift started doing the heart thing with her hand. You were walking around doing the hard thing with your hand like heart you heart. Just follow trends, really, No, I don't. I First of all, I'll have you know that I've been. I've been a little. I've been healthy for the last few years, healthy year on and off, on and off. But you know what I had I been? But that's like someone who quit smoking every other month. But had I been completely awful, and i've been, if I've been really bad, i'd be first of all, I'd wait ten times the weight that I weigh right now, and I would be in really bad shape. So give me credit for at least trying some of the time. I give you credit that every three or four months, you eat healthy for two months and then go back to eating crap, and overall you are down thirty pounds from where you were that you have been for a long time. You do look much better, thank you. But you're not drinking that juice to be healthier. You're drinking because someone said, have you tried the raw cash you almond grasshopper? Drink that grasshopper? I feel that this grasshopper? Brodie? When what have you ever drink anything healthy? That's what I want to know you. People don't know this about Brodie. But Brody doesn't eat vegetables. You don't people know that he doesn't anything green. They know I put cucumbers if he take the skin off. What's your hang up with green? With green things? I don't like from man who's so smart. Thank you, don't let me stop you. You you for some reason, or so dumb when it comes to like someone through freaking basil on your pizza. I don't want I don't want leaves and plants on my pizza has no it. Parsley has no taste. That don't put it there. You know that there there's an old joke. Scary, it's an old joke. He's telling our neighborhood growing up that you may have to check off the explicit box on this podcast. What's the difference between Parsley and pussy Nobody eats Parsley. That's the job. Okay, okay, I don't want it on my plate. I don't need my chicken palm to look like the Italian flag. But bread and white is enough. I don't need the green. It's mind over matters. You're a smart man, very smart. Parsley is a garnish, but you're not. It's a garnish. I don't need to garnish my stomach. But you're not a three year old where you're like, that's because that's what you're doing. I don't don't say that. I just don't eat it. I don't want string beans double mesh, but pato, please, what's the hang up? Before? There's no hang up? Hang up. Just like the string the string bean thing is actually putting vegetables in your mouth. I'm talking about green items that sprinkle on your food. You legit, send it back, You send back the food, and you because I specifically say no garnish, I specifically say, but it doesn't. I'll have I'll have the ravioli, and I please don't garn to shoot any green. But it doesn't have a taste, it has a this it leaves in my mouth. I don't want. I like the texture. I don't want it in there. But Brodie, what I'm trying to What I'm gett You're a very smart man. So if I threw if I took grass, I took grass, and I threw it on your spaghetti, right, you'd pick it out? Yeah, but that's grass. No, that's because someone determined that basil is edible and grass isn't. I don't want any kind of leafy tree bugs crawling on it out of the dirt. I don't want it. So someone throws rosemary or time I don't know, or a reagano or anything on your Wait a minute. I like a regano on my pizza, but that's because I like oregano. I like to add the oregano in the amount I like to add. But oregano is a season. But if someone if someone crushed the parsley so so fine, if you wouldn't even notice it, Okay, I'll give you a friend you would, Okay. I like pesto sauce. I know what it's made of. I've made my own pesto. But it's blended, smooth, like a liquid. And I'm not eating like feathers are in my mouth. I don't want leaves in my food. I also don't want I hate cilantro, you know I was. I was talked about this on The Big Show. Cilantro has a taste, and some people taste soap, but Parsley has a taste. It doesn't. Okay, Basil has a taste. Parsley has a taste. It tastes like Parsley. No, it doesn't. It's like saying water doesn't ever taste if I okay, I'm gonna bring Parsley in next week. It tastes like Parsley partially doesn't have a take. It has it if you eat it, it's not like eating air. It's like you're eating something yep. Oh, it's got like a It's not as strong a taste as other things. What's the Brooklyn Boys podcast about well they spelled twenty minutes talking about Parsley. Now, if you want to bring the other thing, and I mentioned, we'll have that. What's that go back to the joke? Rewind that a recall? So that's that's a call back recalls remembering something alight. So we went to this big party last night, and so you and I met Bethany at the garage, and the three of us took a subway, a New York City subway up to the party in Midtown, Manhattan, and we met a coworker, another woman, Helen, beautiful woman on the train, bright, intelligent woman on the train. And the four of us got to the big building with a big muckety MUCKs work uptown. The elevated doors opened, and you walked ahead of Bethany and Helen into the elevator, not to hold the door, just to get in the elevator. But I was in front of them. No, you were. You were slightly behind Helen, and you you, you sped up and passed her to get in the elevator. Wait when did I do this? Wait? Wait? Could you describe what was this? This was in the lobby, In the lobby, you went in first, and I went up podcast and you went, what I go, I'll mention it. Don't worry. So I'm saying as a gentleman, and again I like to qualify because nowadays you get attacked for being one way or the other. You'd be a gentleman to women are just there are equals. But as a gentleman, we we were raised. I know you were raised. I know mom. Your mom raised you to let women on and off the elevator. First, hold the door for a lady, and you were one step away from checking her into the door, to get into that elevator first. So first of all, why did you need to get on the elevator first? And then second of all, why did you cut the two women? I didn't Well, first of all, I didn't. I didn't realize have cut them? Okay, I I thought that I was being respectful I pressing the button on the elevator. I pressed the button front of us. Now, was that what it is like as a little boy? You like, I I need to press the button? No, and we I remember very differently. I remember that I was ahead of them, and if I was ahead of them, then I would walk in first. Should I have then stopped and said ladies first, because that's that's the kind of stuff some women don't like anymore. They don't want to be singled out like okay, all right, we get it right, making making a woman, making a woman feel like they're helpless. Absolutely, you're beth Bethany. Bethany is behind them. I wasn't behind them. I was in front of them. You were you were. You were in front of Bethany, right, you were all about even with Helen. So I should have so I should have let given Helen the right of way, but gone ahead of Bethan. Well, you see, that's where I was waiting for the elevator. You should have stepped aside. Noticed where I was. I was standing behind the three of you because a gentleman waits in the back and then when we get on the elevator, so you could stare at their ask. No, I was off to the side, back to the side so I could put my arm to hold the door and for them in case it was about to close. But I didn't need to because you're already on the elevator. That's why I said podcast podcast, So again, tweet us and let let us know if scary was in the wrong by barreling into the elevator first. Okay, see the way you're setting this up, you're setting me up for failure. Right now, you've practically got on the elevator. Boom first shotgun. That's not not what I do. Do you have a little boy complex? Though? You need to push the elevator button first. If you had said to Helen and Bethany, you guys can get on first, but don't push the button, would have been Okay, you're making me. You're making me out to be. But you like pushing the button. I do like pushing the button. I get satisfaction at it, like you're in charge, like I'm running the elevator. I've never noticed though, when um, if you're waiting for an elevator with people and you the button is pressed, that sometimes people will come up to the button and press it anyway, right, Well, why then do people Okay, here's what I'm gonna say. When I was younger, I would get upset like you get upsetting now. I call out, So did you think that the light being on and me standing here wasn't enough? Do you have? So? I said, do you have some special gift? That you this because could you teach me? Since say now your button pushing and they'll go all force the habit noticed when you get on the elevator and you push like like L you're going to the lobby and they get on and you're on the floor. They're on too, and they they push L. Where else am I going? Where else am I going? You know what? Bother? Okay? Where I go to the doctor? My general doctor. It's two floors. The elevator only goes up and down up on floor, down one floor. So if you get on, well you have to push the one right. But if you get on the elevator on two first and then someone else gets on, that wasn't waiting there because I don't get on before women. But if someone else walks on the elevator and you're already on the elevator, you don't need to push a button. I pushed the button. There's no other option. It's something I could have pushed a different more. You can only go to one. But I was what goes through people's heads, And I don't think they're thinking. But if if I see a button that's lit, I'm not touching it. It's lit. I just don't think they're paying attention. Also, when there's an up in the down button and you're going down, this happens and you're going down, don't push the goddamn up button because you think that's gonna get your elevator there faster. Now people who are going up the elevator have to stop on your floor and you're like, oh, no, I'm not getting on, but they know you're the dick that pushed the up button. Here's the worst part, the worst. Here's even worse than that. When people are waiting for an elevator and they're going down, clearly they pushed both buttons. That's sort of what I just said, Like, don't push the button waiting for the elevator, don't push up if you're going down, and don't push down if you're going up. Yeah, you're like, oh, I'll just get on the elevator faster, will come faster. No, you're stopping someone else's elevator. Prick. So no, I call people out and I go, did you not think I'm capable? I think I'm Well, so there's a there's an etiquette thing. Okay, so another etiquette. Now I'm gonna need my rant I need my music. Okay, Now these are my rants. These are pre rance, dude. This is the rant before the rants. This is the ram before the rant. This is the this is the rant preview special. Wow, the rat before the rant. Maybe maybe the rants aren't that pop won't rant. Maybe people don't like that. I like them, people seem to like them. I don't know, but I will tell you. I did get a message on one out of a thousand I kind of message you was it yesterday? And it was on on Snapchat. I'm trying to find it right here. And they actually they took my side on something on the birthdays. Here's the problem with Snapchat. It's gone, isn't it. Well, then I guess it doesn't exist. Well there, so I have to talk about I have to actually when I when I when I go off on something, I did tease to phone related rants. Okay, they want to talk about I also have a adelite TV rant. Oh boy, held on to that. By the way. As of the recording of this podcast, Yeah, I got a very funny, funny tweet and a couple of text messages to the Big Show when we were talking about the tribe the Cleveland Indians winning twenty one games in a row at the time. They actually, at the time of this podcast, they broke the American League record. Yeah, and they're going for the national record, the over major league record record win. Well, it depends on who you ask. The records twenty six games, but that included a tie. So anyway, so the Cleveland Indians nickname is the Tribe. And so every time Elvis or someone the show said go tribe. People were referencing me last week's episode of Brooklyn Boys when the Jewish girl emailed us, and I was like, remember the tribe of the tribe, hashtag tribe because you're Jewish, right and not the Cleveland Indians. Jewish people say, hey, you're part of the tribe. Part of the tribe. So but they were like, oh, every time he had the Cleveland Indians, now I think of me day buddy. So there you go. Uh so I have the two phone number related RANTS the satellite dish network. RANT. I may hold off until next week. And you had something that you were upset about two and your satellite provider, right, well I did, so hold on, we have that, and then I have UM I had a problem at the supermarket last night. I was checking out at a problem there. What don't you talk about that? Okay, again, it has to do with etiquette. You know, your whole life is. It's not so much etiquette. It's like there's a certain way to do things. So when we went on the subway train, we went on the subway. Nobody knew. All calls on the subway train. We're going on the subway. We were going up the staircase. Right, we were on the subway. When you go up the staircase, in the subway or anywhere in America, you stayed to the right. Well, how about that big guy a little larger than normal coming down the left side right at me, And he looked at me like one of us has to move out of the way. And I'm like, no, you're on the wrong side. We don't walk on the left. This isn't England. Get chance over to the right. It's etiquette. It's about knowing, like what's right. You're on a staircase. He stayed at the right. Go perticular, you say they're right. Like we had escalator talk a couple of weeks ago. Stay to the right, the left lane on the escalators for passing. Get your ass over to the right. So I had a supermarket. When you have groceries and the person in front of you has groceries, they're ahead of you. You don't want to cash your ringing your stuff up with them. We're taking your stuff putting in their bag. So unless it's a jankety supermarket, they have those plastic dividers or rubb or whatever they are, whatever color they are coming, all colors scare. So the person in front of me didn't use the divider, and I'm putting my stuff down, and then I putting the divider like they're supposed to. So I grabbed the divider and I put it down in front of my stuff, and they looked at me like, you know whatever, like you did it whatever, Well, what's what's the matter with that? But but they should have done it. Fine. Then someone gets online behind me as my stuff is moving up. So the person in front of me, it is not two dividers, they have like two items left, and there's enough space that I can nowlift my divider and put it behind my stuff as a courtesy to the person behind you. It was only one of those rubber things. How freaking cheap. I would actually have two or three of those, and everybody you know what happens. Someone loses it, then they take it to the next lane, and your lane has none. So I take the divider and I put it behind my stuff, right, and the woman behind me gives me a dirty look. So I said, is their problem just what? You don't want your stuff touching my stuff? And I said what? As if she had never seen a divider before. I said, um what? She said, God forbid, my stuff touches your stuff like that with an attitude. She doesn't. I gotta tell you, she doesn't know what the divider for. She thinks, I'm like, keep your stuff away from my stuff, Lady with this new handy dandy divider from Ronco that I just brought with me to the supermarket has been effect for years, right, So I said, no, I don't want your stuff near my stuff. But I'm step reading into the case she doesn't ring your stuff up. I don't want to pay for your stuff, and I don't want to take it home, and she'd rather than saying oh, she looked at me like she still wasn't sure I was telling the truth, and she didn't know how to get out of it. Well, because I think you've proved your point. She could have said, hey, I'm really sorry, I'm having a bad day. No, she's like, you know, a lot of people don't know. They don't know the etiquette was she was she a younger woman. No, so she's been going to grocery stores for years. Yes, it was like she was eighteen on our you know, on snapchat. She was a legitimate, you know, sixty year old woman. So then she should have known what it's for. She probably just didn't know. She didn't realize she made that face that just looking at the face was like, man, you could hear him me coming out of her face. Yeah, that's why I said, like, something wrong, something like I thought Maye did something wrong. I thought maybe I put the Divide down on on her eggs and broke the eggs. Like I was like, I think okay, Like, and I didn't place it down, like keep your stuff away from my stuff. I was like, hey, like I was doing a nice thing. It's like you stuff touch to my stuff now that I know who you are. No, I don't want your stuff touching my stuff exactly. So that's what I have to say. By the way, um, we want to say hello, to Dave. Dave, oh my god, you have like seven digits after your name on Twitter. Um, he was, he's continuing with the grammar police thing. You know, I have something. Yeah, you funked up last night? I did Yeah. On Instagram, I did, Okay, well I have one. This is from Dave on Twitter. Um, he tweeted us. Remember we're always looking for perfect grammar, and we're looking for him perfect gramming to make fun of. Right. We want to have, we want to we want to teach that, point out, point out mistakes or signed. So he was at a I guess, um the window of a of a convenience store. Yeah, and the sign said cheese steak two words, but steak is spelled s T A K E steak right, as if you have a steak in something, right, So, so I wrote, I wrote back, I think, I think, I replied to him, saying it must be for vampires, right, exactly, cheese steaks. So thank you so much for your submissions. Keep those rolling in. I love seeing pictures like again, we can't see the picture, but what did I do? Okay, So on Instagram last night I posted a picture of me with two of the world famous from our meeting. We had a couple of the world famous New York City Rockets as TEG Rockets, and you wrote, now, they're famous for their big high kick. They do that high kick where everybody does the kick. At the same time, you wrote where that high kick? W H E R E? Where that high kick? Oh? No? That okay? What time? What time did I post that? Instead of where's that high kick? Yeah? I supposed to be where's that high kick? What? What time did I post that? That was a typo. I was all bleary eyed, I think it PM. I was in bed. I was in bed, and I was really tired. That was probably one of the last things I responded to before I went to bed. So after you tweeted where that high kick? I wrote back where that English? Well deserved it. I guess that's it's a little type of that Listen turn about his fair play. I'm okay with you correcting me. Now. Last night at this event, so we had this meeting where we had to meet salespeople and clients and it was a big fancy muckety muck thing. It was business casual, and so I said, what are you wearing? You're like, oh, business casual? Now, in our business, we wear T shirts and shorts to work, so business casual. Anything above that to me is dressed up. Okay, to me business casuals like khakis in a sweater. No, that's not business casual. Well, how did you find? How did how do you de find business casual? Business casual? Is? Had a dress shot at Ben Sherman. Shirt on is a dress shirt? Some uh? And like a suit pants and a suit jacket without a tie, that's business casual. It depends on your business. Plus, I was told that the jocks, the DJs at the radio stations who were invited could go more cash because they work today. Right, well, pro Style, who's spins for Power one on five? Postyle post the hip hop station? Pro Style, here's wear like a T shirt? You're a Fox given, Fox given because because you know what they always say, dressed for your personality, dressed to who you are, because the clients are gonna want to see you in your own element. But that that But to me, that's a problem that I faced everywhere I go, Like do I dress Scary Jones on the radio or do I just dress? Do you have to dress? You know effort? You can google business casual and everyone has a different answer. But I don't do you. If you're an auto mechanic, you gotta work wearing a blue shirt and blue pants. Business casual for you might be a white shirt and blue pants. It was a Christmas Teams party, Brodie, and I did not know it was a Christmas Maybe you're dressing for the ugly sweater party. Wow. I had a Robert I had a Robert Graham sweater on that. It was a very expensive sweater. The designer name had a Ben Sherman shirt on underneath it. Please tell the tribe you got it on clearance. I need to know. I got the Ben Sherman and Nordstrom rack. Don't don't kid yourself. I didn't buy it a full price Ben Sherman shirt, so I wore name brand stuff at discount prices. I wore a nice pair of khakis and I had um uh ted Baker sneakers on. Ye. For me, that was as dressed up as you're ever going to see me. Well, I was weary. Yeah, I know what you're were, And that's my point. What you business casual? You showed up in a jacket right, in a black jacket, a smoking jacket like you're you don't ruin my bit. What I didn't know you're going anywhere. I'm always going somewhere. You okay, you tell me business casual, Brody, So I go, okay, So I figured for you. Business casual is like an average black jacket, maybe in jeans, or maybe a black dress pant. Nothing fancy, but casual, black dress pants. The head of our sales, the head of our sales department, the director of sales. But he's the head, right director. Big muckety muck, big muckety muck, so big muckety muck. They flew. He's from another country, that's how big muckety muck is. Burn Bernie Austria aust An accent ast in. He's like, I'll be back, he says to you know, Skinny, I'm so glad you could come. He's not a vampire, but I'm coming out like a vampire. One one jacket, one one glorious jacket, one fantastic jacket. All right, So he says, oh, very nice jackets, scary John Varvados. And now if he said it to me, I would be like, no, it's from Macy's. It's a Bob Barbados, like they always have those names like Alfani instead of Armani. Right, So you're like, yeah, how do you know? He's like, so he dropped. He drops a hard name on you, and he's like, oh, I had a business meeting with John Varvados recently. And you're like, I'm like, he's this guy met John Varvatos is a rock star and Bernie our boss. I didn't know this, but if he met and hung out with John Varvados, that's a big deal. The John Varvados jacket you wore, which looked like again like a like you should be in a chair in a library with a pipe. It was a beautiful jacket. But Elvis even complimented me this Morgain. Again. My point, Elvis is an know the stratosphere. If you're wearing a jacket Elvis Duran would wear, you shouldn't be wearing that jacket. Oh, come on, not to a business casual you've gone to. You should have worn that jacket to the red carpet at the Emmy's. You should not have business casual. It was not that fancy. He won't where. Come on, you had an ascot wrapped around your neck. It was a beautiful listen to me. But I dressed it down with the black dress pants and just a basic pair of of Hugo Boss sensible shoes. A sensible pair of Hugo Boss shoes. They're beautiful sho's like saying an inexpensive Porsche. Stop it. But the John Varvados jacket. But so Bernie was like, dude, I gotta tell you what you know. When I met John Arvadas, he told me the story of how he got Ringo Star from the Beatles to actually, uh to endorse his product for free. So I was fascinated. I was brought in. Here's the problem is a conversation piece, that's the But here's the problem. I asked you what you were wearing. You said business casual, okay. And I said, I said you're wearing a suit. You said no. I said, I wasn't wearing a suit. Hold on a jacket and matching pants to me as a suit. By the way, that those dress pants or Calvin Klein and they were not hold on? Did John? It was not part of a suit. John Ravetos was the jacket? Stand that? Okay? But if you and I going together to an affair, to a party, and I ask you what you're wearing. I assume you're gonna wear dress business casual to what I consider business casual. A sweater and a dress shirt and make khakis. That's casual. Okay. There were other people dressed like me that were dressy enough casual or a sport coat and and khaki's. Okay. If you know that, you and I gonna hang together, which we did most of the night we worked together on the podcast together. We've seen again we met clients together. I look more like your fucking wingman that's there to make you look better, like I'm your They get you a drinks like a lub in my sweater and my shirt. Even though I looked nice enough for me. You're wearing a john You think you could have mentioned it? Hey, what are you wearing? Scary? I'm wearing like a five hundred dollar jack get I'm not even You're not even blinking, which means it's more than that. You know it's more than that. Whatever, sal Yeah, okay, I'm not gonna I got on sale. It was on clearance, Okay, it was, if you must know, it was in the I don't want to. Don't say how much it was, don't you it was It was in the John Volcano section of of of of of Sacks fifth Avenue Clearance rack. Here's what that means, Hey, the two thousand sixteen porsches must go to make room for the two thousand seventeens. And you walked out with a two thousand sixteen Porsch and you're like, oh, I got a great deal on this porch that practically gave it to me for eighty thousand. Instead of stop it, you should have told me that you're wearing an expensive John tweet Us Slee. I want your opinion on that. I made you look pasttag var Vados. I said you should have. You should have told me you're wearing a jacket it costs more than a car might and make you look bad. Though I didn't, Brodie, you have to Burnie didn't. Bernie didn't come over to me and say I'll be back, and he didn't say He didn't say, Robert Cram sweater, I had what I had like stripes on the cough very nice extra detail. It wasn't nice. Reason why he pointed it out was because he told me. He went on to tell me that he's redundant. By the way he told me that that he went to go get the vest with that matches. He was did you get the vest? And I'm like, no, no, I didn't get the vest. I just saw that. You just made him like Swedish whatever. But you know the point is it was a conversation. It was a conversation. You know what else The conversation was Wow, of the two of them, one of them dressed up tonight, but business casual. Business casual means suit, no casually. Who from Brooklyn casually throws on a John Varvado's jacket? So what's okay? So then one of the bowling into John Varvado after what's higher than business casual? Formal? The bottom line is when you wear a smoking jacket, that's formal. That's not business casual. Okay, if it was dressed down Friday, like casual Friday, would you wear John is casual? Because because casual Fridays is not business casual because one step up from business casual is formal and that's a suit, and then there's black tie, which is right after that. I'm sorry, Brodie, you're wrong on this one. Why don't you google image business casual and see what comes up. You're gonna see a bunch of dudes. And as far as what does business casual mean? All right, let's you're gonna see a bunch of dudes in suits without ties, dress, shirt, dress, past and and jacket. And by the way, you can do go ahead, pulled it up. Okay, let's let's do that again. Um, you can also And for women, what is business casual? Pretty much the same thing they'd work, they would wear in the workplace. Don't you think you've totally turned me out? I'm pulling this up. Look, what does business casual means? Hold it up to the mic, business casual denoting the style of clothing that is less formal than traditional business where but it's still intended to give a professional and business there. But it's still intended to give a business like impression, which means okay, it says here. For men, appropriate business casual attire is dressed slacks or chinos, a shirt, a shirt with or without a tie, check, dark socks, and dress shoes. I had all of those, okay, but just by throwing a jacket on makes it not business casual. You're wrong. Hold on appropriate business another one. Appropriate business casual dress typically includes slacks or khakis, had that dress shirt or blouse open collar, a polo shirt open collar, optional tie or c or seasonal dress coat dress okay, you said it, or a nite shirt or sweater and loafers or dress shoes that cover all the most of the foot. So we were both right. Yeah, I couldn't want a sweater, which I did. You did. But none of that says where John Varvado's black smoking jacket. But but but that was a black that was a black sports jacket. That was a sports jacket. He's Brodie's tapping his I am looking at I'm looking at look, I'm looking at pictures of dress casual as such a lawyer. I am looking at a polo and Chino's Look at this guy, he's wearing like a bait. Look at us. Well, the prosecution rest its case. Hold on, hold on. According to all Eye Global partners, they're not gonna you're this guy. This guy's wearing. He's wearing a khaki jacket and jeans with with loafers, right this casual. Okay, let's move on from here, because you're wrong. That's to I'll go twenty more minutes. I'm saying, let's move on because we were disagreeing. Let the listeners de song. Okay, but I will say one thing. Here's an observation from last night. The men in that room wore something similar to what I wore. No, they did not. They wore open program directors. They all war um as bottom of the barrel jackets, low key like I'll throw on a jacket. So now you're saying the designer is what makes the difference. I'm saying the fact that the boss knew you had a John Varvados jacket on you addressing to impress, which is fine, but give a brother a heads up. All right, I'm not going from Brooklyn. Who are you kidding? I'm not gonna make you look bad next time. There's no hope for that. I'm gonna look bad either way. The point is I'm crossing it off. Hold on, I'm crossing that off. Uh satellite TV. Okay, So, uh, this is where we normally do jokes that we didn't get to. Yeah, we don't have those. We don't have those because Elvis was in Miami for the hurricane and there was all the joke writing was in uh Skype and nothing was not used. We didn't make any jokes. Because it was very serious. Yeah, we had a serious run. So I got cross off trendy scary and is John Varvados jacket brust it off? Now, um, we have an up. We haven't want to do an update and update update on something very important. It's a running thing. People want to know what this is. Why does this thing not have it? Just it just says, yeah, they're a bunch of excess here. You want to press this button? Yeah, press that button? What is this the blue one? You didn't bring this? Spond me before the podcast? A little something I did for the people. Hashtag for the people. It's time for the Brody Steak Dinner Update. What do you mean? This is where we where I let I let the people know that it's five years in counting on the Steak Dinner, you promise me. And today as we record this is September. I believe it was August of two thousand twelve. September of two thousand twelves somewhere in there sounds. So we're right around the happy fifth anniversary and me and my steak dinner that I'm waiting for. And so the Brody Steak Dinner Update is so far still no stake Down episode seven, five years and seven episodes, no steak dinner. Okay, you hit the jingle again, so people case so people didn't get it that again. Very excited about that. He loves listening to his work over and over and over against Right, here we go. And since the last time you played that jingle, still no stake dinner. Thank you. I had to give an updake the jingle tell me too. All right, So we got that out of the way. Very good. What do you got? Oh? By the way, um, this note our friend you know our friends share share notes. Sure, she's actually a happy birthday Share happy belated birthday only because I know you and you asked me to do the one birthday that's not a list, I know. I'm not giving you a list today. That's right. You're not gonna get a list for another few weeks because why you have a new podcast thought. Yeah, by the way, you're gonna do be doing a podcast with share. Yeah. She's actually gonna be back from Los Angeles, I believe next week. So but then he'll be very tan, I'm sure, and that will be the home of the Scary and Share Birthday list podcast. Yeah, exactly. You want to hear your birthday. Maybe we'll move the birthdays to the other podcast. And if our listenership drops dramatically because all the birthday people went over there, I'll be upset. You'll be very, very very Should we talk about the numbers? We got the text message? Yeah in just a second. Uh so, so share Share knows she did a cameo role um with this amazing cast in the new film The Wild Wedding, which comes out tomorrow, actually with Glenn Close, John Malkovitch, Patrick Stewart and Noah Emrick. Uh, and she actually made that. She actually made the trailer. She's in the trailer for the film. It's called The Wild Wedding. It's a romantic comedy and uh, pretty much. Uh, you know, I'm gonna post it on my personal social media. I'm very proud of her because you know, she's uh, she's out there doing stuff. And we've been waiting for months and months and months for this film to come out. They finally got approval. Uh, and they got it past all the director's cuts and all that stuff that hold one second and uh, are you try are you gonna play that the audio where you can't really she doesn't talk in it. She's no, no, no, not that. Hold on, what's what's going on? Verify something? Hold? What are you? What are you doing? Bronie? Okay? Sorry John Malkovich? Ye? Did I say the name of Well, you said it right. I was just checking because I've heard it pronounced Malkovic. But it's you've heard John Malkovic. Yeah, which is which is wrong? I'm just confirming it's May. So anyway, we're really proud of you. Share congratulations. That's fantastic. It really is cool. And that'll be on her IMDb page. Yes, it will be. Yeah, so tomorrow that comes out, and I'm going to post the trailer for you. Should we go to the movie and take a picture of her scene and then post the picture in the screenshot? That would be kind of cool. I should do that. She's sweetheart. But anyway, Share, miss you, love you, and we're going to uh, we'll get We're gonna get right on that new podcast as soon as you come back into town. Oh, speaking of um, going to the movies with your phone. Um, one of my interns wanted to go see it this weekend, but someone she follows on Twitter live tweeted the movie from the theme it. How could you be so that's disgusting? How do you do that? And ruin the movie for hard and why would you do that? I don't know. Why don't even do that? I mean, first of all, you're not supposed to use your phone in the theaters. Insensitive Like, oh my god, they just killed blah blah blah whatever whatever. I haven't seen the movies from a film. Yeah, oh, disappointing ending with blah blah blah blah blah, Like why would you do that? And by the way, I'm making that up. I don't know if he was disappointing or not. But this is the kind of thing they were tweeting? Is that? Like normal people don't do that all the time. No, you can't live tweet. You can live tweet the Grammys, but you can't live tweet a network. So as it's happening, Yeah, if it's if it's the super Bowl, if it's a sporting advantage, it's it's if it's the Results show, the Find the finale of Dancing with the Stars or something, I think you could live tweet. I think that's okay. Alright, alright, what's going on to note? I had a bad experience at a theme restaurant on Saturday. But I'm gonna hold that for next week's podcast. I'm gonna tease that ahead for episode eight. Why is that because I had a couple of things from last week that I teased for this week, So episode six I teased episode seven. But before I get to that, Bethany on the Elvis Rand Show this morning was talking about how when you find a new podcast or someone recommends a podcast to you, you should always listen to the latest episode first and then go back and listen. I don't understand that. Why would someone do that, she said? I would say chronologically? Well, yeah, she said, you listen to the last one because it's the most polished and the most who they are now podcast, and that usually the first podcast sucks because people are just getting their feet they're figuring it out, they don't know exactly where they want to go, and so if you listen to the first one, you might not get a good indication of the podcast. And I have to say, from a very confident standpoint, I really feel like Brooklyn Boys Episode one was pretty good. I thought it was really good. In fact, that might have been our best effort. Yeah, I think it's downhill from there. So here's what else I would like. I would like, uh listen listeners to tweet us with their favorite episode so far, so we can kind of get a judge now after seven episodes of what's working really well, what you like the most? Because people are like, oh, you can't do a long podcast, and some people like no, No, I like the longs, right, and they seem to like the rants, and they liked our debating stuff and going back, so that's all good. Um. I just I didn't think the first episode in our case was bad, but that was Bethany's theory. Um. And by the way, Bethany texted us this weekend she wants to come on and be a guest on the podcast because she's a fan, which, by the way, yeah again, I'm really really excited that she has. She's very particular and our sense of humor is not necessarily hard sense of humor. Although she's very funny. I thought maybe we would get on her nerves a little bit, but she seems to like it. Um. People are also starting to tweet me pictures of pumpkin spice products because I went on a rant and I don't know if I did are on this podcast a couple of weeks back, was I think it might have been ranting outside the podcast is a rant, this is Rantville, this is rant rant. There's not enough room for the two of us to rant. But I have this disdain for pumpkin spice. I think that it's jumped the shark. I think a pumpkin spice is over. I've never been a fan. We know it doesn't pumpkin doesn't spic doesn't include pumpkin in it. It's okay and a bunch of flavor. But you know why they call it pumpkin spice, right because I know I don't. Wow. See you, we've hated pumpkin spice for like six years. I've hated the taste and I've hated the idea of everybody. Just okay, but yet you jumped on avocado toast, didn't you. But but you have a pumpkin spice. Okay, people have just I not just Rance. Here's some education for you, all right, Why don't you educate? Call it pumpkin spice because the combination of spices tastes good on pumpkin. It's like duck sauce. There's no duck in duck sauce. It's sauce for the duck. Okay, you can now explain that to everyone you meet from the rest of your life. You hear that, you guys listening hashtag pumpkin spice, hashtag duck sauce, that it's the sauce for the duck, it's the spice for pumpkin. So people are gone. It is because because we are actually had a call or less week who said, I don't like pumpkin, so I don't eat pumpkin spice. There's nothing to deal with it. It doesn't have anything to do with it. It doesn't, not not one bit. So I've found now that there are these products and people are starting to tweet me pictures of outlandish pumpkin spice products. Like someone tweeted me that there was this pumpkin spice Oscar Meyer Bologny. I don't know vomit, but to me, I don't. I don't think that that's a real thing. I think that the pumpkin spice, I think somebody just somebody went overboard and they just like photoshopped some ship over there. It can't be real. But I we know that this pumpkin spice, bagels. We know this, pumpkin spice, body wash, pumpkin spice, pringles is a thing. Pumpkin spice, milk, hold on, pumpkin spice, fracchini pasta. You can google this, pumpkin spice, marshmallows. Yep. But here's one Brodyk. It's not a food. Pumpkin spice direct condoms. Nate found this and CVS people, that's this. It's like a coccacino. What's a cocacino. Cocacino, I'll serve you one later. A cocaccino. That's a punch line. That's an unused punch line. That's so then that's that's yeah, that's what I That's what I get paid for. Uh, well, a direct condom or in scariest case, it would be a not a latte hires. So yeah, pumpkin spice. Its not a lot tape. Yeah, so I'm looking up. I don't know if these are real products, but if you google image it, you get Crest pumpkin spice, really, pumpkin spice, listerine. Are people that are willing to brush their teeth that they need pumpkin spice. I'm looking at Offbeat Topics dot Com twenty seven bonkers pumpkin spice products. Let's see what it says here. Oh, you know what I'm gonna. I'm gonna. I'm gonna go off on a rant again. I under a pumpkin spice extra gum. Hold on, that was the one that I found extra. Look. I understand that a pumpkin spice Russell Stover's candy. F you Russell Stover, Right, but those are at least foods. When you come down to condoms and body wash, those pumpkin spice launch your detergent. Okay, see what I'm saying. I mean it's it's it's out of control. Okay, you can't compare this avocado toast by I'm gonna say, there's a whole other level of bullshit. I'm gonna this is another hashtag hashtag fuck you slide show. What's that? If I go to a site and they list like the ten best toys for Christmas, it's click. I want them all on the same page. I don't want to click because you know what happens. By seven, I stop. I'm done because they know what they do. Because number four is an ad I know you, Fuck you number four, fuck you on the slide show. You're not debting me because the first ad comes up, I'm out. I'm out well, and that's also how they can also I'm not clicking twenty seven pumpkins, but I don't care after four, I'm out slide show my ass. Well, here's the problem with that. They're trying. They're just a company trying to make money, and you're denying them of that because the more you click, the more they could charge for an ad. I understand that, but I don't. I don't think the listeners get that. Then then put a little ad with the picture roll, give me something. I'll yeah. Oh and and oh YouTube, you want to give me the pre roll with skip ad. By the way, skip bad. You know what skip bad means, right, I'm clicking as fast as I can. Yeah. Well, people do that to us if they hear commercial in one of these podcasts. They just hit the forward dirty. It's like it's like you hit them like the forward dirty and tell them that. But that's what they do. But it's cars are driving or they're they're not reaching for the button. Here. Here's the thing. Give us the thirty seconds. Now, I'm i don't wanna be hypocrite on YouTube Skip the thirty seconds. Um right, but but slide show, F you slide show. I'm not going twenty seven clicks. You know, my sister, she just got back from Australia. She brought me back a picture frame from her vacation and I'm like, oh, that's so nice. Really, but is there a picture of her in it? No, it's just a picture frame. But I'm like, I don't I don't know. Does it say like down under it? Does it say something on the frame? I don't know. I don't know. I don't own any pictures. No, you don't have any We're gonna put pictures of I got nothing. I don't I don't print pictures. I mean, what years this? I feel bad, but I don't know what to put in it. You know, she real gifted it, right, She didn't get it from Australia. She had a picture frame. She's like, I'm gonna give it my brother and say I got it from Australia. How would you know? Maybe I'll find a picture of me and my girlfriend and then print it. Uh No, I gotta call you out. I let you slide on. The reason is because I'm not letting you slide on me and my girlfriend. My girlfriend, and I screw you, screw you. You said you're looking for good grammar. You boys podcast, and that's how we talk. No, that's how that's how we speak. And it's not how we speak. It's how you speak. You can't start a sentence with me. Maybe you shouldn't be on this brook me like fire, Me and girlfriend. We go, okay, so your girlfriend and you were were No, you're not even listen to what I'm saying. Not. No. My sister got me a picture frame and I think I'm gonta print the picture of my girlfriend. And I know my girlfriend and me. You don't print the picture of I. You print the picture of my girlfriend. And that's correct, me and my girlfriend. No, it's not so it's if you take the other name out, it should still make sense. That's how you know. And if you don't know, you know grammar lesson Another one, by the way, just for our friend Jody, who loves the podcast. Oh my god, Jody, we love you, We love you. I've designed one of our account executives here at the at the Big I Heart Media Company, she said. Another the another one was getting on her nerves. So I didn't load it into the computer right now, so I don't have it. I wanted to go press the button and it wasn't there, but I remembered I wasn't gonna do it because I was over using it in the last She doesn't like when we say another one, there was another one. I just another one, another one. No, when we played the drop of Kalid doing another one, come on, she's like, she listens for an hour. That's what she gave us the forward dirty button when she heard that, you know what? She you know what? She'd probably be, I love you, Jody, but you probably move that divider at the supermarket and be upset about it. She's one of those one of those anime heard go on, don't all right? So should you give you a picture frame? I think that's a lay mask gift, and I think she regifted it. First of all, she brought it from Australia. It was it was it was made in Australia. Okay, it was made and was First of all, nothing's made in Australia except Forster's logger, and even that's made in Pennsylvania. I think, listen, nobody brings souvenirs anymore. If nobody does that shot glasses at the airport. Shot okay, shot class the lamest gift I got your shot glass? Would senior frog on it. I don't want your shot glass. I don't want your shot You've never been in the airport. And you know saying the last minute, Oh, I gotta buy something for this person and that person. I just spent five thousand dollars on a vacation. The last thing somebody wants it's sitting home because they have no money for a vacation. Is a reminder that you went on vacation and they didn't sand in a bottle. Come on, sand in a bottle or the little bubble, the little bubble snowflake things. By the way, we did a list today of toys that would just entered into the Toy Hall of Fame, and sand was one of them. Fuck that sands not a toy. Not a toy, all right, but no, but you don't like, you don't like little souvenirs, and I don't want to. Look if you get me a T shirt that's funny, maybe like someone brought me, like our friend Nick Nick Bruns and his brother they they actually came here from Des Moines, Iowa. They got me a shirt that said with a picture of the state of Iowa on it with a little dot in the middle, and it said Brooklyn, Iowa. I'm like freaking fantastic. If you bring me a shirt from Iowa that says something like corn holing, it's fun, right, that's a funny shirt, all right. But if you just sent me a shirt that says Iowa, I love Iowa, what does it mean to me? But when you're in Mexico, can't or you can't coon or something that I'm probably in the bathroom. You're in the bad right. We know what happened to you in Mexico. But when but but seriously, you don't. Isn't it nice that you were thought of? Isn't it the thought that counts? What happened to that? Like, so somebody brings you a shot glass that says cancoon on it, or you know whatever it is, or or the little again, well maybe a little little key chain with your name on it, like David or something. I didn't go to King Koon's, and I have a reminder that you went to this great place and I didn't. So you're you're saying X on the uber ner, say yeah, buy me something like buy me like a dinner, like a steak dinner, Like that would be nice because you know what, I would rather have a steak dinner. What are you reaching over here? Just checking in on the podcast? Still know steak dinner? Okay, I got my catchup ready. No state dinner, all right, I don't want. I just think I think a shot glass is just I think in the eighties early nineties, that was like a thing you did, like before smartphones. Now you send pictures, they get it while you're still there, like postcards. Isn't that also bragging? Yeah, it's bragging, but it's like it's more acceptable now. You don't want to refrigerator magnet? No, my mother does. My mother does. My mother likes the refrigerator magnet from like if I go to a state or a country that she's never been too, she likes a magnet, but only because it's part of our collection. And my mother because my mother she likes to know where I've been, keeps track and she doesn't like to fly, so if I go to Minnesota, she'll go Nope, just my mother. I can't speak for your mother. My mother is not elderly, So fuck you on behalf of my mother who's listening to this podcast if you who who wo wo WHOA. I'm not going to put an age on what elderly means. That's what my mother is. Not elderly? What is elder What is the definition of Nope, Nope, Let's pull up the word elderly. What this elderly? Read it? Come on, Brody, when when you go to an elder elderly? Me and my mom, my mom and I go ahead, Brody read it? What does elderly mean? Looking up the exact definition, I think I'm gonna go with, elderly would be um, senior citizen, senior citizen in higher sixty five and older would be elderly. I'm gonna put a little little name on it. I'm gonna I'm gonna put a label on it right there, boom, put a pin in that older aging uh long in the tooth past someone. Fine, Wait a second, I didn't. I did not expect that those answers would be there. Then those sound like negative connotations. Yes, that's why you say something like like a home for the elderly is usually where people don't take care of themselves and need a nurse or elderly is an insult. It's not. It depends on where you are in life. It's not an insult. It's just it's like saying someone's a teenager. If they're a teenager, that's fine, but you, but that's an insult to them because they don't really want to be a young adult. But you're a team, right you. You wouldn't unless they're twelve than they are thirteen, they're like, they want to be a teenager. But you wouldn't say to somebody, oh, you're living over at the elderly home, right because you're elderly. You would talk about someone and say, oh, yeah, our mother's elderly at this point in her life. So you're saying that's so. That's a word that you use behind someone's back. That's the word you use when the people you're talking about are so old that they're drooling on themselves like that they need help taking care of themselves. For a second, your aunt Millie maybe elderly. Her on the phone, Okay, who's gonna answer the phone? Farce, she's gonna hear ring. Yes, my aunt Millie is a dollar, she's a doll. And you know what. I know you're ant Millie. Oh. We we talked about having your ant Millie on the phone. Yeah. Also, um, I want to have our intern Jamie wo wrote an article about you. I was going to critique your article. I'm gonna do it next week. Oh yeah, we gotta have her in. Yeah, this is my aunt Millie. We're gonna call it Milly. By the way, I'm gonna tell her what I told you. I was gonna tell her what Let tell her. Don't embarrass me. I'm gonna yes, i am. Don't embarrass me, Barvados. I'm gonna tell her. I hope you know well, I can't tell about the coffee this year. She might be out shopping for groceries. Hi. Hello, Aunt Milly. Yes, it's Anthony. Hi. How are you doing good? Do you know what WTF stands for? Oh? This is David Brodie, a scary as co worker. And it's Anthony and David Brodie. We're actually recording our podcast for the radio or at the radio station. Yeah, we're we're at the radio station. So how are you doing today, Aunt Milly? Okay, Anthony, how are you? I'm doing very very well. God bless you. Thank you. What did you do today? Well, not too much, but so it's having trouble. Are you hearing age? Oh? Can you hear? Can you hear me? Now? Okay, so it's working against Milly. We have a question I was going there tomorrow. I may get a new one. Okay, I'll see how it works out. Wonderful. We have a question for you. Would you would how would you best describe you and people your age in terms of like you'd say some people are teenagers, some people are middle aged? How would you describe what word would be a good word to describe you and your friends in the place you are in life right now? I don't know what you mean because you were you were you? Would you can see yourself as senior? Yeah? And Aunt Millie, we're trying to we're trying. So I actually have to do a report for the radio for the radio station. And how would you describe people your age? Right? Would you say your seniors? Well? So like so would you say you are a senior citizen? Yes, you're a senior citizen. Okay, So my friend, my friend for the radio again, we're talking to my friend David who's with me, and we wanted to know for the for the radio report that we're doing. We're doing a radio report. If I if I called you, if I said no, if I said are you elderly? If I said elderly? Is that an insult? Is that insulting? If someone says, oh, it's not it's not right, no elderly, elderly? I mean it shows it's not a word to hurt you. Would you consider yourself elderly? Yes, yes, but you're but still you're of you you actually, you know right, you're a good you know you're a good person. Well, I get around because I feel I want to do the things. I don't want to just sit around and and look at everything. You want to do it on my own and either food, all my pains, it was all my tiredness or whatever. I try to push myself into doing the things that I want to do. That's wonderful, that's awesome. Now do you still have the coffee maker that Anthony gave you a few years ago? Yes? Oh that's a lovely coffee maker. Still have it? It's wonderful, Emily. What do you want? What do you want for Christmas? What do you need? Do you need anything? Do you need to literally, I don't need anything. I have the love of my friends and my family, and that's more than none of Okay, okay, Emily, Um, what about a TV you need? How's the TV working? Is? Okay? Okay, it's okay. You know, if you need anything, you could always call me. Okay, I love you. I love you at Millie, and thank you for calling. I'm gonna see you soon. Okay, Okay, by bye bye, love to love to everyone. By what a sweet woman. I didn't have the heart to tell you that you got that coffee machine at work for free, and then you stole all the coffee. You're talking a little too fast for her. You have to talk elderly. Well wait a second, she okay, that's my point. No, but my she's so old she doesn't realize elderly is an insult. No, you proved my point that elderly is not necessarily an insult. All right. I'm I don't know if I don't know if we learned anything. I don't think people go, oh they're elderly. People go, they're elderly, Like I don't think elderly. Let me go, yeah, they're elderly, so senior. So if some of the senior citizens. That's like, but that's my definition. If you're sixty five and older, that's a fact, that's not the past. You're a senior citizen, that's right. So so our senior citizens offended. If I called your mom a senior citizen? Is she going to be? She loves the discount of the movie theater. What if you called her elderly? She'd punch you. You know, I think a better option rather than calling your grandma, your aunt Millie, she's just calling your mother my mother. I'll call my mother right now and see what she says. Call your mom. Now, let's do it next week because this is a long podcast. Right now we've gone with but my mom's listening and right now I'm telling you she'll call me the minute she is this and say you tell Anthony W. T F I'm not elderly. Well, I'm sorry, Mrs Brodie. I didn't mean to offend you in advance. So uh, I think it's time to go. All right, So I'm gonna save the rants on the phone. Call rants for next week. Okay, And by the way, if you um, if you'd like, we're not we're not pressuring you here, but it would help us. If you go to iTunes, because we are on iTunes and Google Play, please rate this podcas cast and write a little review in the app store. Is that that where you go for in the app store? I I guess anywhere anywhere on iTunes, you just click on the podcast and then you just put the stars you want. Yeah, that gets a better spacing and the better locations and gets us better. I think it gets when you search for Brooklyn were more likely to come up, or or Elvista Rand Morning Show, You're gonna come up. And if you can, please and take some time, and even if it's one sentence, right, And also you know, while you're there already walkers and talkers, you want to say something nice about that podcast. And again, the first third of it is just me doing this kind of stuff before I talk about the Walking Dead and whatever else. On another note, On another note, we got our ratings back for the first six episodes of the Brooklyn Boys podcast and we uh, I'm happy to report that the audience is growing. Yes, we are faster than we expected. And we're very proud and happy and appreciative. Yes we really are. I'm very excited. This is actually really cool. This is good news. We may have a sponsor soon. I heard as well, which is good because it means, you know, we can we can do giveaways and get T shirts and different things. By the way, L G. Pete was you see him? Sneaky Pete Wantat was sniffing around here earlier. But I'll tell you what. In my former podcast, he promised for a year and a half to get a sponsor. I didn't get Dick. By the way, for the record, I don't want Dick. It's a new day, it's a new podcast. I'm hoping that maybe he can make good on his promise, because he was already telling me earlier. Goes scary, he goes, yeah, I might be able to sell you guys. That's what he was talking to me about in the student based on the numbers we got recently. So anyway, we're appreciative, thank you, and we'll keep you posted on that. We appreciate it, all right, we'll see you next week. Thanks for listening.
