Speaker 1: Start a dot up. Start up, Brooklyn Boy, start up, Brooklyn Boy, start data. They're making noise data dot up. Episode to eleven of the Brooklyn Boys podcast this week, it is actually two eleven. It was yeah, I remember last week we had that false start, so yeah, and then I thought you were going to delete it, but you didn't. I did. Now I was so embarrassed, so embarrassed. How do we not know the own episode, our own episode number of our show? Now you don't listen. I listened to order. I should know, Yes, you should. We do them. It's good. It's good. Somebody tweeted us, we don't care what number it is, doesn't matter. Well, yeah it does, because you might want to just say what number was up to and you'll scroll and if you have a favorite episode, you can find it. No, the numbers are important, at least for some people, you know. For me, they're important because I like to remember what, you know, Oh yeah, that was the the ups box, that was you know whatever episode it was, Oh, the Dill episode. I'd like to, you know, be able to call back to numbers. All congratulations by the way, on going to a place and you didn't have Dill. They didn't serve Bill and Junior's Cheesecake, a famous location in Brooklyn, which they have a couple of locations in Manhattan. We went to Caroline's Comedy Club on Tuesday night and afterwards afterwards, so I went with my two of my friends, Tom Kelly, who's a comedian uh heat. For many years he was the warm up comedian for The View and Good Morning America. Also a contributor on the Alt Morning Show. Sometimes he does research. And also my friend Eric otherwise known as Iraq from The Open Anthony Show. The three of us went to see my friend Matt Friend, who you might know from TikTok Maturday Night Live. Yes, he's now the Matt Friend. He changed his name. You might know him as the Incredible Impression who does Howard Stern and Um Mitch McConnell ted cruise him right now. Let's get him on the podcast but I can't today we can have him on, but he's most known for doing um Jeff Goldblum. So we went Tuesday night, had a great time and then when afterwards my my friends were saying, you know, let's say going to Juniors, get a cup of coffee or something like, you know, what uh, it's getting a little bit late, but I will go in for a cup of coffee. Now, the backstory is I parked my car at the garage near our office downtown Manhattan, and it used to be twenty four hours, but since the pandemic, people weren't going to work, they cut the hours so that they come in later and they leave earlier. So that so when I dropped my car off at six o'clock, the guy says, hey, I'm out at eleven. What time are you coming back? I said, off seven o'clock, I'll be back the latest. All right, I'm here till eleven. Great. So we go for a cup of coffee and it turns to going I got everyone ordered food. It's a coffee temon and coffee turned into everybody. So I ordered a black and white malted, and I thought to myself, I've been eating pretty well, but I'm gonna eat the malted. I'm gonna have the malted, and I ordered it without whip cream. People a lot of people don't know what the malted is. It's a shake with malt powder. If you ever had whoppers or malti balls right there, you know, the chocolate covered balls not the whopper, the burger, the chalk balls. They have a multi taste. If it's like malt, well you really can't describe malt. It's a circular definition, but that taste. They put the powder in the shake and it gives it a different, different flavor. So it comes with whip cream in a cherry. So I ordered it without whip cream, trying to be like all, I gotta cut back somewhere because right, And I ordered a cup of mats of ball soup and you freaking texted me right. But I asked the waitress Gabby, who was fantastic by the way, I say, Gabby, is there dill on top of the soup? In the soup? Which is what do you mean? I said, is there green stuff? She's no, there's no green stuff. Great, I'll have a cup of that. It was a perfect master ball in perfectly clear broth like souper chicken souper broth with noodles and carrots, so brody, nothing green. How does that pair well with a malted It doesn't. It doesn't. So I drank the entire malted malt. I gave it. I gave it like five ten minutes. I chilled out, and then I had the soup disgusting. First of all, at the very least, you gotta go in reverse order. You gotta have the soup first and then the But even the shad came first. But they don't which came first, the shake, not the egg. So when my shake came, I saw it was supposed to be whip cream and a cherry. There was no whip cream, but there was no cherry. So I said, hey, Gabby, um, are you punishing me for not having whip cream by not giving me the cherry? She says, oh, I didn't think you wanted to cherry. I love cherries. But I said, you know, it's not a big deal. Donorry about it. The shakes great. I'm just there, just curious about that. So she takes she because she goes, I'll be back with your soup, comes back with a with a bowl full of marriage you know cherry. Oh my god, did you eat that with the soup? I ate that before the soup. It was fantastic disgusting. So shout out to Gabby at Junior's Cheesecakes in uh on Broadway. She was fantastic deal. Though I'm having a stomach ache for you, Brodie, how did you not come home and take a dump? Well, here's the okay, okay, okay, So here's the problem. So we're sitting there, are my my graphic? No, no, we're sitting there for about an hour. We're just talking right now, my two friends. You even go with two friends who don't know each other, right, So I was like the top of the triangle and so but they both knew like five or six people each other, knew a lot of mutual friends, but they didn't know each other. So I couldn't leave the table because we had gone to Carolines. We didn't do a lot of talking, right, So we go to the We go to the junior said we could all mingle. So I felt like I couldn't go to the bathroom until I made sure that they had an off in common to talk, that you were able to leave them alone for five minutes, right, So they all, I know this guy, I know that guy. Whatever. And so when I was time for me to go, I had to go to the bathroom really badly. So I feel like, yes, I feel like the shake one right through me, and so I almost Penguin to the bathroom. I almost did the penguin. Yeah, hold on, hold on. So I get to the bathroom. This is where it gets This is where it gets bad. So I get to the bathroom. There's two stalls. I can now the space in the first one, like the gap between the door and the wall very big, and I can see there's somebody dressed very unusually with a cape and a crown in that stall. I didn't see anything outside, like, well, I don't want to look. The handicapped stall is empty, and there's a guy standing by the hand dryer who works there. He's just standing there, so I I look at him. He's not look going for the bathroom door. So I'm like, I gotta go so bad. I'm gonna flush as i'm going. So nobody hears anything. That's me great. So I go in the handicap stall and there's droplets on the seat and there's no seat covers. The seat cover holder is empty. So I said, well, you know what, They've got paper towels. I'll go out. I'll get I'll get the paper towels, i'll put some some foamy soap, I'll clean it, and then i'll cover the seat with toilet paper. I gotta go scary. I have to go and and now I have to walk back out get my my paper towels and soap. While I'm trying like not to like take a long stride. I'm worried if I take a long step like your mother, may I take a giant step forward, I will have a problem. So I'm sort of like doing like dinner, like little steps, baby steps, doing the bunny hop like I'm doing. I'm doing like the shimmy. My feet aren't really leaving the ground. God, So I get the paper towel and have your cheeks clenched a little bit. I was half clenched. I was at half clench. So I get the paper towel with the foamy soap on it, right, and a couple of extra sheets to draw it. And as I'm turning, the guy standing by the hand drawer decides he wants to go to the bathroom and goes right in the stall. Yes, So now I'm like, no, I So now the second thing to cross in my mind is now I have to wait for the for the guy in the weird outfit to come out of the other stall, And I don't want to sit on the toilet that that weirdo is sitting on so he comes out and and look, I'm not casting any aspersions. I'm not a hundred percent sure it was a guy, and I don't care. I'm not drawing any I don't care. But the person comes out and they had medium length hair and a gold crown and a cape, and it looked like they had gone because we were in the Broadway district, right so I don't know if they had gone to a show and dressed stop blop somebody. They looked like they were from Camelot or they were a princess. I don't know what was going on. I don't know if they were like Beauty and the Beat. I couldn't tell. Meanwhile, you had a matzo ball that wanted an eggs at stage left. I'm pretty sure it was the milk the malt. The malt was ready to go. I had the black and white like chocolate ice cream and the ice creams. It was about right now. Now. I'm like, I was, I was. I was ten percent leg shake at that point, you know, and you're like, I gotta go, But I didn't want to go so badly that I was gonna just sit down, So I had to clean the thing, and then I put the toilet paper, you know, I take to paper, and I put one long strip on the right side, on long strip on side, and one long strip across the short part of the seat. But then one side falls in, so now I have to like pick it up off the floor and throw it in the toilet and then read it. So I finally got in, and then I had to find the button because it's one of those order flushes. I had to find the button so I could go in like you know, in stealth mode where the guy next to me who stole my toilet won't hear it, because I knew it was not going to be a quiet situation. So anyway, I did my business, I went back to my friends and we're ready to leave. The point was it was still my bathroom, bro, don't still my bathroom. And if you're gonna dress like like the prince of wherever you are, I don't want to sit on your toilet. I don't. I don't feel like your butts clean. I just I don't know. It was weird. But the bad part of all this on that wasn't. The bad part that wasn't. I thought we got bad past the bad part. I'm going to tell you that later, because I don't want to spoke for an hour when we were talking. The bad part was I got, I got, we were it was too late. It was ten thirty by the time we left the restaurant for a five minute cup of coffee at nine o'clock. So I got screwed. Later. I'll tell you about that later and scary. Okay, I'm sorry that story. I'm not. Actually I feel for you. I I'm getting a little bit. I got, I got goose bumps, I got a little sweating, a little bit here A little about that. It was I was stressed. I was stressed, you know. Um Oh, there's that echo again. Just love that echo. It sounds so good. Um My, how would you handle this situation? I'm kind of pissed. I don't know. Did I ever tell you that. I tell you about what's going on in my family with with the fine holiday of Easter which is coming up. We are recording this here and uh the end of March, no, I know, three three weeks it's easterns about three weeks away on a Sunday. And I made sure I made sure that because I'm a you know, I cherished the time with my family. The older you get, the more time you start to cherish those holidays, those holidays that you once were like miserable at with your cousins and you're like, get me the hell out of here, and you just wanted to back in the day play the Game Boy and just retired to the Super Nintendo room, sometimes playing out with the older family members. Right. But as I've gotten older, I've put a stress on showing up being omnipresent to my holiday dinners, you know. And there was a time where Thanksgiving Eve, I'd go out and then Thanksgiving Day my head would be down on the table, or I'd be in the bathroom bar finger or having you know, hangover, like fucking missing half of it. So so these days I'm like, I planned my vacation around these holiday dinners. My my brother and my sister decide, oh, Easter Sunday, we'll we're not gonna be here. Fuck it, We're going We're going on vacation with our families. I decided to end my vacation because we are going away. We are off the week of April, the April U what is it the eleventh? We get April eleventh, the show is off. That's our break. So I figured, you know what, I'm gonna be back home in time for Easter Sunday. So I cut my vacations short by a day so Saturday I can actually be home for Sunday for Easter Sunday. You have a good son, good Man, Yeah, yeah, you know what. I get to that that work out for you fucking crickets. Just gonna be me and my mother and my father hanging out on Easter Sunday, the three of us, because my brother and my sister decided to not have the decency to be home on Easter Sunday. They couldn't start the vacation on Monday morning because they have off the following week. No no, So now they're all meeting Palm Sunday, the Sunday before with my family. So the whole big family is gonna be there with my nephews and everybody and all gonna they're gonna be partying. Well, I'm gonna be in a ruba with my girlfriend because that was because I was being courteous and decided not to hang out for Palm Sunday and be home in time for Sunday Easter because the holiday is Easter Sunday. Palm Sunday is the lesser holiday. It's really kind of like a second place, second fiddle to Easter. So my family will be hanging out, eating and drinking and having a great time on Palm Sunday, and I look like the duche for not being there. And then on the following week is Easter Sunday, and they're all on vacation and I am left to go to a restaurant with my parents. So on Palm Sunday, when your family is together having a good time, you will be suffering pool side in Florida, Ruba, Ruba, Right, yeah, yeah, yeah. So here's what I'm saying. I see where you're going. Did you're gonna take take their side? I think, well, look, they asked you over absolutely the fun. They fucked you, and they fucked you on Easter because East does a big deal. As a Jew, I know, East is a big deal, you know, I know, because it's a coincides would pass over and that's a big deal for us, and it's everyone's having a big deal at the same time. Well not everybody, but Choose and Christians a big deal. It's a big deal. A week or so when you know they when they come close together. So I agree with you, it's actually the whole. It's a holier holiday, believe it or not. Then un Christmas because Easter, you know, Palm Sunday is the highest day on the of the Catholic calendar, the highest holy day, because that was the day that you know, Palm Sunday or Easter, good Friday. But those days of Friday then then this Saturday and then Sunday is Easter. Those days are like the kind of the holiest part of the Catholic count I gotta say, as a Jew looking from the outside, I understand the importance of Good Friday. It seems like they could have had a better pr guy come up with the name. Shouldn't it be like Ultimate Friday. Shouldn't it be like Mega Friday, Super Friday, the ultimate Primo super Frino Friday. Yeah, right, like good Fridays, Like, yeah, it's good, it's a good frid it's good. So it's a little better than most Fridays. Nothing good about it. If you look at the Bible and did nothing good happened on that Friday, well it wasn't good for Jesus, right, but it was good in the sense that it started the process of his rebirth, which we got. Yeah, I mean again as a Jew. I'm just telling you what I what, I tried, what I think then in the movie, I mean with what's his face? Yeah, I don't want I did watched the movies. By the way, I told a joke. Again, I don't don't be snowflakey. I was just a joke. I was doing an auction. Did I tell the story? I don't know if I did, but it's if it did. Was a long time ago I was doing it. I was hosting an auction at a um a Jewish community center. They had asked me to do it. They knew, they knew that I was sort of in the business, you know, and that I might be good at speaking. So I hosted an auction next to item up forbid, and I was but I wasn't like taking bids like, oh I have a three hundred four hundred. I was just uh. I was hosting it, letting people know it was. It was one of those tricky tray silent auctions. So one of the items was at the times a long time ago, but it was back when a DVD was was like a big thing you wanted to win, So I said, oh we have. You can also been on a copy of uh Mel Gibson and Passion of the Christ uh Special Edition with an alternate ending. Nobody got the joke. I think that's very funny, actually, right because right? So, Yeah, No I didn't. I didn't see I didn't see the movie. I know the story very well, and I think it's a great story. Um, I just I just think good Friday. Yes, I agree with you. It should neither be like morbid Friday or Sad Friday or fantastic Friday. But good Friday doesn't say anything that's good Friday. Yeah, and and and and as for my my personal situation on that day that my my my siblings screwed me, they really did. Yeah, they should have. They should have had a conversation with you. No, they don't, they know, they know. Instead, everybody's gonna be having a jolly good time on pomp Sunday and I'm gonna be eating in a restaurant with my parents. But you know what, I want to make it special. I am going to make my sister and brother so jealous for leaving on on a holiday weekend. Like that on that day that I am going to make sure. I'm gonna make sure that I take my parents to the most well, you know what, I want to make him jealous. Here's what you do. You make a post or you tell you your your siblings or something at the next go oh, my god, so proud of my parents, so happy, so thankful that because I was the only one that was home for Easter, they gave me a check of five that's right, or they bumped me up in the will, or they're getting they're leaving the house. You gotta you want to make them jealous. You gotta show you are the favorite, definitely the favorite. Here you're taking them, taking them out for dinner only is a good thing for your parents. Your siblings won't give a show. But if you want. But if it's jealous, or if they get jealous about the place did I go? What if I decide to like take it next level? They can go on their own no, because you wouldn't have taken them. You gotta say like, oh my god, my parents got me a new gold watch, my parents got me a Rolex. But you gotta say something that that's gonna make them feel like, oh, I missed out right, Like, I can't believe my parents are leaving me. You know the fortune or whatever. You gotta make them jealous, But no, they after you because they should have a conversation. Hey, hey man, we're gonna do this. What are you doing for the holidays? Because you know what's gonna you know you need to do now. I'm not saying, listen, God willing your parents will be lived to be a hundred fifty and always be healthy. But when it comes at time when your parents need help. You know, when your dad needs your help wiping his butt, or like you need to go shower your mom, you need to call him up and say, hey, remember when I took them freest to dinner. You owe me. You you go and shower down. You're gonna put that in your chair in the shower in the bench, all right. I'm not saying I'm dying. I know what you're saying. But older people sometimes need help to get like a bench to put in it in the shower, and you gotta spray them. So your brother Steven's gonna have to spray down your dad because you took your dad to dinner and feaster. That's all. Yeah, I just wish they would be a little bit more thoughtful next time. And then hundred said, now, did they have a conversation with your parents? Did they say, hey, mom and dad, listen, we're gonna be there for Pomp Sunday. I stay all planned it behind my back, and then and then my mother gets to me and she's like, so, Anthony, uh, we decided. We all took a poll, and we decided, because we can't be together free Easter, we're gonna be together on Pomp Sunday. You're gonna come right And I'm like, mom, that entire week now, since your your siblings had already bailed for Easter, what would have happened if you said I'm not gonna be home for Easter, you'd be screwed, screwed because you wouldn't have been home for either holiday. I don't I don't know. I you know, I can't think about this anymore. Jesus came back from the dead, You're coming back from a Ruba. I don't think it's the same thing. But well, then I'm going to Miami after that. Now, because I have the whole week, I'm like, I'm all over the place. Yeah, you can't go to the opening day met game with me because you're gonna be in Florida. That's right, that's uh that is April fifteen. I'll be in Miami. At that point. I thought that is good Friday. By the way, that'll be a good Friday. There's a reason to call it a good Friday. They're they're retiring what Tom Seaver's number, right, No, unveiling the statue of Tom sever That's the greatest New York met of all time. Just you know his name is Tom Siever. The Mets fans have wanted a statue outside the stadium for for twenty years. Now that he's dead, the statue is gonna being put outside the stadium and it's being unveiled on Friday the fifteen. It's also Open Opener and Triple Threat Day. It's the anniversary of the uh SO, it's the seventy hold on It's it's the seventy fifth anniversary of Jackie Robinson breaking the color barrier in baseball will be Wearing Day, And it's the twenty five anniversary of the day that President Clinton and the Commissioner of Baseball, Bud sealing Um, came to say stadium at the time in at and retired Jackie Robinson's number for all of baseball, and I was at that game. I have the ticket stub and all the memorabilia from that game. It's twenty five year anniversary of me going to that game with my wife. We went to our honeymoon, we got married into March, flew back from from Switzerland and the first thing we did was go to the met game for that day with our with my parents and her parents and on the six of us went to that game to watch Jackie Robinson's number be retired. And now it's anniversaries, all those things are happening and you won't be there. This is awful. And uh is it not also Bobby bow Day when they have to pay him his No, that's Jill I first. So it's not only you're screwing your family over, you screwed me over because you should have come back for theft to go to the game with me. So now I'm pissed. Also, s O L. I'm a p O S. And that's right. You're on your own Buddy Boys podcast. Back before we went to commercial, you said you're on your own Brody, I want to tell you what I've been doing lately on my own and it's not dirty, although there was some fingering involved, so please clean it up quick. I'm cleaning it up quick because my mind is racing. So a couple of years ago, I had risk surgery and then a year later another risk surgery, and as such, I'm healed. Now it's fine, but I had Remember I had the braces on my arm and I you know you remember that right, I had been cast on my arm twice, really, that black batman looking thing with a non ub. Anyway, I haven't bowled in a number of years because of the rest surgery. I didn't know if my wrist would hold up, how it would be whatever. Plus I've been busy. Well, I decided I'm gonna start bowling again. So a few weeks ago I started going bowling by myself because my buddy Jeff has a bad back. He can't bowl. So I'm like, oh, you know what, they're up till eleven o'clock on Friday night. I was like, oh, go bowling. Ten o'clock. I went bowling, and I'm bowling next to two guys and a girl. Now I'm I'm not a great bowler. But I do a five step approach. I have, I have I you know, I I go smoothly. Wait wait, is that like a thing in a five step approach? Yeah? You know, like some people stand there at the line and just go and they throw it right. Some people do a three step one two three and they throw it. So I do a four. I do a five step approach. So there, like you walk as the ball is swinging back and you time it that when you get to the line, you do little slide and you lay the ball down and it hooks anyway, look google it. The people next to me when you bowl, you always give courtesy to the right, meaning that I know this. I didn't know there was like actually lane etiquette here. Oh yeah, because you don't want someone in your peripheral you're going to the line of I know that. But what you're saying to the right, what about thee to the left? Then they give courtesy to you. That's how it works. I didn't know that it was a directional thing. I didn't know. I mean to me, I look to the left end to the right, and if somebody, uh and we all look at each other. I didn't know. Always otherwise you're standing there going you go, No you go, No, you go. The only thing is if you're the if you're the lane away to the left, no one has courtesy for you, so you always have to go courtesy the right. But that's the ruling bowling, courtesy the right. So I'm standing there with my ball in position, waiting for them to go, and they don't know that it's courtesy to the right, so they don't know why I'm waiting, so they're giving me dirty looks. So I'm like, I don't have to explain to them the rules of bowling. So the three of them, none of them are putting their fingers in the ball. They're holding the ball with the wrist and their palm and their hip walking to the line and flinging it that that sounds like everyone I know. They won't walk to the line right, you come to it, you come to a screeching halt. You're holding the ball that your your fingers aren't in the holes. But they were walking, so they would they would walk up and fling it off their hip. So I'm looking, I'm going look at these fucking assholes making a mockery of bowling. They don't know what they're doing. I said, you know, I'm like, and so I see them bowl a couple of gutters, you know, and they're not they don't look like they're having a good game because they don't have a ball. So I'm bowling my first game that I in like three four years, I haven't bowld. I have my own ball, you know, I have a real ball, E bowl. I used to be in leagues back in the day. Well, my first game, I did not do very well. Scary and I look up at the scoreboard and Larry Mo, Curly Mo and and uh and Shemp bold better than me. They beat me the for this game. So old fingerless Trio over there, old finger Yeah, Mo, Larry and Curly they beat me with my fancy five step approach. I could not. I could not get it working. I couldn't get the hook working. I couldn't. I couldn't. I just couldn't do it. So I sucked. The next two games I did well, and I've been going every weekend to bowl. So the second time I went, third time, third time I went, I bowled a one nine was my high game. Oh my god. Yeah, I was feeling like I was backs the perfect game. Would be three, right, two d game is a good game. You missed. If I missed it by like a one spare in the middle of the game, could would have come close to a two hundred. So I had a really good game. So the next week I go, I think it was a week and a half ago. I go on a Saturday and I go to this new place a few towns over that has like midnight bowling with like lights and neon and whatever. To me, when you go to those places, those aren't that's like casual hang out. That's not like you don't get the pro bowlers coming out. But I hated it. You know, I couldn't see the marks on the lane. I couldn't even see the lane. Was terrible. But do you have to It's really about the ambience at that point. Yeah, I had fun. I was great, But he's the problem. Remember when you yawned wrong, Yes, and you pulled a muscle in your back. Yeah, that happened a while ago. And we were at the station, were and it was the morning show, and all of a sudden, I go and all of a sudden, I felt this creak in my back, and I'm like, and you guys all thought I was sucking around with you and like, what's the matter, scire okay, And I couldn't. I was trying to grip for the chair and I'm like, I yawned wrong, and everybody laughed at me. One of the funniest things ever. Yawned No, because you pull a muscle the wrong way, you can absolutely you can sneeze wrong and funk up your entire fucking neck a hundred per cent. So not as bad as yawning. But my fancy five step approach ends with my left leg bent and my right behind me extended. Right, that's if your ball you know what I'm talking about. So I go to the line I'm in. I'm in maybe the sixth frame at a ten in my third game, and I feel a snap, almost like a twinge, and I and as I'm dropping the ball down, my leg gives out and the ball kind of like goes boom, and I this is what I said, scary, all right, I'm gonna try to create it. All the person to my left like their head spun like I didn't know what to do. The ball went b boom, and I went oh, So I googled it. The front muscle in my left thigh, so the quad buckled a little bit and swollen. It was swollen immediately, and it was like a Charlie horse, Like you know when your leg locks when you're sleeping. That's oh my god that I get those every Saturday and Sunday morning. I wake up and then back of my you got a banana's potassium keeps that from happening. Really, So yeah, so I had I went aboard bananas. But so I couldn't walk. I could not. I couldn't walk. By the way, this is almost as bad as that softball injury you had when you you had your whole arm in a fucking brace because you pitched the entire You insisted on pitching the whole game. You were doing really well when we had our our team game there we had our little field day, and then the next day for several weeks after you were like you were hurting wrist surgery. It was after my wrist surgery where I thought I was a dred percent ready to go. I was not. So I pushed myself so I saw I had to finish the game. Scary, so I sort of like limped, But did you really have to finish the game? Couldn't you walk away at that point. Here's okay, here's a competitive wages. I'm gonna couple. I'm gonna say a couple of words, five words, and you will understand why I had to finish the game. You're ready. I had already paid for it. I knew it. See see not me. I would just cut my losses and walk away on my You know, I don't want to injure my ship further because because to me, I'm gonna spend more money in fucking hospital bills in the long run then I have on this fucking game that costs me ten dollars. I was trending for like a one seventy. I finished with like a one forty five because I couldn't. I couldn't bowl, So I pack up, I go home. I jumped right in the hot tub. Um. I have a massage thing like a muscle vibrating, pulsing thing for you, like you have a bad back. I do that on my leg. I loosen it up. Three days scary. I could barely walk because that my leg was so bad. The following week, I'm feeling great and you're bowling again. Were you black and blue at all? No? But I was swollen like you could you could feel the lump in my leg like that. It was. It was a problem. Can you feel the lump? Can you feel? So the following week, I go bowling on the Saturday. I give it an extra day from the Friday, whatever it was I gave. I went until Saturday. I go bowling again again. Two games. I'm doing well. Third game, I have um a nineties something ninety three I think. In the fifth frame, him at a few strikes in a row. I'm rolling, no pun intended, roll and roll and roll, and I get to the seventh frame. Oh my leg goes out again. Same muscle really in the same around the same time. Yep, the same frame again. I finished with like a one figure. Because I couldn't. I couldn't bowl. I could not muster up. You fatigued the muscle. Sometimes they call that muscle failure. And after you've worked it too much, Yeah, it just fails on you. It just gets out. So that that was not the worst thing that happened to me at the bowling alley. Um, I wanted to join the league. I still want to join a league to keep pissy. One day a week, I'm gonna join a bowling league. So I go up to the guy and I say, hey, can you give me some information on on bowling leagues? Because they said, because they told me the week before there'll be sheets out, you can sign up, I said, to the sheets out? Yeah, he goes, I don't know. I work in a different bowling alley, but I'm helping out today. So I said, oh, all right. He goes, yeah, but the leagues are basically the same. Well, what are the league's what what nights? He goes, Oh, Well, in our on our bowling alley, he says, uh, Tuesday is pairs, Wednesday is mixed triples, Thursdays is four mixed right, the men of female female? And Friday is no tap? What's no tap? What's no test? I don't know what no tap is? I do now, so I think I know what that is. Yeah, tell me what no tap is? I know. I thought maybe that's the day that they put the things in the gutters and then it's like bumpers, no, no, no tap, you can't no gutters. Yeah, I said, what does no tap mean? He says, oh, if you bowl a nine, if you get nine pins on the first ball, it's marked as a strike. We just give you a strike. I said, I guess, I don't know to make it easier, to make it, I don't know, so so I said, oh, I don't I said, I don't want to nothing. Well, it doesn't move to get something for that reason. It's just to give you a highest score. So I said, oh, I don't like that. That's too easy. I don't want to do that. So he says, he says, you know, actually it sounds like it'd be easier, but it's much harder. So I said, how could it possibly be harder. You're giving me a strike for nine pins? He says, listen, believe me. When you do it, you'll see it's it's hard to get annoine on the first ball. You can't just bowl a nine. I said, I understand that, But if I accidentally bowl a nige, you're giving me a strike. Therefore it's easier. He goes, sir, you're not understanding me. It's harder. The game is harder, no tap, because it's hard to get a nine. I go, but if I get a strike, I get a strike, right yeah. And if I get annoy and I get a strike right yeah. So yeah, I am an understanding. It doesn't connect. Okay, scary if I bowl annoine don't understand that. But I understand why he's telling you it's harder. It doesn't sound stupid because okay, my brain is not um because of this numb skull, because I'm trying to I'm trying to make sense of it, and I'm like, wait a second, it's absolutely not He says, it's easily said. I said, look sir, look if I would have gotten three strikes and three nines, now I've got six strikes for the same work. You see, that's easier. So he looks up. He does, He looks up, and he goes, you know what, let me think about that for a couple of minutes. Check back with me after you've done bowling. I said, you know what, I'm good. I'm good. H yeah, okay, I go whatever I got fine. So then he comes over to me as I'm bowling. He goes, excuse me, I started bothering. Yeah. He goes, um, you might be right, I might you might be right. There's only a chance, Brodie, just you may you could be right. Yeah. Uh, that's taking a test. And then and on math and they go, you know what if you're close to getting the answer right, we're gonna give me the right answer. Yeah, two plus two is four or five, you know, or three, teacher Mrs mcgilla cutty, that would be easier. No, it's much harder to get the answer wrong on us to give it to scan Rodi God, I feel like I'm dumber from that last conversation. I'm sorry, I I I thought it was me because you know, you sometimes doubt yourself. I rarely doubt myself, But somewhere in the middle of it, I'm thinking to myself, am I missing something? Like? Am I am my? Is there something? I'm like? I don't want to be like to know it all. Guy in this particular situation where he's gonna go here it is on paper, and I go, oh, I wasn't thinking about that. If he if he had said to me, if your bowl strike it doesn't count right and you have to bowl a nine, then it's harder because I was like, a strike still count like I couldn't. I'm like, what am I missing? Because this guy is a professional, scary he works at multiple bowling alleys, he runs the lead and by the way, think about it, if he told that to you. That means he's been giving up information for weeks and months, probably two dozens of people. So what if somebody, nobody, nobody called it out on it. That's my favorite part. That's what I'm here for. So imagine someone wanted a bowl and they goes, oh, it's no tap, it's harder, and they were like, oh, I don't want to do that, and what if they backed out and they could have had a great experience getting free strikes. So um, okay, some quick housekeeping. By the way, we did get some voicemails in um on our if you abe seventy seven hotline, but we're not gonna do them today, so keep those coming. We'll do them next week. It's two one eight F you abe seventy seven. Yeah, that's two on eight seven seven. But you shouldn't have to figure out the numbers. Yeah, just you know each number corresponds to a letter A B seven seven, And leave us a voicemail. Make it brief, make it, make it to the point, make it fun and interesting, and give us some food for thought and maybe we'll talk about it on a future episode of the Brooklyn Voice podcast. And on that note, also, I'm sure. Our buddy Matt is listening right now, as he does every day, every every episode. He's become a fan. He's a real slice March guy, Matt, Merch guy, Matt. You know we we do want to unlease some new things. We still How are we doing on the sales department for Brooklyn Boys merch? Have you heard from the recently? Well? Yes, he emailed me. Last week was big. Last week we sold a lot of merchandise. I don't know why. I don't know if people are getting ready for the summer. I think the tank tops. I think girls are buying tank tops. We did sell some tank tops last week. Yeah, so Brooklyn Boys done big. Cartel dot com are here from Aleiah Thomas. Oh okay, all right, okay, Uh that that's for a tank top. Uh. You you updated the Morning Show today that you sent money. Remember last week he was sending You were sending money to that couple and I said, don't send as much money. You sent cash in an envelope to somebody, and people told you not to do that, right, Yes, okay, So a lot of people are like, oh, no one's gonna open up your mail, No one's gonna take your money. Did you put anything around the money? Did you put like a fold paper around it? I mean it was a card, So the money was inside of a card and the card was and that was it. Well, I know, I didn't do anything else. I just put my money. I basically remember I told you I was gonna mail it, and I mailed it and and and people were like, I can't believe you're sending cash in the mail. How could you do that? Well, David Brodie, all I could tell you is the following, Um, it got there because I got a nice thank you. And I think it is a giant scam. It's an urban legend. It is a myth when people say, don't put money in the mail because it's gonna get stolen. I think of all the pieces of mail that fly through the system every day. Are they like, do they have like an X ray machine? And they how do they know that which ones have cash in it and which ones don't. Well, they do actually have an X ray machine, But okay, but they can't see the money. No, you can't x ray paper through paper. But here's here's so I had to mail back a safe deposit box key to a bank I was moving safe deposit boxes from a safe deposit box I had a long time ago, and it's not near where I live. Okay, it was a family box, and uh, whatever the case, we didn't need the box anymore. So I call up. They go, just mail the key back. You don't have to come here. I just mail the key back. I said, oh, great, that saves me a lot of time. So it says, well, you know, if you don't mail the key back, there's a thirty five dollar charge for the key something like that. Those things thirty or thirty thirty five dollars. So I said, oh, I don't want to be charged thirty five dollars. Says well, then just get us the key back and then we'll close out the account, and if there's any because it's an annual fee, will credit you whatever amount of money is left on the ear. I said, okay, And I had emptied the box previously, but I didn't close it. There's nothing in the box, not a big deal. So I want to put the I say, put the key in a regular envelope, but I wrap it in a napkin, right, so it's sealed also all the sides so that you can't see the key. Feel the key. I know there's a key in the envelope, and I and I and I closed the envelope and I tape it. Because the envelope I was using wasn't as sticky. I licked it, it wasn't as sticky. I put tape on it. So I mailed the key back to the bank and uh. Vanessa from the bank calls me a week later and leaves me a voicemail I should have saved the love that song. Vanessa from the bank, Vanessa from the bomb, Just Vanessa from the bank, And she says, Mr Brodie, we received the the You mailed us something. And I'm a little confused. I I don't know why you mailed it. I have questions. Can you please call back? So I'm like, what what? I don't understand it. She sounded so like it was it was very mysterious. She's like, you mailed this something very unusual. And I don't okay. So I called back and I get I get Vanessa on the phone and I said, this is Mr Brodie. I can you know She says, yeah, look, um, I know we had talked about emailing the key back. I just don't know why you mailed us um a p F Chang's napkin. Oh no, I said, what do you mean. Well, open the envelope and the only thing in the envelope was a p F Chang's Square napkin. Oh my god, I said, wait a minute, Wait a minute. I I put the key in there, and you wrapped it up in the p F Chang Square and the PF Change Square napkin, and I sealed it. Well, we don't have the key, I said, are you gonna charge me thirty five dollars? I mailed it ship And by the way, why would you before before you go any further, Obviously, if I was on the other end of this, I know that you would have you actually had the key in there because the intent was to mail the key, because why would you just send a PF Change napkin. You wouldn't, So it would be a brilliant scam to say, I, oh, it was in the right Okay, yeah, but well but people don't think that way. People think that you want to bring out that. I thought the best. I thought at that point, she's gonna think you're right. So I said, but no, no, no, I don't have the key. Legitimate don't have it. I put it in the envelope, she says. She said to me, I'm sure you did, and I went no, no, no, no, no I did. She no, no, I wasn't being sarchastic. I'm sure you did. We're not gonna charge you. But somebody opened up my envelope, motherfucker, and took the key out, then folded the napkin. I asked him, the quager was the napkin folding? She's yeah, I was folded in like a little square like a Look at the little rectangle. Oh yeah, that's where the key was. So so we opened it up and then took the key out. And now they know what bank it belongs to because it was addressed to the bank. Damn. So maybe someone saw, like I was mailing something to a bank. They're like, oh, what are they mailing to the bank, and opened up my mail took the key. But why wouldn't you just throw away the envelope unless you you're on camera like or whatever, you can't like just throw out an envelope. So they probably just put the envelope back is on its way and delivered it. Maybe the mail carrier. I love mail carriers. I'm not accusing any specific mail carrier, but maybe the mail carrier who delivers to the bank then delivered it. But someone took the key out. It wasn't like everything fell out. They refolded the napkin, and it wasn't like I folded the napkin over it with There's something else there. There's something else at play here. Yeah, somebody, somebody, and the key doesn't have enough. The key has a number on it, but it's not a number that matches the safe deposit box banks is smaller than that. You need the book of codes. So let's say my safe deposit box was two eleven, right like our episode episode that we're doing now. The key says like L fourteen. So they look in a book and they go, L fourteen is too eleven, but L fifteen is not to twelve. It's a They have a whole system. So having the key doesn't do any good. And you'd have to give my name. Oh, my name was on the return address, Budge. But there's nothing in the in the box. But if you went in and said, Brody box, whatever, I have the key, you would still need to have ideas well. The key is worthless, except it almost cost me thirty five dollars. But somebody went in my damn emblement. But in a larger picture here, Um, I guess maybe it's not good to send money through the mail. I mean, I don't know this. This totally shot my money. Don't mail money to a bank, is what I'm saying. Right. But not only that, though, but you shot down my entire theory that it's okay and completely safe. It's no, it's no less safe. It's no less safe to send money in the mail because there's no way people are gonna know that there's any money in there to begin with, because it'll get there. Of the time, what you send on one end gets to the other end. It doesn't get lost. So I'm willing to take that risk every time. It's that it's not that the the the odds of your mail not making it there are decreased or increased. You know, if you have money in your envelope. What I'm saying is it doesn't change the odds that. So that's what I was trying to say. All I could think of was was two things. Number one, it was addressed to a bank. Number two, maybe the key and the and the and the inside the napkin flopped to one side, making it like a little heavy on one side. Maybe it's like it banged against the steering wheel of something and they heard it like like like they heard there was something heavy. You could see there was something heavy in it. So maybe like, oh, maybe this is something valuable. So some dishonest piece of crap and speaking into sons pieces of crap. Scary? How would you handle this? Because this happened to my daughter today I picked her up at school, and yesterday we stopped off at the store. She needed baking sodas. What's the baking soda for? You're trying to make their frigerants smell nice. Nope, I'm baking cookies, I said, Do I get one? Well, I'm baking them from my class. But if I have any left when you when you picked me up at school, you could have a couple of cookies. Don't they use baking powder for cookies and not baking soda. This picular recipes baking soda, arm and hammer, baking soda, which I have the arm and hammer. It doesn't really matter. Soda alright, alright, and on and on the box of baking soda is a plate of chocolate chip cookies. So I guess, yeah, So anyway, bacon soda. I got bacon soda. Oh, I don't know that bacon soda. I got bacon soda. It's ot genesis. I'm over three, I'll I'll tell. Let me just face with my daughter. But she get my door, gets in the car and I said, hey, before you go, because she drives now, so she was going to drive home. I said, hey, before we leave. Um, I didn't forget. I'm trying to like show her that I remembered right that I'm interested in I was. I wanted one of her cookies, so I said, hey, uh, can I get my cookie? Now? No, Dad, you can't. Why not? I put them in my locker. And by the way, her school doesn't have locks on the lockers. It's a smaller school. Somebody went in my locker and stole eighteen of my twenty cookies. Now the hell did they know it was in there? I said, who saw you? I don't know. I took the bad I took the container out of my my backpack and put it right in the locker on the top shelf. Nobody saw me. One of the odds, she says, I gave some cookies for my classmates. So she didn't want to share, so she she made him for classmates. So she gave out a bunch. She must have made like thirty six or whatever. She gave out a bunch to her classmates and put the rest in her locker. When she came back eight they left her two cookies out of the eighteen, which then she ate for lunch. She could have saved me the two cookies. I'm not saying she shouldn't have, but she didn't. And so she went to every classmate and g and and and interrogated them. She went to the principle, she's my kid. She went to the principal and said, I want you to review the video in the hallways and find it who went in my locker. It's a whole big thing. So under investigations just didn't even gonna look. They're not gonna look. I said, you should have said ten bucks was stolen with the cookies, and then they would have they would have looked. So that's an outrage. You believe that's a crime. That's definitely a crime. Thank you, thank you. So they're so lost out on cookies today. So now I'm taking it personally because those are my cookies. I was getting those chocolate chip cookies today, handbaked by my daughter, sweet little hands. Now I don't get him studied to some prick decided to shove his fat face full of cookies that didn't belong to him or her. They'll get there's carm is a bitch. They got theirs, and they got my daughter's and mine. It's the boys, Brodie. I sent you a picture. I just texted it to you. Hold on, hold on, very excited. You'll be more excited because I didn't tell you off the podcast there. Just texted me. Okay, let me pull up yours for hunt. What's Elvis says? Okay, Wait a minute, Wait a minute, Yeah, Brodie, it happened. Wait a minute. You're standing on your street, yeah, outside with some guy don't recognize, and you're you're boat standing with a very spensive scooter. Yes, my inner Kim scooter, my scooter. Did you sell the scooter? It's gone? Brody? What I said? Did you sell the scooter? I sold it, Prody. Did you get what you wanted? It's very fun it's a very funny story. How did you sell the first of all? Big shout? He was gonna get it. I was getting a commission on the school. Nope, big big shout out to Slice for Life. Jorge from Jersey City. No big fan, it's uh not a whrhey not No, that's a different Orge. It's a different or you know what this guy in the picture is. His name is Jorge, Yes, that guy's But there's another Horgey that always writes to us on Twitter and different. This Orge right here came from the other side of Jersey City. Huge fan of the podcast Slice for Life listens all the time. Slid into my d M after hearing me complain about this, this this um hobby that I shouldn't have got into during the pandemic. Wanted to write a scooter and uh, he said. You know what, scary, he says. I've been looking for a scooter for a while. I heard you mentioned it once before, but I didn't act. But this time you actually mentioned the website you got it from and the model number and the price you wanted for it. Because it ain't not for nothing. It's paid two thousand, two d dollars for this, okay, And because on a whim during the pandemic, like a lot of us did I took up a hobby. You know, some people did worse by the adopting a pet, and then they wanted to give the pet back when the pandemic. Others board cooking supplies, and then they don't you. I didn't say to you, what are you doing? Dude? You don't do active stuff. And I took up. I said I want a scooter, and I wrote it three times. It has four miles on it total. In fact, there's still the red streak on the on the tires to show that the tires brand new. The tires is Lubaton tires. The then not red bottoms. It's a red It's a red fucking line that shows that the tires brand new. It hasn't been away yet. Right very well gets in touch with me, and he's like scary, he goes. He goes, I fucking I want it. I'm sliced for life. He goes, I know it's what it's worth. You want fourteen hundred. I'm coming down. I said, get the funk outta here. Did you autographic for on Sunday Night? Nope? I did give him a bunch of Brooklyn Boys swag, though I gave him a Brooklyn Boys water bottle, a couple of T shirts at your expense, and we we we we chipped in for those. Why am I Why am I giving Jorgey free stuff? Didn't buy my scooter? Because because we actually went in Halsey's on buying some of the merch from our own store. You owe me half of that, the merchant. Okay, that we can debate that. I gave him one half of the sail of the scooter. I gave him a hoodie, a T shirt, a hoodie, a T shirt and and a Brooklyn Boys. Um what hold on doing the master get out of here? Hold on a hoodie? Was it? Was it? The Brooklyn Boys? Brooklyn Boys? Thermis? You know the hold on thermis? Okay, the water bottle and in the water bottle and the in the tank top. Oh, the game a tank top. Oh? And I gave him a um a pop socket. It doesn't matter, Okay, Yeah, dude, hi, hi, or hey, hold on, you're welcome. Yeah, you are welcome. I'll behalf of the both of us. I don't know, I don't know you giving jorge to stuff, but now you got full. But here's my favorite. He thinks you gave him that merchandise. Here's my favorite part. We gave him that merchant But here's my favorite part of the whole thing. The guy was. He was a gem awesome dude. He came with his girlfriend. We were I said, look, I want you to test it out first. Here's everything. He came with. You got the tank top, I hope, oh she did. And then he, uh, he started riding it around my you know, the area, the scooter the scooter, yeah, okay, sorry, started running it not his girlfriends uh and and he's basically was like, dude, I love it. Smooth ride, just like you said. The suspension. Oh my god, he was. I could feel that this is worth money because it is. It's it's Did you write it one more time for all time sake? No? I did. I did not get on a little bit. And then he does at the very end, I said, all right, cool, And then he looks at me and he does exactly the thing that you hate. That you would have absolutely done that, you actually would have said what you guys, You guys, I said. I looked him in the eye, and I'm like, I'm thinking of you my entire time. You're gonna You're gonna finish my sentence, and I'm thinking like yeah, I'm like what would Brodie do? And what did Scary Jones do? And this is why we are two different people arguing on the same podcast. Go for it. So He's as to you, I have about twelve d and you said, okay, yes, and yes, I know what. You can't haggle when you get there. We've talked about this on this podcast, and no haggling is before you show up. No, no, you know what I mean. Credit to Jorge. You know, a whip dude. I'm not a whimp because you know what, the guy fell in love with the scooter. He came. He was a good man, a man at his word. He didn't fell in love with the scooter. He he liked the scooter at twelve hundred and he loved it. He didn't love it at fourteen hundred. No, he told me, because listen, that's what but isn't. That's what isn't. That's what we gave him. You listen, you gave him an eight hundred all discount on the thing to begin with. Then you gave him another two hundred allars off and you you know, he said, hey, listen, I'm sorry. I had to give you extra hundred allars off to make it up to you. I'm gonna give you free bro he scary merchandvice because I'm sorry you have to carry that two hundred dollars extra home and you didn't even carry it. He ubered to me and then he scooted home on it. It was on full chart. I'm saying he had the two hundred dollars he didn't give you because he believe ball. He low balls you. He had an extra two hundred bucks in his pocket, right because you let him get away with that. I thought, that's what we call bargaining. No, you don't do the same thing. You're the king of the bargain. No, that's what you're supposed to do. Once you get into person, then then you start to know the whole dance. So you're not a store. You went out of your way to meet him. Go downstairs, Brits. Slept the bike down the stairs like the scooter. Took this two year headache off of my hands. I love you war hand. No. No, once you do all the work and you get to the street, he's got you by the balls, right. He's like, Oh, he's not gonna want to slept back upstairs. He's not broady, he's scary. See for me, I go, you know what, now it's fift because now you slept all the way to me. Now as payment for you trying to get a hangle with me at the last minute. Now it's fifteen. You wanted to know you would have actually turned it down right then and there had price. He was gonna he was going to drive away with it right then in their hand. You money, see you later, deal case closed, never have to deal with it again. You you actually would have You would have went back into your he said nope, and then you would have ripped the scooter away from him and it would have put a pack and put it back online and hope to maybe sell it another day. Is what I would have done. I would have done, let's say hypothetically, and I don't know what I don't I'm say twelve hundred. I don't until you actually worked that with That was the deal. That was exactly it. I knew it. Yeah, he went for an even numbers. You actually you actually said exactly what it was. He because I know what I would have asked, said four hundred on the podcast. He knew I was he said fourteen hundred on the d M. He came, he rode, he saw, he conquered, and then he offered me twelve and I took it. What I would have done if I was the buyer, is I to do the right thing. I would have said before I came there, Hey, listen, I really wanted I'm serious about it. Would you take twelve? And you would have said, yeah, so that's right now. Once he's so, what I would have said was, listen, man, I know you came all the way here. I don't want to bring this back upstairs. I want to make you happy. Why don't we meet in the middle of thirteen thirteen and a quarter. I would have taken like seventy five bucks off I would I would, I would, I would find between two or Bravo bravo jorgey are you giving the bravo for? What is he trying to What are you trying to say? Because he got you by the by the schlep, he knew you don't want to slept that back upstairs, so he's like, oh, because here's what you did, scary, you paid you, you wrote it like a hundred dollars worth, not even right you gave him a sweet deal. It's mint condition, red stripe still on the tie, a red stripe right there on the tire. But it was sitting in my It was sitting collecting dust. And storage is more than a storage unit, which I'm paying for. And I'm sitting there collecting dust for two fucking years. And then it was in my apartment for the last three months, and then I went back to storage. The fucking thing has been all over the plane. Let me ask you a question. Are you paying less for storage? Now you give up the storage unit, then it's irrelevant. That part's irrelevant. You gave Look, there are people screaming at their phones right now, scary. I know you're a nice guy, and there are people who appreciate that. I'm saying for me, I got jerked off. You're saying I got taken advantage of. You and Jorge had a deal, a gentleman's agreement. I will come there, I will travel across the city. You will bring the thing from storage down your elevator or whatever, and you'll bring it to me on the curb and I will I we have an agreement. A bond ape right where is my bond? And then Jorge says, man, I'm gonna take two hundred extra bucks off. I want to save a thousand dollars on this thing, and I'm gonna get some free Mew game, free merch he gave him. He took a headache off of my hand. It was it was more than just that he took me the headache. Now I've got the headache because I can't sleep tonight knowing two things. Had I solved the thing for you, I would have gotten a temper cent commission on it, and I would have got a hundred forty So I had a hundred forty bucks plus the price a half the merchandise. So we're looking at like one eighty on my part, one seventy five out, and there's the two hundred difference right now. Your money went to Morey at all he scooting around scouting. Think of it that way, Brodie, you didn't take it. I don't have to pay you tempa sent commission off some though. In this podcast is over, I'm gonna end up paying for your storage here. This is terrible, terrible, gotta looking at them. It doesn't matter, no skin off my fucking back. Your temper sent commission and merch. You're part of the merch went to more. Hey there, savings right there went in his pocket, not yours. Yeah, exactly. Well the downside is, now I can't believe you would have actually stared someone down and be like I sold um an old dining room table that I had taken apart and uh and put in the basement right like a round one that we didn't It was small. It was a tiny one when we were like twenty years ago, and I put it back together. I took pictures of it, and I saw that to a woman. She comes into the house, into the into the dining room where I put the secondary table, set it up, and she's so so she's like looking at the chairs and she needs me to take the legs off the table so she can put in her van. So I take the legs off the table and it's all ready for her to put in the van. And she was, um, I think scary. I was asking like it wasn't all I was a table. It was like on derty five hours. And so when when um it was listed for one fifty and she she asked for I said about one thirty five, okay. So after I set it up I'm taking it apart for her with my drill. She says to me, Uh, you know what, I didn't bring a lot of cash. Would you take seventy about this? Yeah? Whatever the price? She went by the way you went through all that trouble, you already balls deep in the project to get rid of it, and you were right there you had to sell. The money was coming your way, right whatever the price was or something like. So you mean to tell me it was worth it to like fucking rip it right back out of her hands and say no. I told her, I go, I'll put this right back. I take it before we agreed on whatever. I'm not haggling. We did the haggling already. So that's what I would have told Jorge, Like, dude, we already agreed. I'm sure Hawai's a nice guys. I would have given him. I would have given him seventy slice discount, like, you know, you're a good guy. Now he's wearing a Yankee hat, so I definitely wouldn't given him a discount wearing a Yankee hat in that picture. No way I give him the Yankees. This was the other thing I was gonna say, was he's a slice for Life, so he should get the Slice for Life discount hundred dollars off the scooter so I would get Look, I want to give an extra hundred. You wanna take thirteam fine two hundred plus three March. Oh my god, I gotta take some Adville. He made out, God bless you. So he's gonna write off his getaway cars. You're two thou Scooter. If I listen next week, episode to twelve, I will tell you what happened. When I returned my car to the garage. I apologized. Boys Brook Brook, Boys Bro
