Speaker 1: Hi scary, Yes, Brody, Well we're back, I'll say. Back from vacation. I took full advantage a few nights going out to dinner of my scent bird account of the cologns I got from centers, did I? I brought my versacci eros on vacation with me, and I gotta say everywhere I went, I got a lot of compliments. In fact, when I opened up my suitcase when I got home, my entire suitcase smelled like versacci arrows from sent Bird. Isn't that amazing? Yeah? Well, I'll go all my clothes smelled beautiful because I was wearing those shirts. Well, and in fact, this is the first time you actually confided in me. This is the first time in a long time you check your bag because you had three cologns among other things in your bag and they didn't take up a whole lot of space because sent Bird does it the right way, the more the more economical way as well. Yeah, and we like economic on this podcast, by the way, In case you're wondering, I wore my dulch and gaban a light blue poor home and and I wore in my arka site our kist, my ar kist my Sydney rock Pool, all top sellers those. I got to the thing about sent bird is they have was it over four hundred and fifty according to app to the app. The thing is is, you know you have a medicine chest full of unused cologns and perfumes I did for years, accrued over the years, and it's like, what are you. They're collecting dust you spend on a bottle and you're like, dude, some of this stuff is seven like the expensive stuff. I normally like the less expensive stuff. With Thanks to sent Bird, I can get a smaller sample size that's a hundred and twenty sprays of a cologne. Try it out and if I like it. And we're talking, we're talking top top brands like Gucci, tom Ford, Kenneth called Berbery Product, more and more. You'll get a thirty day supply a hundred and twenty sprays. But you and I both know a guy who works here that's like three days exactly. You shouldn't use um. And what we want to do is, you know, you choose eat a cologne each month and waila, you're now you're you're you're being much more economical. Is that a word? Economic economical word. Alright, cool, I just want to make sure. Um, what you want to do is you want to go to scent bird dot com slash Brooklyn. That's sc E N T B I r D dot com slash Brooklyn and that code there. I use the code Brooklyn. Let me do this, Let me do the off. Your first order off. That's only seven dollars and fifty cents for a quality name brand that you can try out, maybe the one you like already, go ahead and get it. They come in really sleek little tube that doesn't take up the space. It's not glass. We have to worry about breaking the there's a glass, but it's inside the tube. I like it better. Your first month today, only seven fifty for your first fragrance at sent bird dot com slash Boklyn and then makes or you use our code Brooklyn. Take advantage of that last Brooklyn. Then use Brooklyn. Guess you've just got back today. I want to Brooklyn. Is that it's been awakes us. They both have so much to say. You know, their name is a blur and Scared. The Boys are back in Town podcast again, Episode seventy four podcast We're almost You know what if you count episode zero. We've done seventy five episodes. You, but we're gonna just say seventy five episodes, will celebrate as congratulations three quarters of a hundred, and then we'll celebrate again next week seventy anniversary. I know fifty is diamond. I think seventy five is cologned. So I'm gonna get you something from center. Okay, it's a hundred uh some kind of fossil fuel. What does a hundred? I don't think hundreds anniversari has ever happened? Every year you you get, you get married, you're you're married to somebody at every single day one years of paper one years would one years one years. One of them is pearls. Right, here's a pearl necklace for you. Right, Okay, I'm gonna say, go to Urban dictionary dot com if you don't know who I get the joke there by the way, that is a reference to the band named pearl Jam. Now they will lie to you and they'll tell you where they got the name from. Pearl Jam came from that filthy Urban Dictionary phrase pearl neck So the substance that that is used in a pearl necklace is what Pearl jam is. Now they'll say that Aunt Pearl made jelly and jam and that's where they But it's bullshit. You think that they would still lie about that after all these years. I truthfully, if there's an article that they wrote where they admitted that it's what it is, I haven't seen it. No need to tweet me. But uh that's originally the old school story back in the nineties was they're like, oh, yeah, our aunt used to make this jam with a grandmother or whoever. You think Jeff Amant or Eddie Vetter would ever drop the names testify. Uh yeah, I gotta say something, Brodie, Do we know how to do that? We do? We remember how to do this. It's been a long time. If it has been a minute, and I'm groggyr lethargic because it's later in the later in the afternoon, and I lose energy if you keep me sitting here for two hours now, I kept you sitting, and then you kept me sitting. We both kept each other saying, but yeah, but I was ready two hours ago. But here's here's the best part. I put up an instant story of me waiting for you on the Brooklyn Boys account on Instagram. If you hear this anytime after the next twenty four hours, well I won't be there anymore. So this point is mood. However, in my point is at the time that that I that I did this. It already has a couple of hundred views, and about ten people started texting in knowing I'm sitting here staring at the text message computer. How great is that? Wait a minute, I'm looking up Holloway. Spruce is at the door. He always comes around this time. I think he being on the podcast persons, what's happening? We were here last week and a couple of people told me that Spruce walked by our empty studio looking for us. I always come by looking for looking for you over here. I know it's not me. You don't give a funk about I love you, but I'm having an affair with Brodie. Okay, listen, it's a long it's a long thing. Oh I just thought of something. I'm not getting political. But yesterday at the No No at the Michael Cohen hearings, you can turn the mic to the guy. I'll come on fiction, Mike Man. It's upside down now, that's fine, it's fine, it's good so a couple of things. I'm gonna get side checks. Always do that. Spruce wears in New Orleans Saints hat every day every day, a different hat, baseball hat, knit hats, big New Orleans Saints fan. Would that be fair to say always every day, matches drafting every day? Has no, No, it's not just hat. He matches. If he wears like a gold and red shirt, he'll have a gold or red or golden red Saints hat match every day. Well yeah, yeah, hundreds and hundreds and you haven't total of how many you have. I do not. I do not, but I have. I was at sneakers too. Why because he's black? Because that while you're asking the usually people who collect hats also collect also collect sneakers because hats and sneakers are access to the way you said it, all right, anyway, so let let me contin you. No, I'm not, No, I'm not. Okay, hold on two stories I want to I'll get to. So I was a camelback lodge. It's into water park, and this guy was walking around with with no shirt, in a bathing suit, no shirt, and he had a Saints hat on, but it wasn't a Saints hat. It was like a swayed football helmet, like a Saints football helmet. It was, but it didn't have like the face mask. It just looked like a football helmet made as swede and it came down on the sides like a football helmet. I ordered you one, why because you don't have it. I'm not gonna wear that. Okay, So back to the back to the news. If you didn't see the news yesterday, it was the Michael Cohen hearings in the court right in front of Congress. Like you didn't watch it, scary, didn't watch it, Okay, but there was Um, I'm gonna I'm gonna paraphrase. You don't have to tweet me and get all like whatever. But someone was accused of bringing a black person to Congress who works for the Trump family, lind Patton. I've met her. She's very sweet. Um to show that Donald Trump that she says she's bring a black person. Okay, okay, yeah, okay, right, right, So this this congressman, this congressman was accused of bringing heart. She didn't speak, but he was bringing her to say, she's from all Obama. She knows a racist when she sees one, and she'd never worked for a racist, so he Donald Trump, President Trump can't be racist. I don't want to comment on any of that, the legitimacy of it or anything. What my point was, they were like, Oh, that's the only black person you know, so that means he can't be racist. My thought is, Spruce is your limb patent? Spruce, Like, if anyone accused Scary being racist, he would call Spruce? That is he your phone a black friend? We haven't gotten to that yet. That's a bit. Actually, hold on, don't don't don't change that. He's opening up a box. Hold on, are you saying he's breaking in He opened up a box that. I'm gonna get to that. Okay, but listen, if you were getting assaulted on the street, or someone's calling you racist, or some men of color were attacking you, is Spruce your phone a black friend? You I think you're might get out of jail free card. Well, I have jail wh I love Spruce and I if you had to hire someone to beat you up and claim a racist attack, it would be Spruce hiring. You can't stop in the middle of a muggy. I like to phote to black friends. I have a black friend. I feel like you would just have Spruce stand there and go this guy right here, that's my man. But I will say one thing, I'd feel a lot more confident walking through other neighborhoods. Would Spruce at my side? Because it's like, no, no, no, it's true, Spruce. What kind of neighborhoods? Like what would happen to he was? Wasn't there, Spruce, I'll go anywhere with you. I would really you take him to like a country club. I would take you anyway. I'll take you to cuntry club, but just as well country club, I would take you. I would. But I'm saying I would also be okay, what with you know, with walking to your neighborhood or any place? That really? What the Upper east Side walking with me through the country the claim country club? Say you just said I would be comfortable walking through your neighbor trying because you don't even know where he lives. He lives in a white neighborhood. I'm trying to somewhat, I'm trying to so much support you. You're you're you're comment from neighborhood. You said I'll walk through your neighborhood, and what would that be an accomplishment, were walking through his neighborhood, be like a batch of because let's say I'm gonna walk down I'm gonna walk down East two. I'm so non racist. I would feel safe walking through what I think is a saying as long as I had a black man. Let's say that he lived in Harlem. Let's let's say he did, Bruce, I would be much more comfortable hanging out with you in Harlem, hanging out and being like, not even Karen watching my back or whatever, because I would know that everyone that was looking at me would be like, would he's not racist? So he's cool guy? Okay, So I can only assume that if I was walking around with my white friends, maybe they would assume that I might be rac whoa okay, a couple things. Let me let me unpack that. First of all, why do you think why why do you think it was it was the Congress? Why do you think if you were walking with a white guy down the streets of Harlem, a typically urban black neighborhood in New York, that black people would go, he's got to be racist because he's with another white guy. Why couldn't they just be like as normal people. Oh, there's two guys walking down the street. Why do you assume they judge you? I assume that everybody judges everyone, because that's what people do. And why do you think if you walk down the stewards Foust, they wouldn't go there's a racist trying to act non racist by Oh he's got his hes, got his his butler with him. Like they would actually think that I'm cool. They're like, look, he actually is down with us. Why just spit out? You just spit all over the floors great ship, exact spot six months ago. He's spitting and you're talking. We did a new carpet again. You know what, Scary? I want Spruce Scary would feel so comfortable walking down the streets to hall him with you. He might even take money out and count it in public, because that's another thing. I'd feel safe with you. I feel like I wouldn't get mugged if I was with you. Well, what makes you think you get mugged just because you're walking down the streets. You can get mugging white neighborhoods. I know, but I'm just saying I would go, Okay, let's what would you doing? What you doing? At midnight. Right, he's not two because because at midnight you're the only one they can see. Is that no midnight midnight, the white guy's the only one they could see at night. To get him the spruce saying, I would actually got complimenting you. It would be I like your people enough. I would be willing walk with one of you. But that's what he's saying. That's what he's saying. He's saying, I like you guys so much. If I had one with me, I feel safe. En get Limp Patton on the phone and say I feel I feel a comforted sun is safely gro Hey. Hello, Hello, is this Chad. Chad. I'm going to the Hamptons this weekend and I'd like to walk around with which white guy if you could just pop your collar and accompany me, because I might get bogged in the Hamptons. But I would just feel no, no, no, I would just say, I'm just saying that, what do you feel? Wouldn't you? Would you take a rich person to a rich neighborhood so you'd feel more If I was in a dangerous neighborhood, I would feel like pause pause, no racist pause. So you're saying his neighbhood is a bad neighborhood. No, if it was, this is all hypothetical, so on the Upper east Side. But you're saying dangerous. If I was in danger was a dangerous name. It may be more dangerous than others, statistical or less dangerous than others. I don't know. But but you're no less dangerous for some people. But you but you a dangerous for me. But you'd have to shovel with you that you're digging a hole with right now. I'm just all I'm saying, let's go back to my original comment. I would feel it's super consortable really hanging out with you. I'd feel safely. Why if you're walking down the street and Spruce has got him, I would accepted. I would feel accepted. Why would you feel accepted The community is not accepting you. Only one guy is. I'm just she doesn't represent all people the same way Lynne doesn't represent all people. God, I'm not the spokesperson for the whole African American community. The spokes brother I'm fond of. You could be anywhere. We could have keep having lunch, so you'd be the same way if we went to some redneck place that you knew, uh did not like people of color? What would you take scary? So you felt like they would think that he wasn't that he they could think that he's with that, I'm with him. I wouldn't put you in danger? Right? Why? Also from the south right? But they stay away from us, would with us? No, they would, they would say and beat you up for that. Still isn't that doesn't go on? Does it? Oh? My god? Okay? Maybe that does that still happen? Maybe you want to go see the New Black No, no, no, that takes place in the past. Maybe because Okay, I grew up in a cosmopolitan city, I grew up hold on the neighborhood we grew up in. Spruce would not have been allowed back in the dead. You're going back in the day. Okay, what I'm saying specific part. But we live in New York City, the cultural melting pot, United Colors of Benetton here, folks, it's all about all hands on that, everybody, every If that's the case. If what you're saying, what I'm saying is, if you're saying is New York is a cultural melting pot that you should not need spruce to walk through Harlem. But I just put that. But if I went to Congress, what are you doing if you're still missing my points? Point? Are you saying, yes, people don't get the point? Please come on. I'm just saying I don't know. I haven't been exposed to being in these ultra potential racist areas of the Deep South. Does that still happen? Is that still exists? I I think it's despicable. If it does. Let's not. Let's not let's not take an area of the country. I don't want to be nice. Let's just say there's there are areas of the country, hoods you know, never made, but there are houses there. You can walk into Sid's house and they can be like raising their faces. I see the world unfortunately scary. Exactly. That's what I was getting in a colorless world. I really did. Except when Spruce walks and you're like, what's up, my maid? I can see unfortunately scary. Those places exist, and they exist on both sides, and not just black white. It's Latina, it's Asian. Unfortunately that still exists here. It's unfortunately gotten best in your opinion over the years. Um for me, yes, but it's just different. Yeah, you know, someone asked me that I prefer being from the South. Did I prefer? And I've talked to Bertie about this before. Racism better in the South or in the North? Different, different, the lesser of two evils. Yeah, And I said, well, I'll take the South any day over the North because it's it's up front, and obviously, yeah, they'll tell you in a minute, they'll just go, Look, I don't like your kind of whatever it is. I don't like you. Let's not deal with each other. Let's not pretend to deal with each other. Let's just be cording, going hey and keep it moving here. I've noticed still going like this. Look, I may not like so it's so kind of people, but if I can make some money off of you, I'm gonna make some money off you, which is kind of kind of low to me. It sounds like you're talking about East coast, west coast, because in Los Angeles, that's how like, that's how like you know, the the the the entertainment industry is where it's like, oh, your people, my people will do lunch, air kiss, air kiss, And I think that's what he's saying. But I'm saying, but he's saying, yeah, yeah, but what Spruce is saying, if I may all uh also to chime in, I don't need to. We've had these conversations. People will look at you in the face like you're okay, usual in business, right, and then like keep you from getting promoted. But they could hire you in the first place and then go, oh, we have people working here that are of color or a different whatever. Then you don't get promoted or raises or whatever. Well they use you to help the company make money whatever, he like, he would prefer with this goat, I don't like your people. Yeah's not gonna work because you know what, I don't have a good history with African Americans, and I prefer to go in another direction. And I would look at that like going, thanks for your honesty. I appreciate it. We're not wasting each other's time here, but I appreciate So I wouldn't even I wouldn't even I don't move like that. I wouldn't even sue anybody over that. I just would appreciate it. Now, I've been very fortunate that, Um, I've not run across people like here until you know, and do you know who I work with and who we work with? And we don't. Unfortunately, we work with people that are not racist or anything, right, but that's what I'm that's it's hard. It's hard to racist in comedy. Like so, so just to reminder, if you're new to the show, we know everyone listens in order, but if this is your first episode. Uh, Spruce and I, in addition to working on the other straight morning show, Spruce and I worked for the comedy department at Premier, which is one of our divisions of our company, and we write comedy for radio stations around the country, song parodies, sports songs, spoof commercials, jingles, and we've been doing it for well over twenty years. And uh, you can't. You can't discriminate to get We have people of all color, shapes and sizes sing for us and do voice over work for us. And I don't want to come off as naive, more about being that I've been insulated from it because of where I've worked and we've grown up and we totally understand that I'm I don't see any you know, I I swear I'm not any more. You know, I'm just a regular everyday guy, you know, like and in my in my travels and in my experiences and the people that I hang out with, cause I hang out with everybody. Um, I I don't. This is not an issue in my world. So that's why I didn't mean to to to deny that this stuff still exists. I just can't believe, you know, if you're not if you're not around it, if I'm not around it, Yeah, if you're not around it, how how can you? I don't put myself in those environments, right, A lot of people, a lot of people just don't. If they're not in that environment, they so to assume that it doesn't exist, got it? But you know what, I've had some really bad things happened to me before that I've shared with Brody. I won't say it, you know, I won't bore you with it now, but but I've had some I've had some real bad bad things happen to me, and um but I never let it go. I hate these people now for this and let it go there. You know, it's just you just gotta move on and know that all people are like that. I just went like these particular people were like that. So you're not pulling a Liam Neeson, is what you're saying. No, I'm not pulling Liam, but I mean, I don't, I don't, I don't. I don't judge him poorly for what he did. Uh almost out of that, I'm just that's an example of someone who tried to take a situation with one type of person and you hear the circumstances was like his niece or something came back and said, this guy just raped me. Oh yeah, yeah, that's where you go. Okay, I'm going to find that guy. But I think the way he told the story was he said, I'm gonna go find a guy who looks like that and take it out on them. Is the impress. So my point, my point was that was not the right way to handle it. He's apologized and not. I don't really want to get into it about that, but anyway, Yeah, No, I was wanted to see if Spruce wanted to stick around a little bit. I wanted to tell them about my experience at Coco Bongo. Wow, can't coode. I wanted I wanted to let you guys in on secret that I learned a dirty secret about what they do at these at these places. This is not a sponsor, is not a commercial. This is not commercial. People a right, Well, you gotta get up stage of talk. I gotta go do all right, so I'll update you on I gotta go all right, see you. I just I love you. But what do we are we doing a comedy script? Is that a comedy Scriptkay? Yeah, I love you. Take care buddy. I think you're a nice guy. By the way, tell d Hug I said, I'm a big fan. Ye wow, he's the best. He just adds a spark when he comes in the road. So Spruce uh works very closely with one of our clients, which is deal Hug. That yeah, so he does some comedy for him. Anyway, We're gonna talk about our vacations. Oh yeah, so I followed you every second. I have to say. So, vacations are like Friday after By the way, we need to float chart because because we got sidetracked. Want to finish. We got another one? Did you see another one? We got? We Well, first I wanted to say, I was well us yelled at you on the podcast as we were, as we were show, as we were, as Spruce was coming into the room, I was I was in the middle of a thought about how I was chastising you and be rating you on Instagram story because I sat here for an hour. So it looks like a hundred people or so have now seen that Insto story and they're commenting on on text and they're very, very funny. So I want to read some of these texts that have come into Um, uh, hey guys, yeah, I did hey Scary, did we find Brody? We don't want the Jersey kid to have to fill in for that's in reference to Gregg t the Frat Boy listen in order don't tweet us? Um, how about hey, hey Brody? Oh you know, can we put a new episode in? What's going on on? When do you are? You are? Did you find hey security? Did you find Brody? Yet? So people are like live tweeting me to see when you were going to finally get into the room. Uh, and so that you when I thought you were filming me before you weren't here. I didn't go through it's on the Brooklyn Boys one and here's this one. Let's go Brooklyn Boys. Insert Judge Judy tapping her wrist and then the table Jeff Gift. Because you you showed up late to the podcast, I can look at the instant story. Here's you again, here's you got. Oh there it is. Yeah, I'm telling you, but I'm also I'm talking to the camera. In the first two segments, I saw that your son of a bitch. Yeah, I'm very important. I got stuff to do it I know. And yeah, yeah, I know, we gotta. I was recording Walkers and Talkers. It was a big episode. You should listen. Jamie ripped her as she ripped, as she ripped her ass. You have to listen to the last week's there and So we went on vacation. You followed me. I followed you. I went to Cancoon. Vacation started on Friday. You flew out of here, like I gotta go apply de Armen. I went to Where else did I go? I went to the fucking three Mexico cities. Yeah, uh, pilot Karmen and causing mel anyway one, I didn't go away for five days. The first five days I had stuff to do, So five days I spent every time I went on Instagram, I had to watch your story. What plug club are you at? What are you drinking? What are you eating? In fact, on the way back, I said, I don't want to fly into New York way too many shirtless videos, not me. Yeah, a couple. Yeah, I had a couple on the beach. It was just one. Okay, they one at the restaurant they served you. That's kind of weird, right, So yeah. So and then on the way back I went to Miami for South Beach wine and food. I met up with Elvis and Fort Laura Dale for his drag Queen brunch. It was awesome, and that came back. Speaking of the drag the drag Queen lunch, Elvis got Grammar Police on one of his tweets. He did yeah, he wrote, oh, come see Elvison, I said his his fiancee Alex. He said, come see Elvison, Comes see Alex and I I do that all the time. Though it's a mistake I make. It's just this is usually like buttoned up. It should be and a people Alex and right, and people know you wouldn't say come see me and Alex and say comes see Alexix and me and so people at Grammer Police. Elvis grampolis I was like, don't do that, don't do it. Don't Grammer Police give him the simo. So one night in Cancun, I went to this place, Coco Bongo one night and yeah, well so it's this tremendous supper club. It's pretty much a Vegas nightclub on steroids. In fact, CNN has gone on record and they keep showing the video of the woman on CNN staying on CNN. This place, Coco Bongo I went to over the weekend. It's it puts Vegas nightlife to shame, and it really does. You. I've never seen not a sponsor is this? This should be? This made me a bad person when you said tremendous supper club. I thought it was a club that served tremendous suppers. I have to be one dessert and everything, like, oh my god, I'm getting my money here. This is a tremendous supper club. I was like, wow, well it would. It's it's it's club, it's cavernous, it's huge, it's it's night. No, I'm scary Jones. You No. There is table service, bottle service. There's that part of it. But the best part is it's show three to four hours of like Queen impersonators, bon Jovi impersonators, rolling stones, they come out and they do numbers. There's trapeze people. Yeah, there's people on Still, here's what I don't cause people flying through midair. It's makeup and the technology and the lights and all of that. It looked a lot of fun. But you sent me a clip. I don't understand why you sent us to me. I don't know if you knew what I said before you send it to me. You sent me a clip because you know I love the band Kiss. Yes of Kiss impersonators, Yes, performing on stage, full makeup, giant boots. You know they looked like Kiss. Did you think when you sent that to me that they were singing? They were not singing, right, they were lip sinking, of course, their lips sinking to the hits, right, so they would Basically there was rocket all roll all night, right, Rocket all night. Yeah. So so it was these guys who looked like like Kiss, Yeah, mouthing the words to a Kiss song. Yes, you found that entertaining. Yeah, because of the electricity in the room. You can't go there and not have a good time. Look at the views online for Coco Bongo does like three of them in the world looked like a fun place. Oh my god, Okay, well here's the secret. Did you have sex with the fake Jean Simmons? Jeez, stop So anyway, so while that's going on, while the girls walking around with the woo woo shots or whatever, the shooters with the with the test tube, and then Canda take a shot, I'm gonna, you know, twist your freaking temple. Oh boy, the Jersey Kid is at the door, Greg t Nope, come on, I'm telling a story though, I know, but he's not gonna leave. He's got he's you know, he's so sprucing here. Oh boy, Oh it's the Jersey Kid. Yo, it's the Jersey Kid. Come to the off air show. What's up? Everybody coming in here? Because cause scary read a text message about the Jersey to read it right now. Brody was running late for the podcast The Boys and the Jersey Kid, So while he was running late in the other room, I put up an inst story, where's my co host? As soon as I posted that on Brooklyn Boys, someone texted in, Hey, did you find Brodie yet? We don't want the Jersey Kid to have to fill They don't want me to fill it. I'll bring the energy. I'm the hype man. Come on now, it's Spruce already brought that. Come on, man, he brought them a man. You know, I, Brodie, I'm just gonna be honest with you right here on this podcast. I was actually thinking about the Jersey Kid over the vacation. Oh my god, Oh yes, yes, I'll do it, Yes, I'll do it. Okay, And what way were you thinking about? And how drunk were you? What were you thinking about it? You are thinking about letting him come in here occasionally, you're thinking about like you want him to get his own podcast. I was just thinking. I was thinking, like, I love the Jersey Kid. We worked together, we've worked together. What are you doing? You're playing good copd cop? Why do you say that? I mean, it's like a sitcom. So I have two options. I can say no way and look like the bad guy, or I can say this is a great idea so that I don't look like the bad guy. And then you're like, well, Brody's acted like he wants it, so I have to outdo him. Then what we do is we both act like we want him. We let him part of the show, and then like six months from now, you say to me in a fight, you go, I already wanted to bear because you wanted me to know, I don't really wanted me. I was faking it. Well, already faked because you faked it. Well, neither one of us wants it. Well, who's gonna get rid of him? And then we both have to get rid of him? It just makes for an awkward sitcom. I won't step on anybody's toes because you won't be a topics and and we'll do funny to save the topics to the big show. Run the door for Baby Rexa. You guys do that Hold on Baby? Where the baby podcast? Baby? Come come in by the way. Originally from Staten Island. Right, you're on, I'm Greg, I'm the Jersey Kid and say that you're podcast microhe you're just taking microphone. Put that one right that you got it the microphone right there? Okay, you come on in, come your people. Yeah, she just crashed the Brooklyn Boys podcast. Amazing, they're not she's from London. You gotta get out the room. She just walked in and she said that. Um, she said that I need to not say anything bad. Oh no nothing, that's fine, No, no worry. Concurse on real quick before I got things to do. Yeah, um, Rexta here by the way, and um, I'm with the Brooklyn Boys. And the Jersey Kid. He's not part of the podcast. He's not. He's about to go take the bus back to Jersey. What brings you to our building today? What do you going on? Um? I don't know. I'm just doing tons of stuff for you guys. UM, so tell me right now. I need to know the best pizza in New York City. Like, if you're in New York, I'm talking about pizza. Okay, we go, we go to Artichoke up on Tenth Avenue. But it's been You've been there, done that. You cannot tell me that it is the best pizza. And you're all of New York City. Jersey Kid will take it to Crispy Pizza formally from Brooklyn. They're now in Jersey said, you're shaking your head. Joe's Okay, I like chose. But here's the thing. Everybody in the village on Carmine Street, everybody goes to Joe's for the round pie. I'm telling you how you go for the Sicilian Grandma where they don't have grandma, they have regular Sicilian. It is earth shatteringly good at Chos on Carmin Streets. Peoples. There's also John's on Bleaker that's that's thinner crossed Lombardi. I don't think, you know, people say they're like on diets, and I don't think personally that if you have one slice of pizza with a big salad, a big salad like you know, like a mix olive oil sad, I don't think it's bad. Like I don't think that's bad. If you're gonna go eat like six seven slices, have a one, one or two slices, two slices, let's say, because it's real, Yeah, nobody stops a one, yeah, two slices with a salad. I don't think that's bad. You have to try to cut a slice in half to convince yourself it's two slices. That them work. She's got run actual knows pizza from Staten Island. Wait, but now there's one. There's two of them in Jersey. Now azing, there's brick place and there's a place I forgot the name. Damn they have like old man, there's some amazing places in Allan. Right, so we know and all those but Ruby, what's what's on? Instead on? What's the other one? Jed? Pat's Pat pats right, she's got yelling Daniello over here. She's tell us to wrap it up. I real quick, yell, and Danielle's back right now. Thank you stopping there. I love the right pizza quickly, baby, nice Brooklyn Boys, the Jersey Kids. You can't spell Brooklyn Boys without BP and without the Jersey Kid. Now we're gonna get that out, dude. That is our first major celebrity drive ball. Look because I'm here, it's not didn't she saw hot guys opened the door and called her in. I'm the Jersey Kid. Look what I do. I'm like a magnet I have. I'm friends with her mom. I ever email address. I love the mom. I got her song on my I download playlist. I think she saw a couple of weeks ago Elvis. Elvis has her cell phone numbers. I was called her in the morning. He was like, hey, baby, wake up, there's nothing to you. Bigger boys, Jersey Kid. It's great. So it's really funny, because baby, we're gonna talk about that in the big show. We're gonna need a clip of that. Yeah. BBS from Staten Island right, Oh, definitely getting with brought it with the Jersey Kid and edit involved. Why does the Jersey what does the Jersey kid have to do with stopping. But because I was here and you have listened, there's there's power with numbers. It looks like there's a party instead of just two guys sitting in a studio have your code on with a book bag around your just like really about to leave. And then do you guys talk about I don't know what your rules are? For real? Walk into any of your other podcasts because I don't really have. She walked into the Brooklyn Boys. I used to have a good one. All right, we'll listen, Um for do you guys mention other podcasts are no like the good ones we mentioned? You do? I don't mention walkers and talkers. We mentioned speaking speaking volumes. Okay, so we mentioned fetch Ham when it existed. Yeah yeah, well anyway, Um, so I was gonna leave and then I saw I had to go with my bag and another studio and in another studio right now is another podcast going on. Um Jake and Ricky they do twenty somethings. Do another dick coming on show all the time. Because I didn't know what your rules are? But two of my former interns, we love them, okay, so they grabbed me and they're like tea. They're like, hey, can you stay here and talk to twenty something's in the forty something? Well, so he goes. He's like he could be like grandpa, and I'm like, what, I'm not gonna be grandpa. Oh you know what, it's two twenties somethings and the two times twenty something they're just fricky. She enjoyed me called you grandpa. No, no, well then we that we we ice that. We talked about it and we said, no, I'm not gonna be grandpa. Especially okay if I won't call you grandpa. Oh my god, I give me crazy Uncle Greg? Well, Uncle T? What was that hold on? What was the character used to call when you called in the Elliot Show in Washington? When I called Elliott, Yeah, we started was popped by the sailor man or something? Greg teeth? You Gregg T the gay guy or something? Was Oh my god? What was that? That's right, that's such a long time ago. You were Greg T the sailor man or something or oh d So Elliott used to be Elvis's co host many years ago, and then Elliott moved to DC one on one Elliot Seagal Elliott in the morning. And so when Elvis and Elliott split up, I was sort of the child of divorce parents. I would go work with Elliott one week a month and with Elvis three weeks a month. And so Greg T when Elvis was in commercial, would call into Elliott's show as different characters, and one of them was was was gay Greg? It was gay Greg the pipe smoking man. Yes, And then he would say he goes, hey, it's gay Greg, and I'm like, I'm not gay. So I did it. It's gay Greg, that pipe smoke and man do jingles for him all the sid and then he would like, Brodie, don't tell Vius. I called into the Elliot shown'tant, like, I don't want to be doing so now instead of calling Elliott, he just sleeps at his desk school. So they invited me to be a part of the podcast, and um, it was pretty cool. They actually wanted me to be normal and real. They didn't want me to be like Greg T Jackass. Well that's what we do on podcasts and we have more time. They be like to be real real, Like we're bringing everybody into what's it? What is this effence between being real and being real? Real, I haven't seen eventually, get this episode is off the charts. Okay, Ricky welcomes. Was this the chair that Bebe just sat there by the way? Did you but because bb but was just in that chair? Feel so nice? Let her bebe? Rex Is is a bunch of things. One, she's some stating on we love her who she is, ridiculously talented, crossed over with a country hit, I mean ridiculous. And Three did I say she's super nice? Super nice? Four? Her mom's awesome. Five she's ridiculously attractive. Yes, but all I did was look at her and I waved, and I waved her to come in, and she came in. Have you and we haven't seen Babie Rexa in the ment to be video and the pickup truck? Now, oh my god. But you do know she's not gonna stay like that forever, Like it's not reality that you don't think she'll be nice for ever. No, I don't think. I don't think he's gonna be good. My wife stayed good, like not everybody we do. He goes, by the way. So we have two options, as we get we're on your podcast, so this is your two options. He's gonna be crazy Uncle Greg Uncle T. But we're gonna rename the podcast either twenty Somethings and the two Times twenty something or twenty Somethings and the forty something, which, by the way, that you have to change the name. I think he thoroughly insulted him by calling him Grandpa. I didn't like Grandpa we weske, but I like Uncle T. I like Uncle T. Gotta be gotta be crazy uncle crazy, uncle tee. But I wasn't. That's the thing, Like I was really genuinely normal. You had a little crazy. Yeah, let me explain if you hear, if you've heard Greg T on the fifteen Minute Morning Show, Gregg T tries very hard to be real, but you guys won't let me. He's like, I just want to be real, And people don't tune into here. Real people don't watch the cast, they don't watch Friends on Netflix hoping that Matthew Perry suddenly star acting like Matthew Perry want they want him to be Chandler. Bang, Okay, I take something. But you know he's an actor. And you were said, we're going off on a tangent here, so hold on seven speaking speaking, but I want to want to float off in this episode speaking speaking of friends. Okay, now you're twenty something, right, Ricky, I am this is you don't know the podcast very well, so clearly I am not in my twenties. But that's so I'm at my I go to physical therapy. You guys know some of you know at elbow surgery. So you're not You're also not as attractive as you once were. You were more attractive, not, dude, I've always been this level of unattractiveness. No, that's not true. At one point you were more not I don't know about that. No, I don't know anyway. Okay, your face could be seen right now because you can. I tell you about physical therapy. A physical therapy, right, and my physical therapist who works out my my elbow with me um to stretch it out after the surgery. He has a rotation of college interns want to be I don't do that exercise, asshole. Okay, welcome Jake from please sorry Uncle, take go back. Uncle he's twenty somethings and crazy Uncle Jersey. Okay. So yeah, so anyway, teacher, it's very hard to be real, but they want you to be funny. All right, so didn't be real quiet? Okay, so for this minute. So I met the fisico therapist and there's a new intern who's studying going to college for physiciotherapy. So I'm doing my usual me, which I think is relatively amusing and funny, and she says, hey, can I ask you a question? What now? I don't know if she was just stupid or she was made me feel older. She says, hey, um, have you ever seen friends? Oh? No? Right? Did she realize that friends is hold on? Yeah? Okay, so so so one of a couple of things happened. But I'm sorry, I don't want that. I have breaking news, not even kidding. Okay, what breaking news? What do you guys talk about sports? On boys? Sometimes a little bit for it? And I didn't mean to do this. The Dodgers signed Bryce Hopper? No you ready for this? Jason Witten going back to the Cowboys. Why? How about that retirement? Jason Witten? He's going from a broadcast going back to the almost done two years ago. He's not He's coming back and he will play tight end for the Cowboys next year. The Dodgers made a bit on Bryce Hopper. Where will you draft him and fantasy football Jersey. Can't you timely news? It's not no, no, yes, you can't do timely news six months. That's how podcast work. You know you've killed four of them. That was my thought. There was other reasons why they Okay, So back to Friends. So a couple of things happen. One, she's not familiar with the girl with how large of a scale popularity Friends has, either back when it was on television or now on Netflix, where she thinks people there are some people in the world who haven't seen it too. She thinks I'm such a nerd or sudden not pop culture that I wouldn't know what Friends is. Or three I'm so old that I have you ever heard of what the kids are watching these days? The ladder, the ladder broke, I don't know, whatever the case whatever. So first of all, sweetheart, I don't want to date myself, but I watched Friends when it was on television on a square, non flat television, when there was no internet. Actually Friends started ninety four the same your internet was okay, So I said, I basically gave me the fucking serious face, and then I said, are you serious? Because I couldn't want want to insult the girl, even though she sort of may have insulted me. I said, yeah, I give it all this and someways just oh, because you remind me a Chandler. You're so funny, And I said, oh so, I said, well, I said so asking me if I know what friends is? I said, wow, could you be more offensive? So my point is that's just a stupid question, like you can't ask all this like come on, like, but I just started watching The Office. Okay, but you heard of the Office? Yes, but you know what happened was at the time when The Office was on crazy old uncle tape. I'm not old. My life was going through different changes, so I didn't have time to sit and watch TV watch. No, I didn't watch The Office of the time. I was actually dating around, I was going out. That's when it was all happening. The Office ended. Don't don't tweet me. The Office ended around two thousand thirteen. Did it ended in around thirteen, like four years ago? All right, No, it didn't. It ended. Yes, alright, that's correct. Yeah, but I never caught on. I never like jumped on the bandwagon, it says I. I said, I do in two thousand two. Remember remember yeah, I said too, So I was. I was not on the Office bandwagon. Okay, the Office started in two thousand five. Yeah, but I was. Oh then me and Trip were doing all things Chris and trips. Now we're going to dinner, we're fucking we're doing all kinds of things. You know, we had time to watch on this podcast. We've been playing the grammar. I wasn't. We weren't watching TV. I was. I was watching. I was watching her ass. I was like, yea, which doesn't look like it used to because she got all right because she got over her ask got bigger. It's what happened. I as got bigger. A copy of this you can't, but it's reality. She knows she would love to go kills him for this. You and I scary can go. Wow, now that he's dead, we could have had him on our podcast. But all women say the same thing. He used to be a size for Now they're like a size twelve, and they're like, it's spelled because their but got big. Men's fat goes into their belly. Women's fat goes into the buckets. The scary thing you just had lippo, Dude, They sucks fat out of everywhere on you know that see that is what you think with but that's not out of your nose to keep he keeps it. No, there's it's no guys. What happens is I know, I know what happens when you you know your your your your your breast full the man's nuts, kid bigger. You know, this is what happens to your body. They hang right exactly, everything goes so we all don't look as good as well in the studio. So that's why I wasn't watching the office the time, because we were doing it. We were doing so your balls were up where they should be. I was looking like four. I was like, yeah. I was like rage. You'd look on a look like Thors on a scale of one to look like three four? What is that thing he has that that hammer look like a four four? What's the hammer called? It's a sickle. I came with the sickle. Raw that's carry with a cigar. All right, that's great, that's what you know. I think. I think, Look, how funny because on twenty somethings doing nothing. I didn't talk like that. You say, no, you did. I was real with you, guys. Yeah, he was Uncle tea with us, right, he's all amped up here, given some wizards. Yeah, well you guys amp him up right because they won't let me be real here. I let you be real, Scary Wood and then Brody put you know, he pokes me and he makes me and I'm not real. No, you're real. He doesn't want me to be real. Annoying. If you would just let me be the Jersey kid and be real, could be the Jersey kid on their podcast. Oh my god, man, you but it sounds look what happened. We got baby rexa as a threesome. What we talked to her about, Can I just correct your teeth? Place for a second, Scary and I are here and you're here and bebe Rex. It comes in. That's not a threesome. What do you mean that's a fourth No today you said on the show in the Big Show, I'm a numbers guy. I'm going numbers number. I just people are, but bb Rex show. We've had a long standing relationship with her. Actually, the very first time I met her, I was in a I was at the Madison Square Garden right before I jingle Ball, and she was like Scary grew up listening the whole thing. You're serving ice cream out of the side of that Sloman's ice cream truck. You let me, uh, let me serve ice cream with you. She got into a creepy white ice cream van with me. It looks like the Good Humor van. And we're sitting there in the middle of Madison Square garden um, you know where the pre event habits in Hammerstein Ballroom, and we're handing out ice cream sandwiches to the people. And but that's how cool she is of her neighborhood, girl done Well, who listened to the show growing up and just wanted to get in on any fun. She climbed in the back of that sweaty Sloman's ice cream truck. What're you doing now? I want to pronounce this problem. I got away with it twice. Yeah, Meal, that's that's hammer It doesn't sound good, yea, he tuned out. I would be paying attention a sickless curved I'm getting I'm gonna start something, have something to do right now? What episode is the new episode? Number one? O eight one O eight y? Hey, why did you guys get each other? A few hundred anniversary episode? Another episode? Now, have you figured out how many episodes Jake's been on because he joined late. He's been on a little Oh no, it's been like sixty eight now together, Who is she doing in the podcast? Like that? Everybody else you rotated? Yeah, somebody else? So you're starting the podcast? Yeah? And then who are you with Sara? Sarah? She couldn't do it anymore? She lasted like three episodes, and then then who'd you have? Just rotating people? And then I picked Jake your ritzer would come in, would come in. Why don't you why don't you listen to a hundred and seven episodes before you watch? You don't you don't need to do that zero kind of episode? So when Jake came in and do it? This first episode? Was it just Jake? Or was it Jake? And then a third person put the music? Time? Okay? So when when Jake came on, did then he'd like leaving in another cost? What was Jake in? And that was done? He was in? So you never had you never had a cost to after Jake's first show, you know, I did. So Jake came in and then I continued to have people. Jake came like the second or third time, and then he asked me if I was looking for somebody permanent, and he said that if I was, he wanted to be considered as the permanent co host. And then I kept people for a little bit longer because I was still trying to feel out exactly what I wanted. You didn't like. Jake wasn't like a no brainer, no not speaking brainers. Greg just left. We love Gregg. Yeah, No, I wasn't a hundred percent sure. I don't want to make a mistake again because I made a mistake the first time by starting it with somebody who couldn't do it, So I wanted to make sure. He was rather scurious, so upset right now that we're not talking about Coco Bongo. I'm sorry, Coo Coco Bongo. I'm not upset. I'm just like we still what we have because I'm really hungry some things to talk about. We know Spruce was going to walk in. I didn't know Babie rex It was gonna walk in. He was going to join and joined the podcast. Yes, why nothing'sing? Because I waved her over and she said, oh my god, there in the big room, I know, right they get all the good stuff where I've got really good pictures of baby on our podcast, will post those. They should be up by the time you see this pictures. Yeah, dude, I didn't take pictures. That was slick of you. You have the best view because Baby rex on my camera and then I gave her her people were here, so I said, he take pictures, so you're in the middle of it. But I'm like a cross from her. So it's good. Good pictures. Oh nice, she didn't take anything. You know what I'm gonna do? What's that? What's that? What's that? What's that? What's that? That? That filter on Apple that has the commercial bongo bongo you kid or bono a kid? Bonza you kid? Hold on, no, no, no, no, oh, I know what you're talking about. What is Coco Bongo? It's a club in Cancoon that's different. He's talking about the commercial words. She's like, I can't believe you bono whatever my kid filter that's on it? Right, No, no, no, no, it's I don't know. That's the music fest her fest filter. It doesn't exist. Whatever it is, whatever it is, what's the point. The point was I'm going to do that to you, blow you out in the background. That rude you can do whatever the hell you want. No, no, no, no, no, there is so over this episode. Yeah, by the way, it's just there's just too much going on at once, like I can't follow along on my own podcast. Well, in that case, we have to go anyway, So thank you for having I don't need to kick you guys out. We actually have to. It was Gregg T that was being extremely disruptive. Shocker the jerk off kid. Alright, Yeah, if any more celebrities come in, well, let you know, this is free for us. You want to bebe comes in, That's all I care about. Well, she's still in the building, you know. I want to talk to her and tell her that my boyfriend and I argue about her all the time. Why she's still in there? Should I would date her and she would date me over him? She's over there, she's down the hall. They went that way. Fine, here's a text that just came in. It's said, uh, hey, can you tell me about the latest on how your weight loss is going with newm I want to try it hashtag Slice for Life. So uh noon, I started that, uh six weeks ago, five weeks ago, something like that. It's a different philosophy to lose weight. I've really been enjoying it. It's you know how people they go on diets, they lose weight to gain the weight. Lose the weight, gain the weight because you're you're only like, oh, I'm gonna eat bananas today and then grape fruits tomorrow, or I'm gonna eat everything except uh, steak, and then what happens is you eventually go back to eating those things. What NUM is about is teaching you how to eat properly, eating moderation. It teaches you about the pitfalls of eating, you know, like uh, you know, just binge eating because you're hungry. Face, teaches you how to make it, to develop a relationship with food, right and and and you lose, you lose the guilt in the process, right. H It's it's a healthier lifestyle thing. Um, I'll tell you what I really signing up for it because now I want to maintain and you know, I'm I'm good where I am right now, I'm my other program and now I just want to be able to go into the app, which is very sexy but by the way, and you can log in and you can keep track of your calories. You could scam bar codes which great track your track your food. But here's here's the thing that that when I first signed up, like, oh that's interesting. You get a uh coach special you get a goal specialist. My coach's name is Heather. And everyone needs a support system for whatever they're going through and to have a support team and a goal specialist on board. This person is a nutrition expert. But you can ask question. There are there are groups that you can get into Fitness Trainer all in one, right, you can get into groups and talk to people about your experiences. Right. We were on vacation last week and my my coach's name is Heather A. That's my coach's name, right, And so when I went away for a few days, I have to be honest with you. I was so distracted by my kids in the water park that I didn't stick to new them for a couple of days. I didn't log into the app and I wasn't tracking my food. And I get a message from from Heather. Hey, it's been a little while since I've heard from you. I know life can get in the way and me pestering you with things doesn't help. Let me know, whenever you're ready, we can pick things up where you left off, or restart the program from day one. It's up to you. I'll be here when you're ready. And I felt like, wow, if I have a question like how do I get back on the horse, or uh, if I want to start over again, like, hey, you know, because there's a program, you start certain things the first weeks. Hey, you know what, I think maybe restarting would be good for me. I love that there's someone I can chat with and get information from. And that's because of Noon. From the second you sign up, though, you could set your weight loss goals right there. You set the parameters how fast or how much? How slow? Uh, and it tells you by this month, by this day, this is how much you're on this on this pace, how much you're gonna lose. You're setting goals for yourself with New, we want to give you this trial at noon dot com slash Brooklyn. Okay, you got the slash Brooklyn is so important? Um? And oh oh am dot com slash Brooklyn. What do you have to lose? Well? Wait, some weight? Right start your trial today? Um. It's designed for results. Out with an old and in with the new dot com slash Brooklyn Right back Okay, am I gonna talk about the Coco Bongo story. I don't know why you have them before? You know what's been stopping me. Doesn't matter better, they say in this industry, go with good copy, and that means well. The thing is is, I don't know if this is copy. It's it's it's been a train wreck today, but I love it me too. That's what I'm saying. When there's something better happening around, you stop the plan we had. We had like so much ship plan for today, and we're not getting to like any of it. We haven't even skimmed the surface because we've had some brilliance come by. We've had we've had spruce on the loose come through. Look at this picture, baby, Rex I took. How great is that? Actually? Okay, you're creeping at that point because she doesn't know that look, doesn't know you're taking the picture. Does She's looking right at the get look. I'm sitting two feet from her, And I was like, oh, welcome to the podcast. It took a picture. You put your phone down and stop admiring your just a babe, Rex sent and do this podcast with me. So so yeah, so Bebie came in and then the Jersey kids stopped by. We had all this stuff and that this something. I said, that's nothing. The point is at that point it doesn't matter. It's in front of you and what you had. Okay. So what we got going on in front of us is more, is more entertaining. So we went with that. Okay. So you want to hear with the rest of Coco Bongo, and I want to give a funk about due because I want to know what the scam is and I want to know what's in the box. Well that's you know what. Let's forget about Coca Bongo for a second. The good boys they to give me stuff pretty for us. Now you asked what's in the box? Now, I will say this pretty set for us. Spruce was in here and he opened up the fucking box. Okay, he said. I don't know why he did that, but it's all good, smells wonderful. I see a bag. It says garlic butter on it. Do they know me or do they know me? Yeah, you are the king of Garlic. They gave me a personalized bag that says garlic butter. Friends that made nice n y c oh. They sent the food up to the other strangehow this morning. Okay, the chicken and rice they brought it was grilled chicken and red rice or orange rice, like a yellowish race. That was some of the best rice I've ever had, no joke, not that didn't sponsor this. It was delicious. Well, they were so thoughtful. They're huge fans. They put cheese under the skin of the chicken. They're huge fans of the Brooklyn Boys podcast. So they sent us with the Brooklyn branding. This is a welcome to Brooklyn. Name it. We got it. It's a sign. It's a real life street sign that they photographed and they printed it on the box. It looks and you open up the box, Brody, and look what it is. What is this? It is a welcome to Brooklyn house sweet. It is chicken pot pie with our logo well branded into it. Wait a minute, there's a B and a bee on the B B Brooklyn. Wait a minute, we should go share that with BBXA. I know it's BEB, but she's gonna think it's creepy that we're giving her. Used. Hey, we love you. Here's a pot pie. It's my pot Poe. So how great is that? So it's a it's a chicken pot pie. And then when you take the pot pie out, it's got the Brooklyn Boys logo at the bottom. Picture that I want that great is this love that by the way, By the way, I can't have carbs right now, so Brody, it's all your thank you pot pie for me. So there's two things that when I hit pot pie. One is South Park that's first season. That's the first season one. And then if you if you ever saw the movie uh Breakfast Club, right when Judd Hirsch is doing his impression of his father yelling at his mother, he yells, shut up, make me a pot Poe's funny that pot pie anyway, dated reference, thank you too, um made nice NYC for listening to the podcast and being there with us. And that was not a sponsor. Speaking of which we had again, we had somebody I'm I'm gonna I'm not gonna mention his name again until they show up. Who said, oh, give me your address, I'm sending your shirts. I was like five weeks ago. I still haven't gotten the shirts. Three shirts for us. Um, So what's so? What was the scam? Man? I wonder what the scam was cocabongo. So in between all these acts and everybody and all these artists hanging out and like you do, they do these fake cover band stuff and they need they have some downtime while they're changing the sets, So the d d DJ turns it up and they these huge, huge projecting screens throughout the club that you can't miss that they have a live cameramen all over the club focusing in on girls and this and that and people having a fun party. And you know, you go to the baseball game and they said they did a kiss cam, right, Yeah, Well, they have a thing called booty cam. They show a girl who's like backing it up, back backing it up, you know, with with like a short skirt on, and she's dancing on the booty cam and they got close up on her butt whatever. Within ten to twenty seconds of her dancing it, she lifts her skirt up from the back and you just see her throng and gives the audience a show. She kind of like moons the audience and going whoa. And then the camera person goes to the next girl and then her you know, in hopes that she's going to do the same thing, and then the next girl, and then the girl after that. Here's the thing. The first girl got paid to show her ass. See, they pay the first girl like usually she's like, it's like permission for the It's like the hidden stripper. Yeah, no, I get it makes it look like everybody's running off. It's like the pie piper. Everybody right, No one got paid except that first girl. So they get the first girl money and then she does it, and then it's like follow the leader, Lida Lida, and then people are like sheep. They're like, oh, I'm gonna lift. They they do boob cam and then the girl's flashed the camera. The first girl flashes every time, and then everyone else. Then the second one is like should I do it? And then she does it or she might not, and then the third girl will do it for sure because she wants to upstage the first girl. Because everyone's doing it like oh, I'm one of twenties. Like little do they realize they're all been Sty've all been scammed except that first girl who got paid to do it. I'm just saying. And my favorite is and and it's a pervy thing. But they're these little holes in the tops of the board sorry, I didn't realize she was switching topics Disney little holes in the tops of the bar, right, and the girls dance on the bar. All the holes are tiny, huge bursts of air. So when the girl isn't realized, so they put the girl with the flowy dress over like you know, up on Yes, as soon as she walks over, it's like Marilyn Monroe over the freaking sewer grade like, and she tries to hold her skirt down, and they get the girls every time, and then it's all on camera and it's all on the club on the JumboTron. It's hysterical. I mean, it's it's filthy. But my next question is how do they get away with that with the current culture and climate? Where were you can'tcoon? Right, It's Mexico, it's a different climate and culture. Everybody's they had a party, but they're all being the Americans. But it's not America. In America, I thinking like, oh my god, me two times off. No, no one's gonna sue the can't cooon place for the oh you blew my skirt up? They might, but the laws are different, but girls are still willing to do that. Apparently, I'm just saying, that's what you've what you've learned today, let's recap what you've learned. Racism in America still exists, and and girls willing to have their dresses blown up on and can't cool in a club. Yeah it's a party, dud. Go to a rock show, girls are taking the shirts off and every come on. Alright, So it's still happen. But you had a good vacation. It was awesome. How is your vacation? Thought, Well, it was great. So my I took my one of my I took I took one of my one of my daughters and her friend. We went to Camelback, Uh not not a sponsor the podcast. It's an indoor water park and if tubing and skiing and everything was great. We went water parking in the morning, we changed into winter clothes and snow pants. We went tubing an hour after we were in a water park. Then we went back to the water park. It was tremendous um. So that was good. But I got a lot of tweets like, oh, you're you're in a hotel, you're on vacation. Can't wait to hear the rants about all the shitty service you had, and I hope everything goes wrong. No offense, Everything went right. I had nothing to complain about. The thing is though I was kind of hoping something would be like, oh this was shitty or whatever. No, it didn't happen. So I did have one thing. I wanted a short rant because we had we had bb Rex with this mayhem here everything everything that we had planned today got thrown. I have unused jokes which they can wait. They can wait. I'll do one unused joke, all right, and then I woan't do my one mini little complaint that I had. Um, oh, this one's dirty and I can't uh hold on do that. Let's this one's timely. I'll do that one Bosstar, you do yours. So Howie Mandel did a story. Uh it came out that there was a time where they were all uh sitting shiva, which is, I guess the Jewish way until you pay respecting. What do you call it? Will you guys do it? It's uh like open cascade. You do like you have a funeral and a a mat and and a go to a week wait, you go to awake shiver, you go to someone's house, You eat Delli meat, and so apparently there was a piece of chocolate on the floor, and how he Mandel, the biggest German phobe known to man, goes over to pick it up. Something happened. I don't know. He threw it was chocolate, but it was like a kid who crapped on the floor. So he picked up the kids crap. So I said, oh, they were sitting shitta. That was good. Elvis did not use that joke. That was good. That was an unused punch line from today's show where I gave to Elvis and he kicked it back at me. He has two unused jokes. I got two little complaints and then we'll go from there. Uh was a story about a baseball game where someone threw a fish on the field and then a bird came down, swooped up and grabbed the fish and carried the fish off. So I said. The announcer was giving the description of it like, oh, here comes the snake, Oh Eric, the fish, Here it comes this the bird. Oh he's got that. It was right. I said, Oh, he's doing prey by prey p r e y pr. That's cute, clever, but maybe on the radio wouldn't translate and then we had the first female all Off here, Ryan Redman. She plays all Off on Broadway in Frozen the Musical, and she needed a tissue. She's like a you know kind of tissue. So I saw I a joke was, do you want to build a snot Man didn't want to do it. Come on, you don't want to do it. So if you follow me on Twitter at David Brodie, which I hope you do. By the way, we have um, I think there's people listening to this podcast, you don't follow me on Twitter based on how many people listen to this podcast, So I hope you all follow me on on Twitter at David Brodie, at Scary Jones okay, and course at Brooklyn Boys. Wtf. We still don't have at the Brooklyn Boys on Twitter. Hope we're hoping to get it all right. So I made a bunch of Robert Craft jokes. Robert Craft order the Patriots, I'm not I hate the Patriots, and uh, you know, forget about the sad side of the story. The point was initially when the story broke, before the human trafficking part of the story came out, it was that he went to prostitution ring and I'm Sage Pallor and he was caught on tape doing a bunch of stuff. So I sent out a whole lot of jokes. One of them was that he said, no, no, you mistook what I said. I said, I like a good hand off, like a football thing, and then I said New England Patriots on a Robert Craft arrested for his listening prostitution. It turns out he hired to Nigerian brothers to pretend to be hookers and have sex with him and throw lub on him and hopes of getting better draft picks. I said, no, I was talking to her about blowing a huge lead. I was talking about the Falcons blew a lead in the Super Bowl along a huge lead. And then I said, I said no. I wanted to know if she wanted to see a picture of me with picture of of Gisel. But when I got to Jiz, he yelled at me and called the cops. Uh. And then I and when anyway, I was a bunch of them, um, And then I said no, no, no. What I said was how much will you charge me? Uh? Uh? I didn't say how much will you charge me to just suck it? Finish? And give me a bill. What I said was the Charges and Jets sucked like the Dolphins, and so to the bills. And as far as that other thing, I was talking about the Cleveland Browns, meaning you know, right, okay, so I got I got one tweet. One guy wrote, you could do better. Well, first of all, you're not a comedy critic. Second of all, clearly I can't do better, So fuck you. I mean that, you know, tongue in cheek. And someone else wrote, well, maybe it's not my Patriots fan, but these aren't funny. Yeah, it's because you're a Patriots fan. They are funny, all right. Anyway, that's just okay. By the way, this guy's doing the thing that I hate. They say, I can't talk right now on a text message, I'm recording. After I back, Oh, sorry to bother you. A'll text you like, no, don't text back all. I got one more thing I wanna wanna talk about real quick. Someone I know put up an instant story. A guy doesn't work here, doesn't matter with a girl. They're sitting in a car. And you know, when you put up an instant story, you can put graphics on it and words and everything, right, Okay, So he puts up they're in the car thirty seven degrees. He puts up rights on the on the video right, and then under it he writes these words and says them. He goes, we're literally freezing in the car. It's logo, it's literally freezing out. Uh No, first of all, No, you can't put thirty seven degrees and then say it's literally freezing because it's not. It's not freezings thirty two. So you say it's cold or you feel like it's freezing, but it can't literally be freezing at thirty seven degrees? What the fuck? So I feel like blocking him? Yeah, I just got me so set. Is this how you spend your day? No, I spent like By the way, For next episode, we've got a ton of drive through stories of people sticking up for themselves and not pulling forward. Do not move forward, Marine Dan did not move forward, not pull up. We've got uber drives talk about um oh oh oh. I also want to talk about that that place that charged me three percent to use my credit card to buy Italian food? What funk is that? And I want to explain something about Instagram And I want to explain it We go off on tangents, but that's only because we're from Brooklyn. Boys Ban Boys
