Speaker 1: Start uf, dot up, start Up, Brooklyn Boy, start Up, Brooklyn Boy, start Data. They're making noise data dot up. Episode one. This is the Brooklyn Boys Podcast with Scary Jones and David Brody. David attention, I'm always you're looking down at your phone already, No, because I'm trying to get things. I screenshot at to read on the podcast ready, and I said, Scary, give me a minute. You said no, let's just scup. It's always better when we go. I've been sitting here for an hour waiting for you. An hour. Yeah, look at this, So I said, we record at eleven o'clock East Coast time. That's not We got some startup startups Scotti and Breery. Let's go startup, startup. Damn it. Thank you Area code five one two. So why weren't you a fan of the face app picture I put up of us yesterday? If you don't know, now you get a face app is obviously sweeping the nation. You know it's to make you look older or younger, whatever you want to do. Most people are doing the older thing and putting it up on Instagram and a social media So I because people. I I went in there and I said let me find an old shot of the Brooklyn Boys, old shot, no pun intended. And I said, let me, let me put us through the face app and post it for all our slices. I put it on our Facebook page at the Brooklyn Boys, I put it on our Instagram, and I put it on our Twitter. And Brodie shoots me this nasty text message. I mean, just vile. Hey, you said, uh that was for something else said. By the way, the face app old picture of us that you posted, I fucking hate it. I wish you would check with me before doing shit like that. Yeah, I'm difficult, but you knew that already. Good Night, Yeah, I said good night you. By the way, you're supposed to look like ship in the face app. You're a comedian. That's the joke. The joke is ping a comedian have to do it looking like shit. You being a comedian, you should understand what funny is. And funny and the idea and the hilarity of the case app is that you run it through and you look you look like garbage. Okay, but here's the thing, in my opinion, the backstory this you're not telling the people. The people by the way, people were asking for it all day, so I'm sure they were asking for it. But but I'm like, I gotta put it. But any time, what's the rule? When I take a picture of us, or anyone takes a picture of you, you have to look at it first, right, right, But when you put a picture up of me, you didn't ask. But that's not us, it is not you. I got you. I showed you yesterday morning. It's a computer generated model of what you might look like at the age of eight. So I showed right. So I showed you a picture that I took of us from the podcast Awards inside right, and I said, look, I made myself old. I used the face app. But it wasn't funny. Okay, it wasn't funny enough. You weren't. I thought I looked old, but in a distinguished way. You chose a picture that, based on the angle of it, the app made you look distinguished. When people are saying you look like Anthony Bourdain and I look like I'm near death. And so I didn't like that version that picture. The choice you gotta go for the joke. Yeah, the joke was me. I don't want that to be the joke. I want neither either both of us need to be the joke the picture you or none of us need to be the joke. The picture of us being dapper at the Heart Radio Music Awards. When you ran that through the filter, the the face app it wasn't that we didn't make it look it just gave us some wrinkles. It didn't really oldify us. Doesn't kind of word. But I'm just And then the picture you chose, by the way us talking about, it's gonna drive people to look at this picture. Go to the Brooklyn Boys on Instagram, follow us on Instagram. We don't have enough follow do we don't follow us out the point, had you looked like ship in the picture, and I looked pretty dapper, you'd be like, bro, that's not a good picture. You would have done the same thing, no more vain than I am. No, because it's layers and layers of computer generated garbage. The end result is the worst off you look, the funnier the picture is. We're not going let's take a picture where you look even worse. This isn't a glamour show, no, but that's real life. You don't want a real life picture to look well in this picture. I think you chose a bad one because but we're not looking, we're not going in the It didn't make you look like crap. It made you look like you're fifty five and distinguished, like George Clooney. And it made me look like I'm ninety. So I don't think that's a good balance. I would like you to run yourself through the filter again and make yourself look like I think you ran me through twice. That's what I think. I really didn't tell. But I'll say this, run me through five times. Why don't you use the beard the beard filter for the beard, I look really good, but we're not trying to look good. We're trying to look like garbage. Then you should rerun it. When you look like garbage. But people are like, oh you guys look terrible, scary, still looks hot. I think you don't look a shot where the angle, once oldified, would make you still look good. Now the oldification process is supposed to make us both look like ship. It didn't work that way. Okay, I think I can't help that. I look great. I'm gonna look great, dude, crazy, alright, I would look okay, I'm marginal at best. Your Brooklyn industrial doesn't look right with you, so doesn't look like some people. The comments on Twitter were great, but but prody, come on, man, it was that's not you. That's you with layers of computer generated by the way, so so it's not even it's fictitious. Let me just go off. Hold on. When a news story breaks yesterday afternoon, yesterday morning and a morning show, any morning show, your job is to know the news. You don't need to text in and let us know that it's a Russian app. So I'm asking you nicely, don't tweet us. We know what's a Russian app from from St. Petersburg, Russia. We know they now have our photo. Okay, scary and I have pictures on the internet for twenty years, zero fox given. We don't care. But people like you know they have your picture. They could have had their picture anyway. It's not a big deal. Yeah, I don't understand that. Maybe they'll make me president so they have my picture. What are they gonna do with it? Yeah, I don't care. They didn't steal my identity, I know. And and can you put me on Russian money? And now if you're thinking, but wait, they don't know about the servers and the debt. I know all about it. I don't care have at it. Have another bike? What are you eating over there? I'm eating the Costco chicken burger. I bitched about, like, great, the one that goes away that when he comes back in the summer, So I have it? You have it from last summer, No, dick, it came back for this summer. How many boxes do you buy to let you through, you know, to kind of get you through the whatever fits in the fridge. I need to get a freezer for the garage. Yeah MC three on Twitter, Yeah at chez. Every sheep in America just got hacked by this Russian made app facial recognition. Sleep tight, people, your identity has been stolen. Hello LifeLock. All right now that LifeLock is a good client of ours, good sponsor, not that that wasn't don't the point? The point is worried about, worried about, worried about what he follows us. He must listen to the pot. I mean, don't get worried, but don't be like it's okay, Yeah, I know you know who else has your information? Tw everybody, any app you sign up for has your information. Oh well, anyway, people like um Brody Welcome to episode two thread what We'll be right back. We need a pea break. These are people capture so I wanted yes, what's our face apps? So Randy m Sabo on all social media. The year is three, Episode six eight three of the Brooklyn Boys podcast. David Brody finds a sliver of ice and his diet coke and demands free soda and nachos for life from Hulda hands all the fight out. It wasn't ice, it was a hard contact lens. He wears for his galcma. Does he apologize find out and scary defense not being married to Robin for the three thousand, six hundred and fifty seventh time. He then name drops a brand of flying car he just bought. Hashtag it's a scary inappropriate product endorsement not cool at d Saro No Sarah yo, soy ro looks like you guys aged gracefully. Um oh this person uh j s k O eight four says unflattering, extremely and then cool kid chimes in with yes, extremely unflattering, and then they're saying it's a pensive. This is just not right. What defends old people? They're not on they're not on Instagram Instagram. I hope you guys mark this is Max Chod hurry true Crimson O two. I hope you guys still do your podcasts at that age. My old ass will be right there listening with my hearing aid j J Stone f M. Thank you looking good, Scary Jones. Yeah, see my point. But that doesn't mean you look bad. Why because he didn't say anything. Riot Batman okay said that this looks you, guys actually is adorable. Adorable like an old man sit on the park bench. H you want to swallow. Nope, that's what she said. I'll let you swallow. I apologize Ape seventy seven for eating during the podcast. Did I eat during the show today? And Scary would not give me an extra five minutes? He's like, we gotta record, we gotta record. I have some some for us to eat right now. I don't the good boys they not to give me stuff free ship for us, Yes I do. It's a package of cookie for us. I see red, white and green packaging. This came in a yellow Manila I apologize. It's Italian, so it's green, white and red. My bed shout out to Lauren Burger in far Rocky, New York. Is that supposed to be far Rockaway? It says far far r o c k Y, New York. Anyway, dear scary free ship for you, oh, just scary? Well, I don't know. I think it's for the both of us. I'm well, here's why. Here's the explanation. I'm wondering if you'll figure out why I'm sending s shaped Stella Dooro cookies. That s is the ship love Laura Scary, which I guess is the same thing. No. Ps, I'd say there is no far Rocky by the way, it's gotta be far rockaway. PS. I'd say you can share share these with Brody, but I don't know if he will want them at this point. Um this or because if you remember our previous episode, I referred to the perfect the perfect stool, the perfect poop as adoro. That's right. So Lauren, being a Slice for Life nice, got the reference. She knows what she wanted to send us free stuff, so she sent us the stellodoro se cookie. So this is cookie and then it's cookie in the shape of a perfect poop. Would you like some? You should eat some? Oh? I already had four of them. I'll keep eating them. I want you want. By the way, speaking of free ship for us, I'm gonna send out a pre emptive free ship for me because Lacy from Alabama works for a right coming, Yeah, works for uh A supermarket or a Walmart. I forget where she works. I'll plug it when she sends the package that sells the best diet grape soda on the planet. Really, and you can't get it outside of Alabama Walmart. It's warm. A Walmart sells it, but only in Alabama. You can't order it online. I can't find grape soda and diet grape so anywhere. What about diet arms. Well, my point was sun Kiss sells diet orange. Is it really so? So grape is the only flavor that rarely comes in diet That's correct? All right? Well are we getting that? Are you getting that? I'm getting it, You're getting it. I'm not. I got the Stellar door As cookies, so I'll eat chit And you could have grape pico. So grape pico. Listen. I love grape soda, but it's pure sugar, right, you know? Me with the Chinese restaurant, the grape soda but Grape Pico. They also sell it on Amazon, but there it's too expensive. So the Kansas Soda on Amazon because they know you can't get it anywhere or like to seventy five a can. That's like baseball stadium prices. I'm not doing that. So Lacy gets it at cost or with her employee discount. And she sent me a case about a year ago. Very popular in the Brody household. My middle daughter went crazy for it. I had a fight with her over at night and fight with who drinks at first and so um right. Now she's out of the country on a school not a school trip but like a tour for the summer. She's a way. So Lacey is sending us a case of the grape soda. When I say us, I mean me. And if I get it before she comes, my daughter comes back from being away, free ship just for me. So great, Picco. Thank you in advanced Lacy, because she tweeted me she was sending me the case. But grat Pico you got. You gotta gotta ship your product at a reasonable price, That's all I'm saying. And Walmart shift it to my house. Don't be ridiculous. You can't you only, it's only available if you'll live in Alabama. Come on, come on now, I mean I love the soda. I'm not moving Alabama for Connesota. Now you gonna you're gonna wish this guy you a happy birthday. No, okay, we have a problem. We know we definitely have a problem. We have a problem because you know, if you listen from the beginning, started up from zero. Now you're here, have you started from zero or you need that reminder? I've started at zero. I've gone in order I can enjoy you started fins. Start end up from zero now, yah, that's right. Start end up from zero now, the whole shells, crystal glass, start end up from zero now, yahi, start end up from zero. So it makes us what your hair people dare is so much crap. Your want a hand. Start us up from zero. It's our rule. You mustet hair, start us up from zero. Let's be claimed, start us stuff from zero. Wall, get the funk out of hand. Comments Did you like that last line? They thought it was a little abrasive. Well, I could have changed it to get the heck out of here, but that doesn't have as much of an exclamation. I want you to really are from the beginning, so so so, speaking of which cac at k A Harper seventy eight tweeted us, speaking which I finally started the Brooklyn Boys podcast. I noticed tomorrow, which was yesterday, which is today. I noticed today, which she says is two years since episode zero at the anniversary, Happy anniversary on two years, Happy anniversary to you, Brody, So two years ago if you listen to episodes zero and one. Scary and I had a debate because Scary was always the guy who read the birthdays on the Elves Straight Morning Show, the birthday List, and uh, did you do it on your last podcast? Then I did the Afair Show with Greg t and birthday and by the way, you could still find classic episodes of that on this very chance down scroll down before zero and by couldn't hurt to get listens on those. As I've discovered, we go, we get credit, so binge listen the entire episode of the off air show that will plug for the past. But but yes, so on episode zero one, I wanted to carry over the tradition of doing the birthday list because I think it's nice to stop down and recognize our listeners. And and in the episodes that followed, Brodie and I went back and forth. Do we keep the birthdays? We dumped them. Brody was so vehemently against the birthday, and I was suggesting, just got so bad. If I remember, because it's two years ago, there was an episode where Scary read the birthdays before I came in the studios, right, the sneaky bastards. So my theory, just as a reminder in case this is your first episode welcome aboard, was that the eleven people care that they heard their birthday, and the thousands and thousands and trust us, we have a lot of thousands now, thank you. Um, they don't care, and so happy birthday. Not doing birthdays. But my thought was, no, let's let's celebrate the listeners and let people skip over that part if they don't want to hear it. I don't care. I'm not offended if you want to skip over that. But we ended up deciding all right, we you know, we came to terms, won't tell what. All right, We'll get rid of the birth and now we're a juggernaut of a podcast. And it's all because birthdays. Okay, so you did a birthday last week, you did a birthday last week because was it military firefighter somebody? And I said that, okay, making it one time? Why did you get to this shady jew mobster on Twitter? So at shady Jew mobster. Yeah, big fan of both of the shows, The Big Show, Els dur in the Morning Show. Yeah, Brooklyn Boys Podcast. We've reached a little bit of a Brodies in between a rock and a hard place. No, no, so this person so so shady jew wrote forty years young today, I know how much you hate it at David Brody, but can you give me a a true to our hometown Brooklyn Boys birthday shout out on today's podcast. I'm surprised he didn't come to me for the birthday, knowing that I would be a little bit more sympathetic, which he likes me better because you're Jewish. Because he's a shady Jew mobster. What does that mean? Well, what if he's ironically what if he's Italian but he acts like a shady Jew mobster? Italian? Is I understand that we've had the country. It's not a what if he could be Italian Jew? What if he's Christian? You could be Italian Jews playing it be an Italian Jew if any country you're from, if you want to oay, all right, So he so then hashtag Brody and Scary and then at Scary Jones with a little prayer hands. You're in there. But he's appealing to you for he's not gonna he didn't appeal to me. He said, I know how much you hate it at David Brody. He knows I hate it. But then asked you for the birthday. He's part of your tribe, so tri tribe, so you want to give him a birthday? So I wrote back, Here's what I wrote back view replies here we go. I wrote back, uh, something to the effect of, I'd love to wish you a happy birthday, Shady Jew Monster, but that would cause a big problem on our show opening up Pandora's box because in Scard want to do a whole birthday list and bring back birthdays. So I can't wish happy birthday Ju Mobster because that would be wrong. What's his name, Shady Ju Mobster. Now I can't say happy birthday, Shady Jun't do that because that would because the problem. So then friends over it Tails over Cocktails jumped in right, that's a podcast. That's a podcast yelling Danielle Delulo right and and west and west and Astra and Wendy wild uh and so they wrote back happy birthday at shady Ju Mobster. So what they're trying to do is is they're trying to steal the free dessert before it comes to the table. So they tweeted, literally intercepted. That's right, they tweeted happy birthday, shady Ju Mobster. They jumped in and wished shady jobs. That's how you happy birthday. The shady doing the right thing, right, I don't fault them. So then shady Ju Mobster writes back to me, by the way, I'm all about wanton no scullions, roast pork loamain. It's by way, it's roast pork, not just pork. He wrote, pork lomaine and pork fried rice. No vegetables actually any food I ordered all no vegetables. And then for some reason he needs to tell me with the exception of green beans, sauntaped spinache in asparagus, and then writes and hashtag diet no lemon but with ice, all right? You put ice, you dye cokey dead to me, now you're not getting bay. I'm not gonna say. Now, I'm not gonna say happy birthday, shady mobster. You're not gonna say that the shady jew mobster. This did he continue to tweet with everything else that he's consumed and ingested. I did not get the full the fullest of his dietary restrictions. So just throw on the same page. That's right, alright, awesome, all right. So I have a bone to pick with Eric from the rock station down the hall. Uh. He's the boss, the mighty Q one on four point three here in New York. It's a it's a minor bone to pick, but bone to pick. Nonetheless, I had an embarrassing moment just now, did you fart? This is it? Because I don't let the fact I was talking about Eric stop you from going off on your thing. No, no, go on with Eric. But I feel like your embarrassing moment might be better. I don't know. You take your glasses off for this? Talk about Eric for a second. I had you know. Okay, So Eric is a program director. Uh, he's the big boss muckety muck and a good guy. Good friend of mine play fantasy football together. We used to do anyway, And so he decided he need we needed some improvements in the men's bathroom. Now, one of the problems with the men's bathroom here is the water comes out in a spray, not in like a gush of water. It's a spray like a shower head, right, because the water in to sink. Yeah, the water to sink. Apparently that is use less water if it comes out in the spray. But the sink is designed for regular water. So when the spray comes out, it splashes you and you always get wet pants or a wet shirt. I have the I wear my shirt untucked, as you know. Uh so, yeah, by the way, we can use um a sponsor. Oh yeah, well, you're right right. We talked about this on Tuck. It should be sponsoring our podcast, right because I love sponsored. I don't I untuck all my shirts, but continue, Okay, that's not sponsored. So Eric says, I spoke to the big shots with the budgets, and I put in for the budgets and improvements to the men's room. So I said, great. He said, I want new sinks, a little deeper sinks so we don't get splatched. I'm all about that bigger soap dispensers because they're always out of soap. I'm all about that. And then he says, you know, people don't flush the toilets. I talked about this briefly on the fifteen minute Morning Show. I said, yeah, people don't flush the toilets. They tend to be pigs. And he said, I put in for automatic flushers. Automatic you know what, the infrared. Just you sit down, when you get up, it flushes. Okay, So I said, why would you do that? Well, because people keep leaving stuff in the bowl. Now here's the problem with the automatic flusher. You'll you'll agree with me. First of all, it never flushes when it's supposed to. So you know those seat covers we have to put the toilet seat cover on. When you're putting that on, it flushes right then you sit down, it flushes right when you get up. It sometimes doesn't flush. So it doesn't have the big handle. Well, it's an option because there's a little button. So you know how like when you don't want to touch the toilet, you can use your foot and you can can you kick the flush handle? You can't do that with a little button. You gotta take your hand and either put toilet paper over it, or you gotta stick your finger onto the button the flush, which is annoying and gross. But here's the real problem. You know what a courtesy flush is, right, courtesy flushes when you come in, you do your business fast and hard, and all of a sudden it starts sticking to high heaven. So before it can do that, you flush the toilet just to get the stigment as soon as it hits the toilet water or even a flush it now as you take your time doing the wipe, if your evidence is gone right, okay, So what you do is as you poop and you hit the handle and it's gone. Courtesy flush courtesy to the other people coming in like that. You can't courtesy flush with the automatic flushers. Why not because the button is like right a butt like where you have tramp stamp would be right above your ass crack. You gotta reach behind you and feel around the little button right as opposed to your eltbow, just going and hitting it and flushing it. Or you can stand up. You don't want to stand up, you're having wiped chet. You can stand up to flush, but you can't flush. You have to like stand up with your with your underwear around your ankle and then in a circle one eighty and hope that it goes off. I hope that it sees that you left. If not, you got the toilet. If not, you have to penguin a one e D and turn around. By the way, it's not a three six because that would just put you back in the same place you started from. It's a one e D. Don't get me started, and you have to then push with your finger again. But you start flushed. So if you can't courtesy flush, if the point was to put these flushes in there, who helped the room not smell because people left the poop or they're peeing the bowl, you now can't courtesy flush, so you're still stinking up the place. So thanks Eric, thanks for your idea. Thanks for all. I have an idea. Let's put the automatic flushers in and half the time that don't work anyway, So guess what they're still pooping the What are you eating during the morning that you have to even go in there and use the bathroom. I don't go in during the show, but I might look you. We have food here all the time. You you don't ever poop, it work never your body never has to poop. It work well, twice a week goes into a zone. My body goes into a zone. You might able to shut down the poop. Yeah, yeah, the plumbing that controls the poop. It's like off, it's like and you've never had fast running water. No, never, I remember, I have a balanced diet. My poop looks like a still adoro s cookie. And I'm telling you the way I don't programmed my body is pretty earlier than I do. My body is programmed to never go at work. Maybe I could tell you, you know, a week, I'm here till eight hours. How long I'm here till eight o'clock at night? Rather? Okay, well, then you can't avoid it. How long how long have we been working here in this building? Eleven years? Eleven years? Yeah, I think maybe five times in eleven years. I swear to God, how is that possible? I just don't. I don't. I don't have to. I don't, I don't have to. Right now, I'm sitting here, right Down'm fine. When you're at the urinal Why does your right leg shake when you pay? I have no idea. What do you do? Like you're dancing to the beat. Yeah, I mean the urinals one thing. But why is that though? Why do you like? You like shake? I have a shake anyway. I'm shaking right now, a sensible shake and then a meal. It's like a shake weight, all right. So that then my point was thanks So Eric, Eric was the problem here, but he created a bigger problem. He got rid of the courtesy flush. So there's no more courtesy flushes. Wow, that's that makes the problem bad. I would imagine there maybe there may be a toilet flusher with a sensor that has a handle. We didn't get those. We got the button. It looks like a like a milk do this is this is the private bathroom or the main the main bathroom which is by the way, right outside the rock station. They got the bathroom right there. And I gotta tell you something. Sometimes I'm not saying what station, but it's not us. Some of the older guys in this building don't wash their hands stuff that. It's like we've lived long in a we don't need to wash. Disgusting. I don't want to even want to know. Yeah, and then now you're pushing the little the little flush. But then they come outside and share community food that's left on the table that we all eat, and they all come looking for our food. So I wanted to say why I was in bad This is a little just a little something. So I made reservations for brunch for the next morning, because you know, I love to brunch for the next morning tomorrow. I was a Saturday night, okay. At one point it was the next one, okay, And I wanted to go to Pastis on Sunday with my girl. Why does that have to why the name? We're gonna We're gonna nail them for something. Wow, I don't know. I don't think you can nail them. So I went. I went to my my open table app. You know the open table app. Just you press a button and the reservation you can make a reservation. It's wonderful. I don't know who uses it if you don't, most most people. Most people use it in this area. So you press a button, say oh not ten ten am, pastis reservation for two available. It makes it makes life a lot ease here. So I'm like, I'm gonna make a reservation for for Robbin and and I for Robin and me. Okay, So I made the reservation. I hit the button. All right, we're gonna get up early when we got to brunch tomorrow. You got the confirmation from the app, got the confirmation. I went to bed that night, woke up at like nine o'clock in the morning. I'm like, all right, was a Saturday night. This is Saturday, and I was Sunday morning. I wake up ready, you have Sunday morning sex before brunch? No, because we wanted to go to brunch. So we wait, you gave up sex for brunch because we hope it was a good bruncha We love food that much, sure more than sex. So I'm like, oh wait, there's a notification on my phone the restaurant has canceled your reservation. Who wa and and then I clearly don't know who you are. I go into the app. Usually, I mean when you cancel the reservation says that the can't the reservation was canceled by the user or you meeting me. But in this case, I've never seen this before. The reservation was canceled by by the restaurant at six o'clock in the morning. I'm like, you son of a bitch. Someone went in the system at six o'clock in the morning and gave up my fucking table. They didn't know who you are. Well, first of all, this is a hot restaurant right now. Everyone wants to get into Pastiece. It's it's one of those places. I was shocked there was even a reservation, even a yeah. I was like, oh my god, look it's wide open. I could. By the way, everyone listening to the podcast knows it's a it's a hot place because you mentioned the name for no reason, perfect right, like theory like you. That's right. By the way, when I went shopping last week over the weekend, I said, I told him, I go, my I got one. What you do? I went shopping. I got some shirts, some sneakers. She says to me, did you get any Theory listen to do? So, I'm like, you bastards. So I called up the restaurant and I said, I mean, it's hard to get them on the phone these days. It's hard to anyone on them. Hey, Peter Luga, Hi, this is this is scary. I made a reservation through the reservation app yesterday through open Table, and I noticed that there was no uh you know that. I had a reservation for two for this morning. And then at six am this morning, I got an email that it was suddenly canceled at six o one am by the restaurant like, I'm sorry, sorry, we do not have any record of this. I'm like, oh, yes you do. And she goes, oh no, we don't. And I said, oh, yes you do. I have it right here. I said, I will screenshot this, and I'm sending what's your email address? And I was like, and I was already for my free free croissant or whatever. They what what would a French place give you whatever, free pro federal roles. I want my free dessert. So I will resoltready, I'm like, because they're like, sorry, we have no tables available, sir, we haven't had table available at that, you know, on Sunday morning for weeks. I'll come on now, it was there last night. I got no, no, yes, no, back and forth. I mean, I email her, she calls me back, she Mr scary. I said yeah. She said, uh, you wanted to go to the Pastis here in New York City. I said yeah. She said, um, do you notice that the reservation that got canceled was the Pastis in Berlin. I I am such a smuck. I made a reservation I made a reservation on the app for the pastis in Berlin, not knowing, not knowing that the whole night, so of course it's six am here and whatever reservation they cancel it, they canceled because you know shows that I know. Show you them an apology. I owe Past These Berlin apology for not showing up to the restaurant. Did you not see that it was in Germany? Hi, Hilo? Could you imagine that? I'm like, I feel like such a dummy. I feel like David Brody in the in the ups Ran Rockley story from last week. Wow, So I was gonna tell you I felt like I felt so stupid. How did you know? Why? How does the open table? That's what I'm saying to My next question was why is that the first thing that shows up in results is Past These Berlin when my phone and the app clearly knows that I'm in Jersey. Maybe because it's a hot place, that's the only place I had an opening. Maybe it went right to the top, but I looked, I opened it up again and populated the same way it had Past These Berlin, and then a couple of entries down the robin they're serving Schnitzel for brunch. That sounds delicious. I don't even think it was a relation to the They just had this name Pestis, but whatever. I felt like, such a dumb ass. Do you do they do? You know? Did you know previously they had multiple locations? No, I had no idea pastis Berlin cancels my reservation and all I wanted to do is go to the Pestis in the city. But anyway, they still no tables available. That never was it was all. It was all illusion. That's the thing. You can't get in there. You can't. Yeah, yeah, go on, it's at open table or the RESI the Rezzi app is. There's the new open table. Guess why you'll you'll you'll you will not find it a table open for because at some point when I go home and listen, I'll back up thirty seconds. But I missed one thing in the story. Who noticed it was Germany? You or them? They did? They told you it was Germany. Yeah, we can't get out of that. Yeah you know that. The lady from New York she called me back after I screenshot and emailed her. I said, oh, yes, it says the restaurant canceled your reservation. And here it is. I didn't have the street address underneath the restaurant. It's in small grade letters. I don't know why the and and the logo the logo is the same. Well, no, it's it's just type set. It's just written in the there's no logo thumbnail. The logo is like a picture of food. Not only that, but you owe the German location and apology that you didn't show up. I probably got my score knocked down a few pegs, but they put it in. You know. What they do is they take notes on you to see if you're a good you know, it's like when they rate you with uber, like an uber rating, like how many stars you have or what you know, four point whatever seven that I've probably been knocked down because he said this guy you know, no showed us. Restaurants know about me. Now it's in my profile. Alright, alright, I want to give uh a fuck you to the Too Soon Police. I know we have the grammar police. Oh. I was gonna play the Grand Police jingle there, but no, no, it's the too Soon Police. Oh yeah, I'll have to make a jingle for that. Okay, I don't need you deciding for me when it's too soon to make a joke. We've talked about this before. A comedian's timing of when things are too soon is different than yours, right, we I talked about this again as a refresher. Okay, my job, my role in life, the thing that I want to do is make people laugh. My job is not to wait until you think it's appropriate to do that joke. Okay. Also, if I make a joke about a dead celebrity, you know what, They're not gonna see it, and neither is anyone in their family. Okay, So you don't like the joke, that's fine on my Facebook page where it's only my friends and family. Okay, I got the too soon police. I got on Twitter to too soon police from someone I'm telling you was not on Twitter and their family is not following me on Twitter. What was jast week? Leayah Coca died. Leaa Coca was the CEO of Chrysler back in the eighties. Christ Ler at one point was bankrupt. I mean a couple of times, but this is one part they were going out of They were doing very poorly. Japanese cars were dominating the late seventies early eighties and Leayah Coca reinvented the automobile industry, and his pride and joy was the K car. It was a little car, good gas mileage. I think it came into two dour in a four car, four door, but it was a K frame. They called it the K car. Okay, everyone knows the K car if you're a little old to remember the CA car. So when he passed away, all that said was he died at age ninety whatever was? He lived a good life, I said. Early reports are saying he died from a k cardiac arrest. This hysterical. Oh no, the too soon police. So you you show me the book with the chart right the website that shows the ratio between car Ceo from thirty years ago dies in his nineties or late eighties, lived a good life as a rich dude. How long I have to weigh as a comedy writer trying to bring joy and make people laugh and go, that's clever, that's funny. I'm not. I'm not laughing, and he's dad. I'm sure his family is mourning him. That's great. I didn't make the joke to his family. I made the joke to my family and my followers. If you don't like the joke, that's great. But here's what I can assure you. There's a lot more vile ship on Twitter then my Lee I at Coca joke. So so bottom line, don't don't joke, don't too soon police me, all right, that's all I'm asking. I just got a notification that this listener liked my Venmo payment. I'm like, huh, Well, Gandhi from the Big Show paid me five dollars for Starbucks egg bites this morning. You know those little round egg bites them so good. I never had one. Oh, I love them. They're egges if they're national, but we haven't here in New York, for sure. They're all over the you know it's national. The egg white bite. You get him anywhere. I had him in Vegas. They're great start. So, so I bought Bucks in Oklahoma, hasn't, yes guaranteed, Starbucks in Chico, California, so all the Starbucks have them. That was a national rollout. It's more part of their brand Alabama, pretty sure they do. I could get a grape Paco soda with my white points. Yeah, so, Gandhi, I bought them for Gandhi and the Gandhi reimbursed me on Venmo, you know, the electronic payment app in case you didn't know what that was. But she chose to make it public. You could make your payments public or private. Right, Well, if you make it public, you have to make it funny and sexual, right always it's always like yeah, things like that. So so she made it public, just like for egg bites, whatever the case. And then someone liked that payment, like why would you like a payment on that? But what does she say was the reason for it? Well, well, I don't know. Maybe Gandhi just has its set to public for all her payments, so she just but you like, but if you open up your Venmo app, it now is now a timeline of all your contacts and who's paid who for what lately, and it's all again, as you said, sexual jokes. It's like an eggplant emoji with like a splash, you know, like, Okay, I don't need to see that. I didn't, but I don't need to know that. You know. Greg t the Jersey Kid, reimbursed Andrew Elvis's assistant for concert tickets. But it's out there like here, this Rocco Pridario paid charged Eric Rothstein for lift Sean and Lee paid Janet Zenziger from for an iPhone and then a picture of an emoji of the money flying away, like all these people are you know? Are you know? Drunks? Camping? Food? Bad math? But people are allowed to comment on the payment. So if if Lisa paid Carrie for for food for lunch, why does Stefano have to comment or like that? Like, why are you a fan of that public payment? Does that make any sense? No, it doesn't make any sense. Don't I understand it makes sense? I understand it. It doesn't make sense you'd like it? Yeah, why would you care? Like they're trying to turn Venmo into like Facebook, Like, oh, look at the timeline. I don't ever look at this, but I now got of a notification that, um, this person liked my Brandy liked Gandhi's payment of five dollars to me for egg white bites. It seems bizarre, but that's what's going on in Venmo right now. They're trying to make the app cooler. I guess speaking of of sex and uh, I gotta ask if she watched it, because I don't think she watched it did you watch the porn? I'm emailing hold and watch the porn I sent someone. Okay, all right, so I'm I'm very very friendly with the very famous comedian Lisa Lampanelli. Yes, very famous. In fact, I'll tell you Lisa Lampanelli. So if you don't know Lisa Lampanelli is, we've had her on the show fifty times, brilliant. She's on the Apprentice many years, regular guest on The Howards Sterns Show. The first time I ever did stand up sketch comedy, sketch comy, not stand up sketch comedy, long time ago. We had three or four comics open for us. The club said, all right, you're gonna do sketch comedy and improv. We need to have stand ups open the show so the audience will see what they're familiar with. You guys will come out because you're a little different, but to learn to be warmed up. So over the years, as we got started out in a comedy club in Long Island, New York, Governor's Comedy Club, we had some pretty big name comics open for us. Kevin James was one of them. His brother Greg Valentine, who played his brother on the show. Even though his name is in James, it's actually his brother in real life. So Lisa Lampanelli opened for us the first show I ever did. Afterwards, she came up to me and said, man, you were very funny. You're the funniest person in that sketch group. I would love a great compliments. She said, my name is Lisa, she wasn't famous. I would love for you to write for me. How long have you been doing this? So I said that was my first show and she said, Gaddy had no fucking way. I said, that was my first show, and so uh wait away we became friends. I've I've wrote stuff for her from a roast that she did and whatever. Over the years we've been very friendly and I've we've had her on the show many times, and I love Lisa to death. Well, have you ever we've all watched pornography? Have you ever watched her more than if you ever watched a porn that's a true homemade porn, like a couple of had sex. Yeah, but not not like amateur but the okay, but like real amateur, like they filmed it on their phone. And sometimes I think I think I like that more than anything polished studio. I hate studio perfect lights and all that crap, because to me, it's a it's it's illusion, it's all like it's right. I don't think the audience wants to know the type of porn you like, alright, like amateur stuff like I really like, as you just said, something shot on a phone. Have you ever have you ever shot? No? No, you and the miss never no never, No dudes, though never never, she never said you don't trust. No, I don't trust that's years ago. Never freaking crazy because I'm like, what if someone busts into my phone and then they have me out there and I become the next Anthony Weener or something right, or that would be a good name for you, since your right exactly, But no, but I would never. I like, I don't like taking pictures because then it goes to the cloud. I don't like no never, I stay far away from there and stuff. And I have never as well never never never, Okay, for the same reasons I have. Yeah, pretty much. Yeah, we're public figures and we don't want it. We don't want to shot. Not that I don't want Mike Well, I would never take a picture of that. But anyway, No, but I would never text her anything lude and what plus what if she opens it in a freaking board meeting on her phone is connected to a PowerPoint presentation on a screen. Yeah, well if you finally have a big penis though, like blown up? All right? So sometimes you watch homemade videos they're having sex or whatever they're doing, and the TV is on or the radio is one I've never yet heard like our show on in the background, like I've heard like we could put that and we could make that a challenge for the slices. No, I do not want to see you having sex. I don't know. No nov sex, Okay, Please don't do that. Please don't do that. Do no. But I don't No, I don't know because God knows what would show up on our doorstep. Please don't. And I don't know why you would mail your porn dost on our doorstep. But no, do not do that. Do not do that. Don't wink at me, scary, don't do that. So I, by the way, you want another Stellardoro s cookie because I know I got I got half of the one here. Hung you like it? Just remember perfect poop, perfect shape of Stellodoro s cookie. I'm sure they want that kind of publicity. Problem with Stello door cookies is you're delicious, don't get me wrong. Not a sponsor. You have to dunk them in coffee. Yeah, they're very fluffy and air filled, so when you eat them, it's like, oh my god, and there's so much. Yeah, it's very cakey. You're like cakey cookies. I've seen. I've seen over the years on occasion when let's say people send me stuff the porno, we're like the radios on and you hear like, you know, it's never it's never rost. It's always thank god somebody else, because I would be very weird listening like one of our DJs when you're watching porn. Okay, well Greg t he doesn't admit to how he came across this, but he was watching an adult film homemade, and then the TV was Lisa Lampannelli on a roast getting roasted or something. So she's on the TV doing her routine. So she's like in the background and you here and see here. Yeah. Right. So what I'll do is next week sex. Next week, I'll pull the audio and see if you can hear without clubbing gross and so he's like, I want to get it to her, but I don't want to. I don't want to send it to the corporate email. How do I do it? What don't I don't have a remail address? I said, why have a email address? Send me the link, I'll send it. She would get a kick out of it, so she asked me. She emailed me last week and said, hey, I need some information on blah blah blah. I said, at least it's not a problem. Here's what you wanted. And oh, by the way, here's a little something, a little gift from Greg Tate. Well. I sent that a week ago. She responded to a question I asked her in that email, but didn't reference the porn link. So did she watch the link and not hear herself? Like with the sound off that I didn't want to say, like watch the porn you're in the background because it gives away like the surprise. Yeah, I know, but you have to in that case because she might turn it on as soon as she clicks it. She wow, what is that? Right? X out of it and be like what did this dick send me this porn? Well? Yeah, why did this dicks. I mean this dick exactly. I didn't even watch it, like I didn't. I don't know what it is she. I don't think she would have listened that intently to it to hear herself in the background. You would have had to make it. But he says, you can see the TV in the background. She's on it right away. I didn't watch seconds in. Hold on, let me let me see. Oh no, you can do it. Hold on, God, tell me Brodie here, put the phone up to the microphone. No, no, I gotta see if I can find the link. Hold on. I'm willing to bet that it doesn't happ until several seconds in, and by that point she's out. She's already clicked off of it. Hold On. She probably thought you were working with her, like, oh my god, he got me to click on this. Oh my god, I don't want to see this. Hold on, there's no way. She watched it all the way through and scrutinized it and realized that her own roast was on there, guaranteed, right. You need you need to. I think you need to follow up an email real quick with her. I did, I said, did you say, by the way, No, just don't even ask your questions. You'd be like, hey, by the way, just in case you didn't get it, that Porno had your roast on the background. This woman, Oh no, no, I don't like that at all. Nope. Yeah, that's that's the problem with the amateur stuff. I mean, it really is. It really could go both ways. I'm not you know what I said. Okay, so this woman has an unusual tattoo in an unusual area, and I don't want to criticize it. I see they have radio in the background. There nothing snoop dogg. Hold On, you're watching television. He's got the camera set up at the foot of the bed. She's naked, and he's like laying back like you know, but she's okay, I'm not gonna. I'm not gonna. Let's see we get to the part with Lisa. Hold On, see what I mean? Yeah? You think she actually watched the whole thing all the way through. There's no way. Let's see. Hold on, hold on, it's buffering. Oh she's buffering. Oh no, she's buffing. She's yeah. The sound is awf. Hold On, I don't I don't know. Hold on, yeah, yeah, you know what, there's no way she got to that. Okay, so if you're by the way she's gotten to the part in the video, he's all over that part. Hold on. If you uh, oh, she's got a gut like hanging down, that's not good. Does she have a poopa? Yeah? If you google that. If it took you long this long to even find this only audio, there's no way Lisa Lampanelli saw that. She didn't get to this part. I guarantee you she clicked off it like that. Brodie's a pig. Hold on that he's disgusting. Still watching TV at the beginning. Hold on, Wow, Yeah, you needed to cut right to the chase. You needed to tell her upfront what she was clicking on. But I didn't. I didn't watch it. So that is that is an n s f W not Safe for Yeah, so this is a trump alright, alright here it is. Hold on, hold on, you keep messing with but wasting time here, hold on, okay, hold on, hold so it's it's all right, you're talking over it. This is not even mildly interesting. Hold on, what are you doing? Oh? They're doing crazy stuff. I can't see it from here. You see that? Here you go right Okay, okay, now I see it. Okay, so my yeah, Brodie, okay, okay. So somewhere like four minutes in you can hear Lisa. It was a Comedy Central roast that she has no idea. She thinks I just sent her points that I feel terrible now he said, Oh, she's on the TV. You can hear her. I'm beginning to think that this isn't research anymore, that you're just getting off on watching these cloth. Brodie, your eyes were like glued to your hold on time. I just told you I didn't watch it. He gave me the link a week ago. I haven't watched it. I let me see if it's this part here, let me zoom in on this. I wanted to play audio for the people. Yeah, I'm sure I have to get the audio for next Lisa. I'm sorry. My apologies and scary. Can I have a rant? You do? Yeah, but you have one too, well, I have a I have a fucking rant and a half. But I wanted to talk about we were talking about the d just now in the home video. I have a joke that I I said a joke and almost everyone got it except one person. Let me tell you what happened. I'm at the post office near my house and um, on my address, I give it the box. It's already labeled. She do you want to receipt? Yeah, So she scans it and she looks at me. She looks up as she's scanning, and she says, hey, um, hey, Dave, let me tell you what you should do. And I thought, how does she know my name? First of all, David, we all know that. But I'm like, how does she know my name? So I said, I'm sorry, how do you know me? She says, oh, no, no, no, no no. I was talking to Dave and the guy at the next counter works there. His name is Dave. He's got a little name tag. So I said. She says, besides, you're your your your return address only says uh D Brody. It says it just says D. So I said, um, she said, I got fooled by the D. So I said, you know, that reminds me of something my mom always said, and which is why I goes. She was she just don't get fooled by the D. And so so that that there were two women of color, I could say it they were black women working there. Laughed their ass off. They're laughing, like, don't get fooled by the D by the day? Laughing there off right, Okay, Dave Paul White dude, probably uh, I want to say, in his forties, maybe fifties, didn't get it. I don't know if he got He had a look on his face. He doesn't know what the D is, I guarantee you. Okay. So I started walking out because I'm done, and I hear them talking, and he says, why why was that funny? What what is fooled by the D mean? And so one of them goes, that's how black people refer to the penis. They call it the D. And he's like, I didn't know that. It's not a mainstream joke. The point was they got it. But he was so out of touch on that joke. He's like, I don't get it. Call it? Do you call it the D? The for for for Dick? Is that what it is for Dick? And they're just the two of them are laughing like it anyway. I I was, you know, I was like, don't get fooled by the day. You ever get fooled by the day? No? I never hashtag don't get fooled by the day. That's my Okay. Have you um ever ordered from uber eats from Germany? It's like seamless? Are you're telling me or the audience? I know what uber eats is. Have you ever ordered from? No, I've used some of those app Yeah, okay, so it's a delivery service. But is a guy in a Toyota Corolla show up at the food right right? Right? Okay? So I ordered from this place, this barbecue spot the other night. It was great what country? I'm not gonna tell you all right. That was a callback from the last mishap I had with Yeah. It just happened like twenty minutes ago into podcast. People heard it because not only do we leave people listen in order, they listen to the podcast in the water. So each episode you would have had a field day with this. With this order, Brodie, this cookies are really good. By the way, I have another one. I'm still eating this one, so fully come on. Stuff one in both ends, stuffing in so real quick. I ordered food and it said, oh, Ravy has picked up your food from the restaurant and it's on his way on a bicycle, probably probably Robb by the way, R E. I V. Y whoever he was, I Ei rev rivy whatever it is. The point is the food. So so I'm like, oh my god, this is so cool. He's going and I see him on the map, like you see in the uber map. They show you the map of him going stopping at the restaurant. And now there's a picture of a guy in a bicycle riding through. Your food is seven minutes away, five minutes away, two minutes away. He's going the wrong way down the streets. He's cutting across parks. He's on a bike. Like this is great. I'm on a bike. He's going diagonal across an area that there is not a street because he's a diagonally because he's going he's on a bicycle. And then all of a sudden it says your order is is arriving. I'm like, oh cool. And then it says zero minutes away, and and then the bike is just sitting there in front of my the little blue dot on the map, which is me. I'm sitting there. You're in your apartment. I'm in my apartment. Okay, I'm all the way up. I'm several floors up in my artment like you do, waiting waiting now four or five six minutes past, and then all of a sudden I get a message from Rivy. I said, hey, Rivy. He says, I am I have arrived. I am here, And I said great. I said, um, check in with the doorman and he'll send you upstairs, which, by the way, is what you're supposed to get. Door to door service with the food. M So, okay, door to door service with the food, right, because that's a and in especially delivering instructions, it says, check in with doorman. Doorman will allow you. That's what you told him to do. Well, that's what I told him to do. And I said hey, And it's into delivering instructions that he gets on his piece of paper. Sure it's written there for him. And so I said. He said, well, well, I'm here. I'm in the lobby. I said great. I said, I don't live in the lobby. I wrote back to him, I said, I live over on this floor. I said, come up, and he he wrote, doorman won't let me up. Bullshit. So I wrote back and he wrote, oh uh no, sorry, dorman won'tan And I said no, I shaid, tell him, I said, to call me if he has a problem. He can let you up right and he and he writes back to me, um uh sorry, I left. I left the food in the lobby with the doorman. I've I left. He was the food. The doorman has the food. He just ended the conversation and exited out of the fucking chat. No. No, first, I wrote, I said, oh, I said, I guess. I guess you don't want it. You don't want to tip then, because I have a cash tip for you, which now you've you know you don't. You didn't give me my food. I literally went, I got into his face, like where he's gonna rate you as a customer. Right, either way? It goes both ways, My friends, I understand that I I have a four. I have a sparkling four point eight eight in Uber because it's Uber Uber eats combo. You get one score for a ball. Well, whoa, whoa, why don't you have a perfect five. It's a high. Trust me, it's a high score. I have a five. No, you don't because you never use it. So I'm nice using NonStop. No. Four point eight eight is outrageous. It's a it's an immaculate score. Anyway, five is better. So the doorman goes. So I called the doorman. I'm like hey, I'm like, hey, buddy, what happened with my food? He was, yeah, he goes. The guy didn't he he didn't want to come up. I said, yeah, exactly, I said, did you tell him he can't come up? No? Because I told him to go up, because he goes, no, no, no, no, I'm just gonna leave the food here. My dorman wound up, you know, bringing me my food up to my I was gonna I was gonna go down to get it. Whatever the point is this, I wasn't done. I said, oh no, uh uh. So I went onto the app and under I had an issue with my delivery partner. M I am disgusted. I live in a high rise with a doorman by the ways, first world problem. The delivery partner lied to me. He said the doorman wouldn't let him up. That's b s. I get food off it, and they're always instructed to come up to my door. My doorman told me to come out, so he dropped the food with my dorman and left. I find this rude and extremely unprofessional. These are the kind of delivery people Uber chooses to align themselves with. I am appalled as a Diamond level customer, which is the highest customer level you can get. I'd hope you you'd make good here and credit me my eight dollar and nine sent service fee, as I got the poorest service from Uber I've seen in a long while. Meanwhile, I had to go down stairs while I'm babysitting an infant and collect my cold food. Completely unacceptable. That part was a lie, right, of course, no one trusted you with a baby, but you told me, yes, you have to embell. You gotta go a little further because at this point I haven't broken foot right, and my food is cold. No it wasn't. It wasn't cold food. But the point is they wrote five by checked the five point out. Great, you want to meddle, so they they wrote right back to you within ten minutes, all nice, so sorry, we are crediting you ten dollars. They gave me ten dollars off my order, and the guy got zero zilch. You got gots and Google from me. Gots and Google. You know what you say that invention you got gots and Google. You got fucking nothing. Of course, Rivy decided to just lie to me and not escort his lazy ass in an elevator up to my floor so he could hand me my food and get a cash tip. You know what, fuck you Rivy Wow. I mean often, but that by the way. That's by the way. What just happened is proof that it ain't about the music. You need to work on it. You lost steam in the middle a couple of times because I was trying to get the anger back. I always believe me. I was angry that night. I was pacing the floors. I was so pissed. Here's what I would have done. I would have called the doorman. You have the number for the front desk right, and made the man say out loud, hey, Who's who's your doing? Man? Mike will say, Mike, Hey, Mike, do you mean a favor? While I'm on the phone, I want to hear you say, hey, Robbie red back in time. You can go up. Make him stay in front of the guy. You know, I never said you can't go up. You want me to call him out on like literally, yeah, would get his feet to the fire, taking them. Don't let him lie to you. Get Mike on the phone and have my don Mike, Hey, you know what, No, I never said that you're approved, go right on up and then have him say no. Then him say no, smart because that should happened to my mom when she lived in a pot building in Brooklyn. The in case, you don't use uber Eats or any of these seamlesses. These they're supposed to deliver door to door. It's not. It's not a dobby. But you do have a door in the lobby. You have a revolving door. Could be the door to my door that leads to me, doesn't say and gives you your cash tip. Well, you know, we ought a Chinese food here in the building. We have to meet them in the lobby. They don't come up, can't come up my My building has a different policy. But anyway, continue So, yeah, your mom happened the same thing, right, So, whenever she worked out our package, the ups guy didn't want to come in the building, come up the elevator and leave the package by her door, so he would he would do is now my mother back back in Brooklyn, she would sit in the apartment all day. She didn't like to go out, and especially in the summertime when it was hot, stay in the apartment for many days all afternoon, especially my mother's. My mother is very anal about things in terms of being organized. If there's a package coming, she stays home for it. Because you know, people steal shipping in the old neighborhood, so I have several accounts of that happening. So they would not want to come all the way up, so they would leave it in the little lobby when you walk in the little vestibule where the alarm buttons are, so the area before the secure locked door to the lobby because we didn't have doormen growing up, sorry hoi polloi, so you'd have to buzz in. My mother would have to go to the intercom in her apartment, go hello, who's there? And she go, oh yeah, come in, come in. Open the door would open. You go up the elevator, go to her apartment, give her the box or ring someone else's box, bill go in and leave the door box by her door. No, they would leave it in the unprotected area and didn't leave a note, bell, no answer, and so she'd have to call up and go listen your fox, nobody rang the bell. I always answer, you're lazy, you don't want to come up. Bullshit. So that guy knows stars. Now you talked about uber eats. I want to just real quick. Starbucks. Have you ever been to a Starbucks drive through? Yeah? They serve egg bites there by the way, but I've heard that, I heard the delicious around the country. Have you ever been to a McDonald's drive through? Of course, a Taco Bell drive uh, Wendy's drive through? Yeah? Burger King yea keep going in and out Burger yes, okay, especially White Castle. Yeah, okay, when you go, but bio bout buy a fat Burger when I'm way out west. There you go, beast boys reference. Okay, burger. Speaking of okay, did you just quote a rap song? Yeah? We got a tweet a couple of days ago from a loyal listener to this part cast, and they said, I'm sick of old man Scary with his rap references. He's seen Brody in the face app fuck you, They said, Scary is corny. I hate him. I love you, meaning me so because I'm loyal to my boy, I blocked him. I said, you're rude, don't insult my boy. I waited a couple of hours hoping he saw it. And of course I don't get I could give a rat's ass. What people think, as my point is to listen to the podcasting guy. If you're listening now to the podcast, well you're blocked from the Elvis to ranchhow scary Jones and David Brodie's account. Yeah, there's no there's no need to be rude. We want you to listen. And if you like one of us more than the other, usually it's me more than hell. I understand. That's fine, don't. I don't care nothing love you know that. Don't don't insult him to me. Don't text into the show or tweet me and go, oh, you know what, you're great on the show, but I don't like blah blah blah. We're all we were co workers, we're friends. Don't do that away. So anyway, back to what I was saying, when you go to these drive throughs, okay, would you say that the person saying, uh, you want a Lotte okay, and you're like, calbrew okay, pull up to the first window. Is that much harder work then uh Burrino with no sal cream? No let us pull up? Why then, when I go to Starbucks drive through, why do I see a tip cup at the Starbucks drive through? A window. Are you somehow all the wid is the word lotte harder to say than the word double cheeseburger. I know that's two words. Shut up? Why am I supposed to tip the Starbucks drive through person with the fancy headset. All they did was take by order and say pull up, and the barista made the drink. Why am I tipping you? You did the same job as the Taco Bell guy, and I'm sorry. I like Starbucks. There is nothing at Starbucks that gives me the enjoyment that I get from Taco Bell, not my sponsor. A tip jar like a plastic chipping jar. First of all, if I give you my change, fine, if I throw you a dollar. I just paid six dollars for coffee a dollar. There's five dollar bills in there, so my daughter says, wow, they give them five bullshit, that's called seed money. Seed money is the one that comes out. They put the five in there, trying to lead by example so that you'll feel cheap and remind you host putting five dollars in the Starbucks chip. I want to do for whatever you do for a living, that you've got five dollars to put in Starbucks tip jar. I want that job. Trying to give you ideas. Here's a there's a five, and a ten and twenty. You've got a job. Will you make enough money that you can pay twenty dollars for a couple of coffees and then throw five at the guy who went pull up for your call? Bro, that guy gets five bucks, would he split it with everybody? The paget king guy doesn't split it? Nope. Doesn't Starbucks employees get medical benefits for them their significant other. Look, I worked for Starbucks. I was a manager, an area trainer. I was just about to say the area managers to want to blame because they allow the tip jar to be there. And another thing in the New York New Jersey of the New York New Jersey area and Asho who Hates were on the podcast. I just made another to another rap song, another one who is not grabbing that jar of money and driving off in this area? How I understand in the restaurant you're leaving on the ledge next to a car a cup full of money. You you could just ask the guy a question like, hey, do you guys have a hazel nut today? As soon as that guy turns around, you grab that money and peel out. Now, I'm not advocating stealing. I don't do that, But how are you gonna put a thing full of fives and singles and whatever asking for trouble? You saw that, You saw the person in the Bronx with the money that for the kids college R and the I just made off with. Look. I steamed a lot of milk in my time. I pulled and tamped a lot of espresso. That is no harder than making a burrito, rolling it up and grilling it. You're not getting a tamp at a drive through, damn it. So boy wrong. We don't take no ship. You know why. I do know why because you have rolling Brooklyn Boys, Brooklyn, Brooklen Boys, Brooklyn
