Speaker 1: Stott ups that up, Brooklyn bust Up, Brooklyn buys dot Data. They making noise Data dot up. Episode eight seven, it's the Brooklyn Boys podcast. And that was not my fault. They were recording it day late. Listen is no, it's not you had an appearance yesterday. I did have an appear at that. What's your fault? No? But three weeks ago I emailed you and I said, Brody, I have an upcoming appearance in a couple of weeks. I need to record on Wednesday or Tuesday even for Brooklyn Boys podcast. And you said, you know what, Let's make that happen on Wednesday. I'm like, great, I was already to record on Wednesday, and then what happens? I had I had something to come up. Yeah, something came up for you after we agreed to do this on Wednesday. The ironic part was what came up was my Walkers and Talkers podcast. Oh, because that's more and more up the episode A hundred six that came first, right, But you're talking about a show that's about to go extinct. Hold on, Brooklyn Boys will never go out of stirst of all Walking Dead and it's two spinoffs are doing very well, thank you. Second, By the way, God of all, the ironic part is that I didn't get to do the podcast Wednesday, and I ended up doing it yesterday on a Thursday. You mean you could have recorded with him? Was a glitch I had to fix this morning, so I didn't post it till today. Oh my god, so many problems with you. And everybody wants free dessert because we trained them well, by the way, you don't get free dessert if we're still offering you food in the same week that we promised. Didn't that. Wait a minute, If we ordered a steak and it comes out a day later, that's a problem. Day steak. You could keep it, damn with daylight steak. If that's the case. Shout out to no offense to Talking Jamie. By the way, I love her and I love I do like the Walking Dead podcast. I just get a little jealous when you put that one ahead of this. He dominated Cheat nominated Best Comedy Podcast Year. By the way, we we nominated ourselves for a Mark Many Award. Mark Coni. The NAB, the National Association and Broadcasters, has a contest and it's an enter for best Podcast, no categories, and they say, here's just pick your favorite nine seconds. How do you sum up our podcast? Can't? I feel like we should have had that clip prepared to play here so people can hear what we chose. But it was about the debate you and I had about the guy on CNN saying that Rhonda Rouseys wrestling matches. Oh, so it was Rhonda Rousey's wrestling matches. She averages a little over under a minute, and then you and I debated. Shout out to Nelson Underscore Abrams, who brought up the splitting the check steak dinner conversation and brought it all back this week because he had a question about splitting a bill, which you and I had the exact same conversation on an earlier Brooklyn Boys when you wanted to pay for Robin in the cab half of the fee and I had to pay the other half. And I said, no, it's not you guys and me, it's three of us split it three ways. So he had the same problem with dinner. We can talk about that later. We can't have the car, right, So this is the clip from This is what we decided was award winning because it had to be like forty seconds here. We gods. This is the our entire ninety second edition. Is that we're gonna play. Yeah, you're you're gonna tell us right now if you would did we win? You? Did we win or not? Keep in mind it sounds crappy off of his phone, but it did sound real quality when we sent it. Okay, here it is, guys, all right, we download it to my own phone. Oh my god. Here it is the Brooklyn Boys Podcast with Scary M Brody. That's your Brody. It's the Brooklyn Boys Podcast. But it's not about Brooklyn. It's about us. We're from Brooklyn. We talked about everything, and we debayed a lot of things. We don't debate everything. Stop yelling. I'm not yelling. Are you're getting loud? Brooklyn Boys Podcast. So he's talking about Rhonda Rousing, how she was such a great fighter, most of her fights didn't last this long. Here's the clip Rousing won her first well professional fights, of which lassen a little less than over a minute. Okay, players play the isolated clip lassid a little less than over a minute. How long is a little less than over a minute? I think he was unsure. I think his brain was going to be two directions at the same time tele prompt he was reading off of either I think they meant a little less than a minute or a little over a minute or something. But it came out a little less than over a minute. But if you take that literally, a little less than over a minute, that right, a minute over but over a minute could be a minute and forty five. But if you go over a minute and a little less than that, maybe it's a minute and change. But over a minute could be a minute and thirty. Yeah, it can't be. Then a littless than a minute twenty eight, I don't know. I mean it could be three minutes. They could be a minute and one, in which case a little less than over a minute is under a minute, right. But if you meant a minute thirty and you say a little less than over a minute, probably a minute ten, right. But if it's over a minute and it's a minute five, then a little less could be, in which case it's under a minute. So then it's not a little less than over a minute, it's under a minute. That guy up. I mean, that's some stuff what we do here, that is that is great, But will that win us to Marconi on somebody who was going to be listening to this that most likely has never heard of us. Well, you felt if we had anything with profanity and it, we had to take it out. Well, that's why I put the little little put. I left the funk up at the end, because we wouldn't be treated ourselves if we didn't have at least a curse, right, But we didn't leave in the Michael Rappaport I D for us. That was a bad decision. I nixed that. He want Brody wanted me to submit right up front to have the Michael Rappaport I D play. And if you've never heard the Michael Rappaport, and you really should have because but let's say, let's assume most people have not heard it because they don't listen in order, all right, because we've seen evidence of that in our stats. Yeah, let's see what's up. This is Michael Rapp Report, and you are listening to the Brooklyn Boys podcast with Brody and Scary. I gotta do another fucking take because you guys can't figure out whose name should go first and Scary, So why the fund do I gotta I gotta do two takes to me, all right? And this is Michael Rapport. You were listening to the Brooklyn Boys podcast with Scary and Brody. You know, you know why it's brody and scary and not scary and brody because Scary didn't want me on his podcast that you fuck you. It's brody and scary. That's the way it is. Now if that's the first thing you hear from a submission, and also keep them on. Let's keep in contacts with the context. The people that are on this board are seasoned veterans. Know these people have been doing this for a year. Some of these people might be well in their seventies in the eighties. They might they mothers are in their seventies, but they might not understand our hum they're not maybe not from here, and they're they're trying to give out of prestige, like guys like Elvis has won the Marconi. Do you think that's a great first impression for a judge. I do, because that's what I find we do. I do too, Brody, But I'm taking myself out of She said, go home with this plot right now. Once you said that, I said, you know, it would be a fun, dopey thing to put in. Was what we just played, so do you think we win? Let us know. We didn't include the wrap way. Speaking of my mom, I had mentioned on the last week's episode that we would have her on this week. But Mom had a tooth pulled yesterday, so she's a little, uh, uncomfortable, and so she can't. I'm not going to the tooth she had it pulled. She did pushing the other direction, counter counteracting the tooth. Where you going with this? Is this a tooth joke? I don't get it. By the way, this clip will not be in next year's Marconi or so we had to pick something from from last year from which is why I feel like, Oh, why didn't you pick that great thing he did in February. Weren't allowed to, are they? We had to submit the link to the episode it was in. I might have just made a mistake. Oh you're not looking good. What do you do? I'm still telling that joke. But I brought a a no Harbor Turkey chili. It's always Turke love turkey chili. I know, but it's always I knew right away. I s's fattening them beef? What's wrong? It looks fine? Well? The expiration date was May, and here we are recording this on June seventh expiration. They had a cell by date. I don't think chili expires. I would have a cell by date. It was a it was a cell. It was a suggested consumption date, suggested for those with weaker constitutions, you should need it. So it's been I brought it to work around the twenty three, right before Memorial Day weekend, and I it's been sitting in there ever since, been sitting in that refrigerator here at work. But I got hungry today because it was National Donut Day and all they did was bring up donuts. And I'm done with carbs because I had like four Uh wait minute, you're done with You had four this weekly at four this more four morning, louis eating a fifth one. Yeah, I need my no carb launch. Oh my god, that's right. Two weeks ago I brought in this wonderful no carb chili. So two weeks ago, by the way, I hate to interrupt, you know me. Gustavo zapps z A p Z. That's his name's Apps, he said. He tweeted us speaking of you eating every time at Scary Jones Eats, he performs conne lingus on the food. After twenty years of listening, this is a this is a disturbing pattern I've noticed. Uh, do you have a friend that tongues down all their food and he put a picture of you. You go tongue first into the food. If it was so disturbing, why did you have to replay it over and over? And actually captured the screenshot and said, I don't know, but that's what you do. You lay the tongue out like a magic carpet, and you give the food a ride. I like, you bring it back in like a lizard. It's like the you know the cartoons where the uh, the the mouth would open, the tongue would come out, and it would be like a staircase. Food would go up the staircase. My tongue is animated just like that. Yeah, I also have to pop out of my head like cartoons like that, or or if if somebody bakes a cherry pie, my nose will follow the aroma the aroma cartoon ever, right, my nose will follow it and I will be I will be able to fly. And if you if you hit scary over the head, little birds fly around his head. Yeah. Yeah, So anyway, yeah, what's wrong with the way your problem with that? But I just he brings up a good point. He's paying a little too much pot to The other thing you do is most people bring the food up to their head. You bring your head down to the food, do I. Yeah, we've talked about this because I have a fear of drippage. Right, so you you bring the fork up about two inches off the plate and then go down and get it. Yeah, No, because I don't want it. I don't want any splashback. I don't want anything on because you know the fresh threads you make that tight eight shirt yourself, by the way, you don't like it. No, it's fine, it's uh fine, fine, it's not a compliment. Okay, that shirt to me, you ask any woman, I'm saying, oh it's fine. Things are not fine. But you're not a woman. If they say they're fine, not a woman. And I'm stereotyping by gender. That shirt to me looks like it's okay, it's fine, it's fine. Is not great? Do you want me to say it's a sexy looking versaccy shirt because it didn't jump out at you. You didn't be like that's a hot shirt. Tie dyed shirt. You can get it anywhere, not this specific one. Is it our money? Like, I'm not telling you you know what you got. It's a theory. I don't want to ast me where I got the shirt. I'm where I now? I don't know. I don't know. Okay, well, mine's theory. Okay, A problem with that. I don't even know what that means. Theory. It's a it's a brand. It's a clothing, lady. I couldn't tell you. Is that a good one? Because it's a good one. Theory is it like it's like theory bi VERSACEI just theory theory? What makes it a good brand? They just charge a lot. They not just they have quality clothing. They don't sell it at calls. I've never heard of it. Theory refuses to have their stuff in calls? Is that their motto with theory? We refuse to have us usually get or Macy's sells theory. Yeah, gotta look, you gotta go in the department, the department. He'll figures there and guesses there you have theory as well. Theory theory a dead man. No, it's a it's a great clothing anyway. It looks like a tie dyed shirt. What's different about it? What's theory about this shirt? It's the material. It's nice, it's smooth, but I can't tell that by looking at it. But it's what it feels. It feels good on that, all right. If I was rubbing my naked body against it, I would tell you it's soft like Indian cotton. But I can't. But still you said it was fine. So fine doesn't mean well, did you pay for me? You didn't say that's fine, that's right, And you didn't say it's fine cotton in there. You weren't describe, describing it like a tie dyed shirt. I would have made it sleepaway. Can't fine as an adjective would be great because if I took a nice white cotton shirt and then I took blue paint and threw it at you, that's what it looks like. It looks like a shirt. Someone say that you're not a fan of it. Don't say fine, because not a fan. Not a fan. You know that shirt you have this as a New America on it and the other one. It looks like like a shallow curtain. You're taking inventory of my clothing. No, but you have some shirts like the shallow Courton curtain shirt and the shiny one. You get a chess king where I go not so much, you know, wherever you get oak Tree, wherever you get them. And this one is above that, but not like yesterday you had a shirt on. I liked that pinkish purple. It was more like a lavender button down shirt and it had a little curved actual comment. It had double stone cuffs, like the sleeves were cuffed, and uh, it had like a covering over the buttons. It was a very nice, well made shirt. This shirt is fine, Okay, so it's acceptable. So we when we classify the word fine, fine is somewhere between and great. Yeah, somewhere in there. It's just acceptable. Right, I would say, like two dollars, that's that shirt, because it's not like, it's not Cole's T shirt where I pay Like that's like, I know you paid forty four it at least because you're like it's theory, which means you overpaid for it. So it was not on sale, right, which is another reason I would buy it. I know I'll buy it at the end of the year and I'll wear it and be like, oh I got a shirt I'll go, got it for eleven dollars? Like, oh, for eleven dollars, that's great. Great. It's like when you see someone and they look like ship for seventy, but you find out that they're ninety and you go it looks good, looks good, it looks like seventy. So I'm like, how do you look? Fine? Fine, that shirt's fine, It's okay. I'll go with But as people walk by the studio, I will bring them in and they can comment on your shirt. So my point is, what do you think that shirt is? Okay? You want to do that? You masking you? What do you think that shirt is? Me? Yeah, I'll go get interns right now. I think this is at least seven and a half, seven and a half, maybe in eight. You know what, this is an eight? Oh, he's going to get interns. Anyway, I was saying, I wasn't feeling so good is because I ate the two week old expired chili. And now it's like a mind over matter thing for me. I was telling the audience while you were away that the reason why I felt a little ill and how we got into this to begin with. Well, then we'll get to the chilly conversation. Well, we don't have Okay, we'll go oh you want to go there? Okay, we'll get back to the chill because it might be mind over my ladies. How are you hi? How are you hi? Good morning? Everybody got good? Okay, let's see if that's the tapped that microphone real quick tap that. Yeah, that's it. Okay, so everyone gather on the microphone. So joining us in the studio, we have Ali Gold, one of our web masters, and in turn Sloan, in turn Rhanna intern Emily. Uh when Robert get Robert here, especially Robert hold on, Robert, Robert come in here as we're doing the Brooklyn Boys podcast. Now, Robert, welcome to the podcast. Robert. You tend to dress a little eclectically, a little over the top that you're known for that, right, So we have an eclectic dude and four women, which who I think have a great faction. Now we were talking about this sounds like different and uh, Scary said something about his shirt. Nice, what do you think of my shirt? And I said it's fine? And he said, oh you said that to a woman, they'd be offended by it. I said, because fine, Oh, first all fine is not a compliment. We all know that if if if I ask you how you're doing today and you say fine, I know if everything is, it's everything but fine. Okay, But to the mic radio, absolutely okay. But if I said how, you said how you doing to me, I go, oh, I'm fine, that's fine. It's inflection. Yeah right, still Mike, so fine. So if I asked him how this shirt is and he says it's fine to me, that's not accompliment. Hold on. The issue is not how I said fine, I met fine when I said fine. The issue is he said, what are you talking about? This shirt is made by Theory, which apparently is a fancy brand name. I don't They don't sell it to calls. I don't know about it. My point is, I know, by the way, all five people are laughing at okay, we never heard of the brand Theory. Out of five, she's heard of it, heard of it? It has not heard of it. Okay, three out of five? Okay, alright, so six Ye, we're college kids. They're starving college kids. They're not gonna buy Theory clothes. Oh so it's too good for the staff. Now, it's like they're just not gonna it's not on their radar, but two of them it's on their radar. I'm not a college Rhanna is born a silver spoiler mouth. The parents are loaded. Okay, I just recognize the brand now, she recognized that. You walk past it like, oh that's what guys just like scraping two nickels together, like like you don't know. Emily's from Broke with Tone, Florida. They have money in Boca, thank you, Boka and forgot sake. Sloane's name is Sloane. She has to be rich. No many poor names that kids? Slow? Oh my god, you your name Shamy? Have you ever met anyone on government food assistance name Sloan? No? You're always what yachts? I mean? I can either confirm nor didn't. Okay, thank you? Fine? Also fine plus theory shut up, plus plus theories more angled toward guys. Anyway, I'm not trying to insult anybody. Remember days when I could barely afford anything? Okay, all right, well right now, you over pay for shirts? Paid overpaid? It's an expresit without knowing anything about the shirt. Al what do you think of the shirt of scary? What do you think of the shirt? What would you say, I think it's actually really great because Tydie is super in this. No no, no, no, no, no no no. I didn't ask if it's in fashion. It's a tie dyed shirt you could buy anywhere. You can make one at home. So if you saw that shirt, how much would you pay for that shirt? Looking at it, not knowing who made it? Okay, anyway, some bits work I host this, you should would anybody? Would anybody pay more? Hold on sloan, what would you pay for a tie dyed T shirt that you could make it? This one, not not the one you can make it home? Pretend you have no money. Well, I mean I would pay probably no more than seventy dollars. Yes, okay, I would probably have my staff buy it for men. It's a tie dye T shirt. But it's a nice tie T shirt. But what makes it? No no, no, no, no no no no. I didn't just get a feel they the way Ali is feeling the shirt, because that was part of the original conversation. But ahead, it's not about I said, looking at it. I just get to feel it, try it on, rub it against you. He answered the question. Okay, Rhann and looking at a tie dyed shirt, me not wanting to spend money because I hate spending money, probably like Bucks. Max. Okay, hold on, Robert, hold on, Emily. Uh, Now do you think that's an exceptional tie tyed shirt or just that's the thing. I think he's upset that you said fine because although it's just a tied eye Sure, he wants you to know that's from theory. Oh you know, I know what he wants. But I know I know that he should have paid no more than four. I know that he did pay more than that. That's what I would say. Yeah, you should have gone HDN for the same shirt. Looks the same, Yeah, thank you. It looks like a ten dollar shirt. Thank you, Robert. F you dress extravagantly or at least a little out there, Well, I'm just I haven't been here too long trying to make a good impression. That's fine. I want to just be honest. If you're looking at that shirt, you're going into a store. What are you paying for that? So I actually have almost the exact same shirt, But where'd you buy yours? At a thrift store? For seven? Thank you? He's popping thank you? Er Alright, So Robert is not from the same neighbor to Sloan. Apparently, okay, so scary and unveiled. Now, drum roll, how much did you pay for that shirt? Well? Right here on my phone because I googled it. Okay, you don't even know what you paid for. And you're gonna post this picture at the Brooklyn Boys on Instagram. This is the shirt? Go ahead? How much is it? Even? Slows holding her mouth. No. Now, if someone said to you, I paid for the shirt, what do you think? My answer was, fine, it's not shirt. Okay, but hold on, but that said, would you say this shirt is fine? Is it ugly? Remember we we I rated this shirt? Mine was ten bucks at Target? I think I said. I rated the shirt on a scale of one to ten. I said, I aparents only I'd give it an eight. Okay, continue, Okay, I honestly like the shirt, like you really would say a nine. I think it's sure, thank you, but for what it is? Okay, Well that's that's that's part two. I think I actually do think it looks thank you? All right now, Sloan, I would say a nine. Thank you. A whole outfit was like the pants with the shirt and matches very well. I got, I got. You don't know your name at all, like Sloan shut her Jenny pink shorts with the blue Tide idea. Okay, continue, rhiannon Um, I say like a like eight, eight and a half. It's fine, but now, okay, I'm gonna go with a five on the shirt. Now, let's rerate the numbers same order, knowing it's nine. Now as a value for that shirt, try to try to teach a lesson. Here's one to ten, six, okay, Sloan, Emily Um, reverse to nine, six, okay six four? Wow, Robert, I gotta go down to a one. Okay, this is not right. I could. I could buy twelve of the shirt I have. You could, but I don't walk around advertising how much I paid for it. So I'm gonna go with all the first round of numbers they gave and screw this guy. Okay, very nice, thanks very much. But you see, by the way I rated my shirt myself, my self rating was an eight, So you guys were right in that. Thank you, she said, I was humble, all right, thank you. She knows you didn't give uself a ten. That's it, all right. Humble is giving yourself a seven? I think we learned a very valuable lesson here. He has zero sense of style. Oh I have sense of style because he's in the minority. I didn't say it wasn't a He's trying to argue his way out of a paper back the shirts. Fine, there you go again. Fine, all right, I need I need a reboot. We'll be right back after this. A right, please say yeah, I needed that minute, not about back to the chili before you distracted us. What you know, you distracted me by calling it fine, but we'll get back. We'll get fine. Are you sick from the chili? Sheetic, Well, so before the podcast started, I heat it up to chili and it was the turkey chili we're talking about. And I'm sitting there eating and before you start eating at my Brodie, it's got this expiration dating on and as here we are in June seven, I'm like, I don't know, and you were like it's fine. Eating again, Like it's fine. So I start eating. Each shirt is as good as this old chili, and it tasted it tasted great, you know. I'm like, oh my god's so good. Going And then she's sitting there waiting to record the park podcast. Yeah, I'm start to feel a little rumble in my tummy. Not gonna lie, I'm starting now. I'm thinking, is it mind over matter? Am I thinking about the fact that it might have been past as beans in there? It tasted great. There are beans in there, right, a couple of pinto beans, but nothing that could be the uh clapping clap one time. It could be your get a little gas, could be the beans. Just so you think the chili is taking its natural course. Yeah, I've gone to drive through uh text mex places. We went down the esophagus making its way into the stomach there and there, you're fine before it gets into the largest and just don't release that in here. No, No, I'm okay, I'm gonna be all right. But I'm wondering if I eat bad chili because of the expiration date or the cell by date. We might have talked about this on this podcast once before. The cell by and the expiration have to there two different things. Cell by date is they assume you're gonna have it for like a week or two. Now, my wife will tell you less anything up to like six days, get right it And I'll say, but it tastes fine. Girlfriend, it tastes good, it tastes okay, my girlfriend, what you eat, but I don't want here you complain. My girlfriend is like, nope, cuts it off. I'm like, what are you doing? It's perfectly okay. I hate when we throw a good food. It smells fine, it tastes fine. But here's what I'll say. This may be why women live longer than men do because they don't. This maybe why when you go to like retirement communities, it's all women, because the men ate the chili that was three weeks old. There's that, and it eventually wears you down and kills you. I think it's because they have less stress, because they get to spend, spend, spend, and because they're they're at the mall, is what you're saying. They get what they buy what they want. You bought a dollar tide dyed camp shirt. I know, but most men wouldn't, right, So you a lot of guys like so they deny themselves the privilege. So you're saying you're living living, so you're living like a woman, is what you're saying. Yeah, live high on the hog, well eating turkey chili. You should be eating high on the hog. Maybe longer. So you know what I'm saying, Like, I think women live longer because of that, because they don't to support the family, because they don't. I just think that they they do what they want and and guys don't. Guys hold themselves back more we do. I don't know. I so you're saying that women they just they it's all about they just they want something, they do what they get it. Yeah, it's like the Ariana Grande song seven Rings. I see it, I like it, I want it. I got it. That's it. That's stress free livin to me. Listen to the lyrics to that song. I see it, I like it. Okay, so Multimillionai Grande gets what she wants I got you think the average woman, I got it. That's what she does. She bought in that song. She buys all her friends, she buys her hair and one of the songs too, right, she said, like my head just bought it. Yes, she wanted she sees it, she likes it, she wants it. A millionaire singerman's taking care of kids, are working two jobs. They don't have to. I'm just trying to justify why women longer and men. It's a fact I'm going with the fact they don't need bed chilly. I think I have a sad, safe response. I'm not saying anything sexist. I'm giving them accompliment. No no, no, no, no, I'm saying something sexist. No. I live like I live life there that way too. I see it. I like it. I wanted I bought it. I bought this fucking theory shirt way way overpaid for it, Thank you. That was my point. Okay, so I were paid for it, but it's still more than fine. That doesn't make you a woman, It makes you an idiot. You need to take a swig of this. Take a swig of this. Oh, speaking of living the high life, there was a clip on the radio I want to play for you that it bothered me. I mean, what does what does it bother you? That's right? Okay, so let me get this this ready here? Hold on? Uh okay, So when you listen to this commercial, you think it's talking about the finer things in life. I think it's a commercial for how to get the finer things in life. It's it's how to you know. You'll see here we go. You know the guy that has that per big garage or the friend with the dream closet. Everybody. Okay, you know that friend that has that garage at great garage or that dream closet. That could be any friend, right, but it's but it's talking like, would you like to have a house like that? Would you like to be rich? Right? That's what I'm thinking. I want to hear this commercial. Let's hear the commercial. But he envy's if you would love to own a business that builds these impressive garages and closets joined featuring Gaream Garage to become a franchise owner. Okay, he's even conceded in his voice. So so he's been saying, I want you to listen to it now uninterrupted. Here's what he's actually saying. If you didn't catch it in two parts, you know the guy that has that perfect garage or the friend with the dream closet, everybody envies, if you would love to own a business that builds these impressive garages and closets joined a featuring Gaream Garage to become a franchise owner. Okay, so if you you know that guy who's got that great garage and he's got that dream closet, so you're like because how do I get rich? Would you like to own a franchise where you can build those things? That's a walk in the park to try and get to the person's walking us. So what you're saying is, you know that guy you're envious of. You can be the funkhead that builds the ship for the guy you're jealous of. I want to know how to get the dream closet. No, no, No, I can buy a franchise where I build the dream house and the garage and the closet for the commercial. Does that that's not the American dream? Hey, you know that guy with the rolls Royce, you can be the guy that fixes it. No, I don't want to be that guy. And I have to spend my money to own a franchise so I can build the rich guy a closet and take a risk because my business could fail. But that's what they're selling, Tom, that's the dumbest ship. Where'd you hear that? It's on set? It's on It's on on satellite commercials. When you listen to satellite radio as I do. I've talked about this in the morning. I listen to the cable news networks in the morning. In addition to the local news stations, so I get as much news as possible. Well, there's only the seven commercials that run during the news, and that's one of them. You got you hear me play commercial all the time? That's one that's play. It's custom garages or something. It's just the most annoying thing. Hey, you know those people that eat it expensive restaurants all the time. How would you like to be the guy who cleans off the dishes from the table. You can spend a hundred thousand dollars and we'll teach you how to stack dishes. The fuck terrible? That's awful. Hey, do you know people that fly first class around the world? How would you like to be someone who loads their luggage on the plane? Oh? God, please, how can I do that? You can buy a franchise, will you'll learn? That guy who has that yacht down in South Florida? How would you like to be the guy who scrubs the deck when he's second apartment? And we'll include your first mop. I gotta hear one more time, one more time, terrible, Hold on? This is you know the guy that has that perfect garage or the friend with the dream closet everybody envies. If you would love to own a business that builds these impressive garages and closets joined it. Hey, you know that guy banging that supermodel. How would you like to be the guy who buys makeup and hands it to her? You could be that guy. How would you like to be the woman that cleans their hotel room right the day after they left? That's right, you want that perfect body. You want those six pack ads. How would you like to be the guy who hands the towel to the guy after he works out two hundred thousand dollars? You could have a towel franchise. All right, I'm sorry, I got your time around the clip. Now I want the free ship for us. Jingle, oh free ship for us, A long overdue you got for us? Yes we did? Oh yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, okay, hold on, man, is this about the I think? Yeah? I think you. Yeah. Brodie is running the board today, as you can hear, because we're in that other studio. If I had everything ready, because it's Friday and we're in the studio, I hate and I'm sitting here and you're running things right. I asked you everything you needed. You never said you needed the free ship first. I need the free ship for us jingle. This is long overdue on the jingle page. Hold on, I'll move it all here. Wow. Wow, the Brooklyn Boys they not to give the stuff for us. Thank you so much. Janevic on Twitter set for us. So as we were finishing up the Brooklyn Boys podcast last week, Chris said for us, free ship for us arrives in the form of John's Pizza. Can you imagine a Brooklyn Boys Slice for life? On Twitter, Jenevic sends five pizzas up here full of pies. He must have paid like a hundred bucks for that ship. Really close? Yeah, how to be a hundred bucks worth of pizza? What's funny was he said, Oh, I'm gonna be in New York. I'm gonna go to John's Pizza because you guys always talk about it. This is not a client endorsement, No it's not. He said, well, what pizza should I get? But so I was like, well, I usually get sausage of pepper and were with him. Then all of a sudden, we get a pizza delivery after the podcast ended last week, and I'm like, what do you mean? We gotta we gotta delivery downstairs, says I don't know pizza, b did you order pizza? Pizza? So I'm like, okay, is this a scam or something. I'm like, all right, I'm gonna have to go down myself and get this pizza. So I went down to the lobby and there it was especially delivering the lobby, and I asked the guys behind the counter. I'm like, hey, who's this from. Is there a note? No note? I'm like yeah, but they're like, they just said it was something about you and the Brooklyn boys and it was a delivery, and they just left the pizza here. So I said to the security guards, hey, thanks. So we then tried to backtrack and Brody found the tweet. I was like, wait a minute, John's pizza. Yeah, so you know, I was just talking about pizza. Honestly, there was no note. He said he wrote a note to us, but there was no note. A day does not go by where I am not humbled by our listeners, by by just I just cannot express the gratitude that I have for everybody who have who have followed this podcast and are starting to you know, start, you know, started from zero, and people listening three times in a row. Now they're on their third, the third cycle because they're not enough episodes. Wow, I just want to say thank you so much. That was unnecessary but so nice, uncomfortably nice. Because we're eating this guy bought us worth of pizza. That doesn't mean everyone listening has to do that. This is about your loyalty and the fact that Okay, so I want to shout out in Akira, but what's Jane Vic's real name? We just have him listen, follow him and thank him for us his Twitter at j A N N O V I k uh he's told us his name. Yeah, while you're looking for that, apologies, Jenefick shout out to Nikira and A K I R A A underscore. Wow, she had to go a long way to get that, she says. Still playing catch up, she's up to episode eighty one. I want to correct at David Brody on the Land of a Thousand Lakes about Minnesota. Yes, I brain farted when I was speaking quickly. I do know it's Land of ten thousand Lakes talking about the Los Angeles Lakers used to play in Minnesota. Technically it was yes, I said, but I think it's also was Minneapolis Lakers, whatever the case. Obviously I know what it is now, but I brain fought in said land of a thousand Lakes. Yes, it's Land of ten thousand lakes, so she wrote, but I'm sure you know by now. Love you guys, So she knows, but she sort of like, I want to correct you, but I'm not going to correct you because I know you don't need to be corrected because it was like six weeks ago or five weeks ago, you already know it. But she still got it in there, So props for getting it in there. But we got it. Anything we say that's wrong, you don't. You don't do this, but we love you for it. Nikia, thank you. Yeah, But we love we We really do love everybody. We've developed a relationship and you, you know, me mainly on Instagram and you basically on Twitter. I talked to everyone on Instagram. I try, I try and get to as many people as possible I have. We have more people that are you know, hitting us up now than ever and I can't. God, I can't even begin to touch Facebook. I don't even know it's lurking there. No. I feel bad, but I land in the social media. I mean, I literally like like my primarily on Instagram, followed by Twitter, and outside of that, it's just luck if I'm gonna see it. Here's what I will say about Facebook. And I've mentioned this before, but listen, not everyone listens to the Elvis ran Sial, listen to Facebook. Facebook is my private world. But people keep like messaging me on Facebook Brooklyn boys, stuff like free dessert. Right, uh, hit me up on Instagram and Twitter. It's the best place to read. Facebook again, is from my private life. And that's not where you're gonna read me. You can't, can't keep trying. Speaking of which, don't email me if you want an internship, don't. I got a couple of those in the past week, doesn't matter. I got one today. Hey, so and so gave me your email address, my work email address. I want to apply. Here's my resume. That's not. You don't send resumes to strangers at companies. You do not. Also, did I talk about d d M last week? The d M? Okay, so a big shot, a big shot, a big shot in our company said Hey, here's the name I want you to look out for. Right, we'll just say Claire. It's not Claire. But just here's the name someone I it's someone I know, who knows somebody who knows somebody knows somebody whatever. Just keep an eye of the resume. So I see the resume and it's like, the summertime is the best resumes. Its resume. It was, it was, it was fine, it was fine, it was fine. And so I do you know, when I do an interview, it's like an hour long. So for me to give up an hour, it's got to be worth my while. And I do so many interviews, and the summer it's it's students from all over the country. You heard those people like sven it today, Roberts from Philly. Sloan goes to school in California, Rhiannon goes to Connecticut. All over the country. I've got to say Chicago in turn this semester, another Philly, all over the country. So I did not reach out to let's call her Claire, because I can't reach out to the every one of the hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of resumes. She d ms me on Instagram and says, hey, uh, I just want to let you know I apply for the internship. I was wanting to step an interview. M No, if there was a five percent chance I was going to I'm not now that is unprofessional. Social media is not a professional environment. She just just came out with it, say hey, can we set this up? She slid into my d M S and she was like, hey, I applied in case she didn't see my resume. I was hoping we can step interview. I was hoping. So she's also very hopeful. You see the way she's like that, I don't know the exactly you want to see the exactly I can get the exact That's insane. Why are they trying to Why aren't they trying to get you in your personal space? That? Yeah, it's it's not where you play. UM very very jevic, very business like. I'm looking at Janevic's original tweet. I do not see his realm. We don't have his real name no anyway, but he did shop on broommate, so that's good. We like him. While you're looking for that, we have UM an an unused joke that never happened from you know, this is from Vincent Wagner. He said that this morning on the Big Show, meaning today the June seven. They were talking about Greg t wearing a B costume and Elvis because yeah, because Gregg he was pollinating flowers and he was in a B costume. Elvis mentioned that someone put up a post saying it's way too sexual that Elvis said, I get more horny looking at one of them hairless cats. I expected a comeback of who doesn't love a hairless pussy cat? And it never happened. Sincerely, cousin Vinny, Well, I gotta say something, Vinny. Great minds think like and I think most of us on the show was thinking that when Elvis said. It was worth thinking that when Elvis said that. But there's also a thing we call refraining from Sometimes sometimes you think things, and there's a lot of times we're thinking things, but we're not going to do the joke on the air because it was not appropriate for that forum and and the big show. You know, sometimes sometimes it depends on the movie. If we haven't made a sexual innuendo in an hour, you can maybe get that. I gotta be honest, someone could have gotten away with it, but you know what, the moment passed, and I may have been in the bathroom at that moment you were, and I was thinking it but I bit my tongue because I'm like, I don't need to get you know, I don't. I don't know if it's if it's welcomed, right, Okay. So, by the way, this is the way the d M started. I know you are somewhat in charge of the applications for I Heart Media. Somewhat. Oh that's a diss. No, I'd say, I don't really know who you are kind of thing. First of all, my first you are you or not? Well, I'm not right. You can't be somewhat in charge somewhat. By the way, I'm not somewhere in chargeable I Heart Media. That's the whole company. I am in charge of the interns for Elvis Tray in the morning show and for the local Actually okay in that case, because it's somewhat for I Heart Media. Well, I guess, but that's not whatever the case anyway, don't that's don't email me or keep it to where it says apply on the other strands show site the I Heart side you apply there and by the way, does say no follow ups right there at the top. So now you're brimming it at the seams or your your are you frothing at the mouth. What are you doing? Are you about what happened outside with Anita? Or yeah? I got a couple of things I can I just speaking of there was an email. I just wanted to reference one text message and then I'll tell you in a minute while I'm upset, and you'll know. You guys know me. We got a text message at el Strand the Morning show that said, oh, that happened to me on the same day. That's ironic. Now, normally I would write back, I think you made a coincidence. But here's the problem, and you will understand my frustration. It was a sad text message. It wasn't exactly what I'm gonna say, but it was. I'll give an example what it might have been. They said, oh, my god, my father died on the same day. How ironic. So I was torn because I wanted to point out it's a coincidence, but you can't. You can't because it's we're talking about a dead father, right. So I passed on the grammar police there. It wasn't it. Whatever it was, it was a sad text and I'm like, oh, that's not Yeah. By the way, I called Nate out on the air that day. Was it during the podcast? I don't know. It was on the podcast, A fifteen minute morning show. Well, he said, how ironic, and I know it's on the air. I said, it's a coincidence. Yeah. Um, do we talk about how John Scott thinks that you're wrong about water ice? John Scott, we got a guy on the Brooken Boys Podcast at gmail dot com. Keep keep keep clapping there, but no, no, no, no, let me get you. I got an email stager for you. Hold on because you like the email snags that sounds like it's time welcome. You've got mail. You can always email us at the Brooken Boys Podcast at gmail dot com. Brody, I love you, but you're wrong about water ice. Water ice is formed by half of the water being put into the mixture turning into ice crystals. If there's too much ice, it's hard. If there isn't enough ice, it's slushy. Half ice and half water for the flavor mixture. That's why it's called water ice. I love you too, Scary. That's John Scott who emailed us at the Brooken Boys Podcast. Would you like to comment on John Scott's email? I think I've said all I have to say. About water ice. I do. It's it's it's not the ingredients. That's a stretch. They call it water ice because it's it's ices. Man, I know, I don't know. Look they're good. Yeah. I had them on the Jersey Short two weekends ago. It said water ice. I'm like, I'll get it. By the way, our listeners, remember last week we told you about that sign in City Island at the Crab Shanty which had the word um Italian restaurant and miss it um. So people are going there and they are giving us updates and they're saying that. Yep, even seven days after your podcast, they still have not updated this permanent sign that says it, which they probably spent thousands of dollars for and probably won't spend anything else, uh to to correct it. Anyway. Christie Caldwell says simply she likes spruce on the cod the podcast on the cod Piece. In the cod Piece, that's Christie in Colorado and just a couple of other ones today. Ah, this is from era Adrenaline, Era Adrenaline. Okay, it's me Corey Johnson on the podcast. You said I was a girl? You fuck you. It's it's okay, I'm not mad, but start getting it right, because I'm going to email a lot and you should read them because I live in Connecticut, so I'm like the brook Boys neighbor over here. I have a few free dessert stories for you, but that will be in a separate email. Scary, I'm a fucking dude, man. No more of that ship. But what's the name? Corey Johnson? Sort of leaned mail? Well, the thing is, yeah, you know, they're not emails are not gender specific. How am I supposed to know from an email female or female? I'm gonna go with how most coriries I know are named and that most cories that I know that are named Corey are female. So that's why this fell. Corey E y or I e y e y. Go either way like that shirt. It's fine. This guy all right, So sorry about that, Corey Johnson. And then I don't know what to make of this, but um, I guess this is uh, what's his name? Mike Felix with a with a W T F. What the fuck? I have no words for this. This is a yard sign that's not too far from my house, and it's a it's a it's a sign written on looks like would look like a sign that sun would No, it says, the sign says retarded animals and children, please slow down. This is somebody that spray painted this on a sign. Whoever wrote that really is trying to caution whoever as they crossed that area. But I don't know what they mean by it. And this guy was like, I have no words, So he screenshot at it and emailed it to us and wanted to know what he thinks that they meant by that. Um well, first of all, he was using slang we don't say retarded. Its Maybe he meant children who are living with disability. No, no, no, no, hold on animals, animals and children? What does that mean? Hold on, I'll tell you what it means. So um m hmm. The screenshot that, no, it's not what I'm doing. Hold on? Hold on? Are you looking up and I'm looking at the definition of something? Hold on? So where was his take? Was just taken in a different part of the country than the Northeast, because we don't say, we don't talk like this in the Northeast. I don't know. Very interesting sign anyway. You seem like you're onto something day, Brody, No, I was looking for the formal definition of that word um, which which means limited like flame retardant. That's retardant. No, like a beach line can be retarded. It can be limited, and the shore line can be limited. The word has other meanings, but it's most commonly used to this is they're talking about animals and children. But maybe there's an area of the ground that is that is retarded, meaning it was worn away or limited, and you should be careful you'll fall. Oh well, I don't know. I don't think that's the case. It wasn't They weren't trying. Whoever wrote I think the sign is terrible based on a handwriting. Awful sign, by the way, scary. Only use that word for the sake of story. Oh yea thousand Jodi at Gammy Joe twenty three. That's jo Jo jo uh. She sent the picture of a sign from a bathroom. She was in attention customers. Please do not flush anything but toilet tissue in the toilet. These toilets clogged easily. Thank you. CVS. Oh CVS. So she wants to know if you can only if it says do not flush anything but toilet paper, what do you do with the p in the poop and then finally tweeted Chris see MICKEYO. Chris has between us a lot lately. Uh, he said, found this picture online and thought of the Brooklyn Boys. It's a it's a sketch of a piece of pizza or slice pizza if you want, and it says slice for Life. He wrote slice for Life on it. He drew the little banner across it, and he says, this might be my next tattoo. Too bad, I can't call her it. Here's what I'm gonna say. Please, don't get tattoos because of us. Do not get Do not get a Brooklyn Boys podcast. We could be gone in like six months, right, You never know. It's like when you get like, you know, you play for the Patriots, get Patriots too, and they trade you. Do not So I said, do not do that. Don't do permanent things based on temporary things. I hope this podcast goes on a very long time, but I don't want you mutilating your body for something that might not be here in three years or two years. And we don't know. And he said, as long as it's on my heart radio and I have the episodes, leave on forever. I said, well, I appreciate that. But here's what you do. Right click on the picture of our show, right, save it, keep it on your computer. And that's good. That's good. And when we sell shirts someday you'll buy a shirt. Do not tattoo us on you. Don't do that. Don't do that. They couldn't be no, he is. And I said, look, we like to vote. Here's what I'll say. If you want to get a tattooed honor us, stop, go buy a pizza. No, don't do either. Second here, well, yeah, we got a lot more coming up right after this. Okay, you're gonna get the anything about I want to hear about Anita's intern I want, but I want to just do comea to one more news club. Sure, all right? And then I have another clip that annoyed me. All right, so let's just do the clip. This was on CNN. There's a woman in Who's Who's in England. She's covering the president's trip and meeting with the royal family. She's there specifically to be knowledgeable about England. Okay, And if you hear this and don't understand why it's wrong, I will tell you why it's wrong, but here it is the queen, royal artifacts inside. From there they went to Westminster Abbey. Later read did she say Westminister Abbey? She said Westminister as if it's the minister from the west, it's west Minster. What station like Finster CNN. Pamela Brown is her name? That get on well because they're live. That is the equivalent of saying I went to the World Trade Senator like instead of the World Trade Center. Let's hear one more time. And this is a woman, she's a professional news reporter, Pamela Brown. The queen showed him royal artifacts inside. From there they went to Westminster Abbey, west Minister Abbey. W fail. She must have got a tongue lashing after that news report aired. I don't know, not the good kind. Yeah, I don't know if anybody noticed it. I noticed it. How do you not? It's a glaring error Westminister. I'm sure that's up on YouTube somewhere. Yeah. Uh. And then lastly, you know the Californians, the Californian the Californians where because all they do in in California is drive everywhere. So whenever you have a conversation at a party or anywhere. You always talk about how you got right, but the way they then, So this is a commercial with this woman is supposed to be the voice of an erectile dysfunction pill, and every time it starts, it irritates me because she's sounds like that. Here's what she says. Hey, guys, how's your game going? If you know what I mean? Hey guys, how's your game? Yeah? Hey guys, how's your game going? It's like Bill, Hey, you actually got a pretty hot voice. Yeah, but it's like, hey, guys, how's your game going? I just lost I just lost my direction because of you. You think that's hot? Hey, guys, how's your game going? You know what I mean? A lot of you know me that you may not know my name. I'm still denofl the active ingredient in that little blue pill. Wow, she sounds sexy. She's turning us on. You know that was delivered, that was deliberate. But you know she's ugly as sin. I don't care. It's my fantasy. It's so you don't need the you don't need the blue pill. What I'm painting and used? Hey guys, you like that voice? Yeah, how's your game? You know I like that player again. Hey guys, how's your game going? How's your game giving? I disagreed on this hot? That's even hot? Or keep going? Okay? Tweet us? Was that to pull the Hey guys, how's your game going? If you know what I mean a lot of you know me, but you may not know my name. I'm Stifl, the active ingredient in that little blue pill. Yeah, she sounds like she wants it. Yeah, she's like, I want you to take this blue pill. I want you and then like totally get your game. She's like she's actually being extra super flirty. But do you know that sounds when you put pop rocks in your mouth and it goes, Yeah, that's out. That's what she's doing. Hey guys, how's your game getting? I'm going to disagree, how's your game game going? Whoever wrote that commercial, whoever cash her and told her to read it that way, they're doing. They're doing right by me, and they're also finding out really quickly who needs the pill and who doesn't from that read. If you think about it, all right, let me tell you about I was going to tell you about the coconut water incident at CVS, but then something happened to me outside. You're always pre empted by something else. Yeah, that's what it works with me. So I'm you know, Anita. Anita is the is the nicest, most friendliest, wonderful receptionist we have at I Heeart Media. And if you don't know who we're talking about, you haven't been listening in order we put what we put her laugh on the air we have We're right, she's great. And and the front desk in our building has two seats. She sits in the first one, and occasionally people will sit in the second one, either to fill in for her when she goes to lunch, or occasionally we have an intern or someone to help her out answer the phone. Right, so in an intern or who's learning what she does. So I go out there and there's a young lady who's sitting in the looks like a college student sitting in chair number two. Did she sound like that woman on the pill commercial? Uh so? Uh? Intern, I don't know. Well, intern stuff, That's all I want to say, is it is what it is? So I go up to Anita, and I see she's got skinny pop popcorn. Not a client, not not from a it skinny pop is like on at calories per cup. Uh. And it comes in a bag with a green stripe at the top, and we have in the vending machine. And that reminded me that a target. I just saw the kettle corn flavor. It's new, it says new on the bag. My family loves kettle corn. We got to Hershey Park and just as you're leaving the park, they've got the big kettle corn thing and he can't leave the park without a giant bag and kettle corn. If you've ever been a Hershey Park, you know it's not the whole entrance way. So I'm like, well, you know what it's. It's sort of like low calorie, but I'll try it. If it's kettle corn, I'm in by the bag. It was fantastic. I ate the whole bag yesterday, not in one sitting, but I finished it yesterday. So when I see a need, I said, you like skinny pop. I see eat in every day, so yeah, I love it. So I say to her, you know, there's a new flavor out, kettle corn flavor in the purple bag. And this intern who I've never met before, who hasn't said a word to me, doesn't know me. He says, Oh, my mom eats it all the time. It's not new. So I look and I said, oh, I'm sorry. Have we met not politely? Just know my name is Steff. I'm one of the interns. I mean turning here in the building and I'm helping out. I said, it's new staff. But you know what, maybe your mom's right. Maybe I went to the store and I wrote new on every one of the bags, and then I went on the website and I changed the graphic and I put new in all the bags, and I went to the Wikipedia page and I changed the flavor to new. I'm sorry, you know what. I came over here to lie to Anita. That's what I was doing. But you blew up my spot. You called me out on it. I'm lying to you. I said, you know, a good move on your part. Let me get this straight. This is what your second week here. You walk up this morning and said, I know it'll be a good move. I'm going to correct a complete stranger. I'm gonna try to make them look foolish even I don't know who they are. And just see how that works for me. I got chosen out of thousands for the opportunity to sit here, not say a word, not introduce myself. But when somebody I don't know who seems to be friendly with Anita share some knowledge, I'm gonna shoot his ship in the ass and just go, you know what, that's not new. My mom's been eating it for well, maybe your mom's a fucking beta tester because it's new to target. Nobody is hurt. Look, if you're listening, you're like, I had it a month ago. Whatever, That's fine, it's still relatively new, it is. My point is, you don't know me. You don't listen to this podcast. Did I say to you, excuse me, young lady? Could you please interrupt and point out where I'm wrong? While I'm having a conversation with Anita. Nita is more concerned with all I haven't tried that flavor. Thank you for thinking of me, Brodie, Thank you for wreck. I can't wait to try it. But instead of me getting credit, I've got her saying my mom's been eating that for a while, has she really h So I guess new doesn't mean new anymore. New means mob's been eating it, but you haven't seen it. So it's like if you haven't seen it's new to you like TV shows that repeats. That's what I need. I need intern stuff telling me her mom's been needing and get thinking. So what did you say to her? Because this is that? That is what I said to her. I said, I said, you're absolutely right, because these rants, the last for five minutes is what you wanted to say to these people? No, no, you're it's you in your head. No, I said, I turned. I said your fantasy. No, you know me, I say ship to people almost all the time I read. I said you know what. Yeah, I wasn't nasty about it. I said, you know what, You're absolutely right. By the way, my name is David. How are you she's I'm intern stuff. Oh great, I said, you're right. My goal today was to come out here and walk up to Anita, who I love and respect. Yes, and I said, and lie to her about a new flavor because I knew it was old, but I didn't want hard to know. I knew it was old. I was trying to make it sound like it's new because then she'll look at me, go, well, Brodie, why don't you tell me about it? Years ago? Her mother has been eating it for years. How come you didn't tell me until just now? How come yourself behind in the Times Brodie that you think it's new? Pasha, I was eating that in the seventies. What are you talking about? It's new? So that was my plan to go out there and lie to the woman thinking that it was not new, but telling her it was new, and for some reason, just saying it's new, not basing it on the fact on the bag it says it's new, or the fact that I've never seen it in a stall before until recently. Now, look, you may be living in Cleveland and they've been beta testing it your market, and maybe you've had it for six months. That happens, I get it. Well, I still like to know if this was the brand her mom was eating, or maybe she was the one who was confused. Oh, clearly she's the one who's confused, because if it's been started with, I'm gonna correct this guy. I said, you know what you've been how long she was two weeks ago? You know? Congratulations? On week three, they let you take a spray can and spray pay your names on the wall. So just have a ball go at it now? Would you have the balls after two weeks interrupt a conversation. Not look, I'm not playing holier than now. I'm not offended by it. I just thought it was kind of weird. I wasn't like it is very it's it's balls, And then like you don't you you know, if you saw your mom meeting it, you'd see the new on the label. The best advice I ever got just don't pay nine for a shirt. Okay, correct myself. The second best advice I ever got was when I had my internship. Just just be seen and not heard. Just shut the funk up. Just sit there now, speak when spoken to, and choose your battles wisely. Don't ever correct anyone. But if you want to impart knowledge, or if you want to show enthusiasm, you do that. But always always do what's what's right for the you know, you know, work as a team towards the brand and the goals of everybody. Don't sit there and start judging people. Don't criticize or yell what you have your hand on a button? Burg No no, no, I'm good, No no no, no, I'm just saying that I am just I'm disgusted that this is what interning In two thousand nineteen has come to look. If she had said to me, hey, excuse me, I'm so sorry to interrupted. Uh, you know, I'm hi. My name is Steph. You know what. My mom likes that too, right, but she looked up like like a light bulb when she's like, my mom's new. That's what my mom's meeting that. It shouldn't be the second remark out of your mouth, right, The first should be, ah, I have something in common with your God, maybe that's an endearing comment that actually might be like, God, I like this girl. We have something in common and I just met her. And then maybe if she wanted to slip in there question a question, so, um, how long has that been? Ow? Is it new? Because it's new because I've been colding my mom is eating a different brand. I don't, I don't know. Here's what she should have said to me. That's what she should have said, right, that's what I said. She said, right, but in said she's like, excuse me, you're wrong, and she said it just like that, excuse me, you're wrong, wrong, wrong, you're wrong. That's awful. Yeah. Now, when you're here for twenty five years, you could walk around and you have that which we do, which is called the Brooklyn Boys Podcast. You might have heard of it. Yeah. Well, anyway, I have a wonderful weekend and thanks for waiting the extra day. Yeah, this weekend I will actually be in Brooklyn. Boys. Boys, mm hmmm
